1 Kings 13:34

English Standard Version

34 And this thing became sin to the house of Jeroboam, so as to cut it off and to destroy it from the face of the earth. (1Ki 12:30; 1Ki 14:10; 1Ki 15:29; 2Ki 17:21) 

New International Version

34 This was the sin of the house of Jeroboam that led to its downfall and to its destruction from the face of the earth. 

New International Reader’s Version

34 All of that was the great sin the royal family of Jeroboam committed. It led to their fall from power. Because of it, they were destroyed from the face of the earth. 

King James Version

34 And this thing became sin unto the house of Jeroboam, even to cut it off, and to destroy it from off the face of the earth.
