1 Corinthians 10:13

English Standard Version

13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (Da 3:17; 1Co 1:9; 2Pe 2:9) 

New International Version

13 No temptation[1] has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted[2] beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted,[3] he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 You are tempted in the same way all other human beings are. God is faithful. He will not let you be tempted any more than you can take. But when you are tempted, God will give you a way out. Then you will be able to deal with it. 

King James Version

13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
