Neue evangelistische Übersetzung



1 Jeder soll sich den Trägern der staatlichen Gewalt unterordnen. Denn alle staatliche Gewalt kommt von Gott, und jede Regierung ist von Gott eingesetzt. 2 Wer sich daher der staatlichen Gewalt widersetzt, stellt sich gegen die von Gott eingesetzte Ordnung und wird zu Recht bestraft. 3 Denn wer Gutes tut, hat von den Regierenden nichts zu befürchten. Das hat nur der, der Böses tut. Wenn du also nicht in Furcht vor der Regierung leben willst, dann tue Gutes, und du wirst von ihr gelobt werden. 4 Sie steht ja zu deinem Besten im Dienst Gottes. Tust du aber Böses, hast du allen Grund, sie zu fürchten, schließlich ist sie nicht umsonst die Trägerin von Polizei- und Strafgewalt. Auch darin ist sie Gottes Dienerin. Sie zieht den Schuldigen zur Verantwortung und vollstreckt damit das Urteil des göttlichen Zorns. 5 Es ist also notwendig, sich dem Staat unterzuordnen, nicht nur aus Angst vor Strafe, sondern auch wegen des Gewissens. 6 Deshalb zahlt ihr ja auch Steuern, denn die Beamten sind Gottes Diener und haben sich berufsmäßig damit zu befassen. 7 Gebt jedem das, was ihm zusteht: Steuer, dem die Steuer, Zoll, dem der Zoll, Respekt, dem Respekt, und Ehre, dem Ehre gebührt! 8 Bleibt also niemandem irgendetwas schuldig außer dem einen: einander zu lieben. Denn wer den anderen liebt, hat das Gesetz erfüllt. 9 Die Gebote: "Du sollst die Ehe nicht brechen, du sollst niemand ermorden, du sollst nicht stehlen, du sollst der Begierde keinen Raum geben" und alle anderen sind ja in dem einen Satz zusammengefasst: "Liebe deinen Nächsten wie dich selbst!" (2Mo 20,13; 3Mo 19,18) 10 Die Liebe tut dem Nächsten nichts Böses an. Darum wird durch die Liebe das ganze Gesetz erfüllt. 11 Achtet also auf die Gelegenheiten, die Gott euch gibt! Es ist höchste Zeit, aus dem Schlaf aufzuwachen, denn jetzt ist unsere Rettung noch näher als am Beginn unseres Glaubens. 12 Die Nacht geht zu Ende, bald ist es Tag. Darum wollen wir uns von allem trennen, was man im Dunkeln tut, und die Waffen des Lichts ergreifen! 13 Lasst uns ein Leben führen, wie es zum hellen Tag passt, ein Leben ohne Fress- und Saufgelage, ohne Bettgeschichten und Sexorgien, ohne Streit und Rechthaberei! 14 Zieht vielmehr den Herrn Jesus Christus an, und tut nichts mehr von dem, was eure Begierden erweckt!

1 عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَنْ تَخْضَعَ لِلسُّلْطَاتِ الْحَاكِمَةِ. فَلا سُلْطَةَ إِلّا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ، وَالسُّلْطَاتُ الْقَائِمَةُ مُرَتَّبَةٌ مِنْ قِبَلِ اللهِ. 2 حَتَّى إِنَّ مَنْ يُقَاوِمُ السُّلْطَةَ، يُقَاوِمُ تَرْتِيبَ اللهِ، وَالْمُقَاوِمُونَ سَيَجْلِبُونَ الْعِقَابَ عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ. 3 فَإِنَّ الْحُكَّامَ لَا يَخَافُهُمْ مَنْ يَفْعَلُ الصَّلاحَ بَلْ مَنْ يَفْعَلُ الشَّرَّ. أَفَتَرْغَبُ إِذَنْ فِي أَنْ تَكُونَ غَيْرَ خَائِفٍ مِنَ السُّلْطَةِ؟ اعْمَلْ مَا هُوَ صَالِحٌ، فَتَكُونَ مَمْدُوحاً عِنْدَهَا، 4 لأَنَّهَا خَادِمَةُ اللهِ لَكَ لأَجْلِ الْخَيْرِ. أَمَّا إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْمَلُ الشَّرَّ فَخَفْ، لأَنَّ السُّلْطَةَ لَا تَحْمِلُ السَّيْفَ عَبَثاً، إِذْ إِنَّهَا خَادِمَةُ اللهِ، وَهِيَ الَّتِي تَنْتَقِمُ لِغَضَبِهِ مِمَّنْ يَفْعَلُ الشَّرَّ. 5 وَلِذَلِكَ، فَمِنَ الضَّرُورِيِّ أَنْ تَخْضَعُوا، لَا اتِّقَاءَ لِلْغَضَبِ فَقَطْ، بَلْ مُرَاعَاةً لِلضَّمِيرِ أَيْضاً. 6 فَلِهَذَا السَّبَبِ تَدْفَعُونَ الضَّرَائِبَ أَيْضاً، لأَنَّ رِجَالَ السُّلْطَةِ هُمْ خُدَّامٌ لِلهِ يُوَاظِبُونَ عَلَى هَذَا الْعَمَلِ بِعَيْنِهِ. 7 فَأَدُّوا لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ حَقَّهُ: الضَّرِيبَةَ لِصَاحِبِ الضَّرِيبَةِ وَالْجِزْيَةَ لِصَاحِبِ الْجِزْيَةِ، وَالاحْتِرَامَ لِصَاحِبِ الاحْتِرَامِ، وَالإِكْرَامَ لِصَاحِبِ الإِكْرَامِ. 



8 لَا تَكُونُوا مَدِينِينَ لأَحَدٍ، إِلّا بِأَنْ يُحِبَّ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضاً. فَإِنَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّ غَيْرَهُ، يَكُونُ قَدْ تَمَّمَ الشَّرِيعَةَ، 9 لأَنَّ الْوَصَايَا«لا تَزْنِ، لَا تَقْتُلْ، لَا تَسْرِقْ، لَا تَشْهَدْ زُوراً، لَا تَشْتَهِ»، وَبَاقِي الْوَصَايَا، تَتَلَخَّصُ فِي هذِهِ الْكَلِمَةِ: «أَحِبَّ قَرِيبَكَ كَنَفْسِكَ!» 10 فَالْمَحَبَّةُ لَا تَعْمَلُ سُوءاً لِلْقَرِيبِ. وَهكَذَا تَكُونُ الْمَحَبَّةُ إِتْمَاماً لِلشَّرِيعَةِ كُلِّهَا. 11 وَفَوْقَ هَذَا، فَأَنْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَ الْوَقْتَ، وَأَنَّهَا الآنَ السَّاعَةُ الَّتِي يَجِبُ أَنْ نَسْتَيْقِظَ فِيهَا مِنَ النَّوْمِ. فَخَلاصُنَا الآنَ، أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْنَا مِمَّا كَانَ يَوْمَ آمَنَّا: 12 كَادَ اللَّيْلُ أَنْ يَنْتَهِيَ وَالنَّهَارُ أَنْ يَطْلُعَ. فَلْنَطْرَحْ أَعْمَالَ الظَّلامِ، وَنَلْبَسْ سِلاحَ النُّورِ 13 وَكَمَا فِي النَّهَارِ، لِنَسْلُكْ سُلُوكاً لائِقاً: لَا فِي الْعَرْبَدَةِ وَالسُّكْرِ، وَلا فِي الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالإِبَاحِيَّةِ، وَلا فِي النِّزَاعِ وَالْحَسَدِ. 14 وَإِنَّمَا الْبَسُوا الرَّبَّ يَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحَ، وَلا تَنْشَغِلُوا بِالتَّدْبِيرِ لِلْجَسَدِ لإِشْبَاعِ شَهْوَاتِهِ.

New International Version



1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. 4 For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. 6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them: if you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honour, then honour. 



8 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. 9 The commandments, ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not covet,’[1] and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ (2Mo 20,13; 2Mo 20,17; 3Mo 19,18; 5Mo 5,17; 5Mo 5,21) 10 Love does no harm to a neighbour. Therefore love is the fulfilment of the law. 



11 And do this, understanding the present time: the hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12 The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armour of light. 13 Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. 14 Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.[2]

Если хочешь жить без страха перед властью, делай добро и получишь от неё похвалу. 4 Представитель власти на службе у Всевышнего для твоего блага. Если же ты делаешь зло, то берегись, он не напрасно носит меч. Он – слуга Всевышнего, орудие Его гнева, направленное на того, кто делает зло. 5 Так что необходимо подчиняться власти не только из страха перед наказанием, но и по совести. 6 Вы и налоги платите потому, что стоящие у власти – слуги Всевышнего, посвящающие себя своему делу. 7 Так что отдавайте всем то, что им надлежит: кому налог – налог, кому пошлину – пошлину, кому уважение – уважение, кому честь – честь. 



8 Не оставайтесь в долгу ни у кого ни в чём, кроме долга любви друг к другу, потому что любящий ближнего исполнил Закон. 9 Вот в чём суть повелений Закона: «Не нарушай супружескую верность», «не убивай», «не кради», «не пожелай чужого»[1], и суть любого другого повеления одна – «люби ближнего твоего, как самого себя»[2]. (2Mo 20,13; 2Mo 20,17; 3Mo 19,18; 5Mo 5,17; 5Mo 5,21) 10 Любовь не причиняет зла ближнему, поэтому любовь и есть исполнение Закона. 



11 Вы ведь знаете, какое сейчас время, что настал час пробудиться вам ото сна, потому что наше спасение сейчас гораздо ближе, чем оно было тогда, когда мы только уверовали. 12 Ночь приближается к концу, и наступает день. Так давайте же оставим дела тьмы и наденем доспехи света. 13 Будем жить достойно, как при свете дня, не предаваясь оргиям, пьянству, разврату, распущенности, вражде и зависти. 14 Пусть лучше Повелитель Иса Масих станет вашими доспехами. И не думайте об угождении своей греховной природе и её желаниям.
