Псалом 87

Синодальный перевод

1 (86:1) Сынов Кореевых. Псалом. Песнь. 

2 (86:2) Основание его на горах святых. Господь любит врата Сиона более всех селений Иакова. 

3 (86:3) Славное возвещается о тебе, град Божий! 

4 (86:4) Упомяну знающим меня о Рааве и Вавилоне; вот Филистимляне и Тир с Ефиопиею, – [скажут]: "такой–то родился там". 

5 (86:5) О Сионе же будут говорить: "такой–то и такой–то муж родился в нем, и Сам Всевышний укрепил его". 

6 (86:6) Господь в переписи народов напишет: "такой–то родился там". 

7 (86:7) И поющие и играющие, – все источники мои в тебе.

New International Reader’s Version

от Biblica

A psalm of the Sons of Korah. A song.

1 The LORD has built his city on the holy mountain. 

2 He loves the city of Zion more than all the other places where the people of Jacob live. 

3 City of God, the LORD says glorious things about you. 

4 He says, ‘I will include Egypt and Babylon in a list of nations who recognise me as king. I will also include Philistia and Tyre, along with Cush. I will say about them, “They were born in Zion.” ’ 

5 Certainly it will be said about Zion, ‘This nation and that nation were born in it. The Most High God himself will make it secure.’ 

6 Here is what the LORD will write in his list of the nations. ‘Each of them was born in Zion.’ 

7 As they make music they will sing, ‘Zion, all our blessings come from you.’
