2 And Jeroboam said to his wife, “Arise, and disguise yourself, that it not be known that you are the wife of Jeroboam, and go to Shiloh. Behold, Ahijah the prophet is there, who said of me that I should be king over this people. (Jos 18:1; 1Ki 11:29)

New International Version

2 and Jeroboam said to his wife, ‘Go, disguise yourself, so that you won’t be recognised as the wife of Jeroboam. Then go to Shiloh. Ahijah the prophet is there – the one who told me I would be king over this people.

New International Reader’s Version

2 Jeroboam said to his wife, ‘Go. Put on some different clothes. Then no one will recognise you as my wife. Go to Shiloh. That’s where Ahijah the prophet is. He told me I would be king over the Israelites.

King James Version

2 And Jeroboam said to his wife, Arise, I pray thee, and disguise thyself, that thou be not known to be the wife of Jeroboam; and get thee to Shiloh: behold, there is Ahijah the prophet, which told me that I should be king over this people.
