1 Corinthians 8:10

English Standard Version

10 For if anyone sees you who have knowledge eating[1] in an idol’s temple, will he not be encouraged,[2] if his conscience is weak, to eat food offered to idols?

New International Version

10 For if someone with a weak conscience sees you, with all your knowledge, eating in an idol’s temple, won’t that person be emboldened to eat what is sacrificed to idols?

New International Reader’s Version

10 Suppose you, with all your knowledge, are eating in a temple of one of those gods. And suppose someone who has a weak sense of what is right and wrong sees you. Won’t that person become bold and eat what is sacrificed to statues of gods?

King James Version

10 For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;
