1Gott sagt: „Die Frau, die keine Kinder kriegen konnte, wurde deswegen von ihrem Mann verlassen, aber jetzt kann sie schon mal feiern. Denn diese Frau wird total viele Kinder kriegen! Es werden mehr sein als die Kinder von den Frauen, die verheiratet sind.2Denke groß, ‚think big‘! Wenn du planst, ein Haus zu bauen, dann plane es jetzt doppelt so groß, als du es ursprünglich haben wolltest. Sei nicht geizig, mach fette Pläne, verdopple die Zahlen und mach das Ganze hieb- und stichfest. Verlängere die geplanten Maße von deinem Haus und lass ein extra festes Fundament gießen.“3Denn du wirst dich nach Süden und nach Norden ausbreiten. Deine Kinder werden ganze Nationen einnehmen, sie werden Städte besiedeln, die total kaputt und zerfallen sind.4Du brauchst keinen Schiss zu haben! Dir wird nichts passieren! Dir braucht auch nichts mehr peinlich zu sein. Der ganze Müll, den du in deiner Jugend gemacht hast, ist dann vergessen. Und auch, dass du keinen Mann gefunden hast, ist dann egal.5Du wirst nämlich mit Gott verheiratet sein, der Chef von allem wird dein Ehemann. Gott ist der Typ, der dich raushaut, er befreit dich, er, der ganz besondere Gott, dem die ganze Erde gehört.6Du bist wie eine Ehefrau, die von ihrem Mann verlassen wurde, was ja total übel für eine Frau ist. Aber Gott hat dich gerufen, er hat aus dir seine große Jugendliebe gemacht. Das hier kommt jetzt von Gott.7„Ich war mal für einen kurzen Moment weg“, sagt er. „Aber weil ich total in dich verknallt bin, werde ich dich wieder nach Hause holen.8Als ich anfing, wütend zu sein wegen dem ganzen Mist, den du gebaut hast, hab ich mich ganz kurz von dir weggedreht. Aber weil ich schon immer ganz besonders in dich verknallt war, werde ich alles wiedergutmachen. Das sagt dir Gott, der dich da rausholt, der dich befreit.9So wie damals bei Noah. Da hatte ich ganz fest versprochen, dass es nie wieder so eine heftige Flut geben soll, bei der die ganze Erde unter Wasser steht. Genauso hab ich dir jetzt versprochen, dass ich nie mehr supersauer auf dich sein werde. Ich werde nie mehr sagen, dass ich dich total kaputt mache.10Selbst wenn Berge plötzlich verschwinden würden oder Hügel anfangen zu wackeln, würde meine Liebe zu dir sich nie ändern. Den Friedensvertrag, den ich mit dir schließe, werde ich nie brechen. Das sagt Gott, der dich sehr liebt.“
Gott sorgt dafür, dass Jerusalem nicht mehr besiegt werden kann
11„Hey, du arme Stadt Jerusalem! Du bist echt gequält worden, man hat dir hart zugesetzt, und keiner hat dich getröstet. Pass auf, ich werde dir ein neues Fundament organisieren, eins aus Stahlbeton. Deine Mauern werden mit Granitsteinen verstärkt, die keiner kaputt machen kann.12Die Beschläge oben auf der Mauer werde ich aus Rubinen basteln, deine Stadttore aus Edelstahl herstellen, und deine Mauern werden mit Edelsteinen beklebt.13Alle Kinder, die bei dir wohnen, werden bei mir in die Schule gehen. Sie werden groß und stark, und sie werden keine Kriege erleben.14Weil alles korrekt und gottmäßig bei dir zugeht, wird man dir so schnell nichts anhaben können. Du wirst keinen Ärger bekommen, und du brauchst auch keine Angst zu haben, weil sich kein Feind in deine Nähe traut.15Wenn dich jemand angreift, dann kam die Idee dazu nicht von mir. Darum werden alle, die dich kaputt machen wollen, selbst kaputtgehen.16Der Typ, der in der Waffenfabrik die Maschine bedient, um Gewehre herzustellen, ist genauso von mir gemacht worden wie der Soldat, der mit dem Teil dann Menschen erschießt.17Aber es wird keine Waffen geben, die dich besiegen könnten. Und jede Aussage, die vor einem Gericht gegen dich gemacht wird, kann von dir ganz leicht entkräftet werden. Das ist eine Garantie von mir an meine Leute. Dass sie korrekt und gut dastehen, das hab ich organisiert.“ Das kam jetzt alles von Gott.
