1 Corinthians 5:5

English Standard Version

5 you are to deliver this man to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord.[1] (Job 2:6; Pr 23:14; Ac 26:18; 1Co 1:8; 1Ti 1:20) 

New International Version

5 hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh,[1] so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

5 When you come together like this, hand this man over to Satan. Then the power of sin in his life will be destroyed. His spirit will be saved on the day the Lord returns. 

King James Version

5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
