1RAB bizden yana olmasaydı, Desin şimdi İsrail:2RAB bizden yana olmasaydı, İnsanlar bize saldırdığında,3Diri diri yutarlardı bizi, Öfkeleri bize karşı alevlenince.4Sular silip süpürürdü bizleri, Seller geçerdi üzerimizden.5Kabaran sular Aşardı başımızdan.6Övgüler olsun Bizi onların ağzına yem etmeyen RAB'be!7Bir kuş gibi Kurtuldu canımız avcının tuzağından, Kırıldı tuzak, kurtulduk.8Yeri göğü yaratan RAB'bin adı yardımcımızdır.
1If it had not been the LORD who was on our side— let Israel now say— (Mez 94:17; Mez 129:1)2if it had not been the LORD who was on our side when people rose up against us,3then they would have swallowed us up alive, when their anger was kindled against us; (Mez 56:1)4then the flood would have swept us away, the torrent would have gone over us; (Eyü 22:11; Mez 32:6; Mez 69:1; Mez 69:2; Yşa 8:8)5then over us would have gone the raging waters.6Blessed be the LORD, who has not given us as prey to their teeth!7We have escaped like a bird from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped! (Mez 91:3)8Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth. (Mez 121:2)
