5.Mose 16

Neue evangelistische Übersetzung



1 Beachte den Ährenmonat[1] und feiere das Passa[2] für Jahwe, deinen Gott. Denn im Ährenmonat hat Jahwe, dein Gott, dich nachts aus Ägypten herausgeführt. 2 Komm an den Ort, den Jahwe auswählen wird, um seinen Namen dort wohnen zu lassen. Dort sollst du für Jahwe, deinen Gott, das Passaopfer schlachten: ein Schaf, eine Ziege oder ein Rind. 3 Du darfst aber kein Brot dazu essen, das mit Sauerteig zubereitet wurde. Sieben Tage lang sollst du ungesäuerte Brotfladen essen, Brot des Elends, – denn in angstvoller Eile bist du aus dem Land Ägypten ausgezogen – damit du dein Leben lang an den Tag deines Auszugs aus Ägypten denkst. 4 Sieben Tage lang soll nichts, was mit Sauerteig zubereitet wurde, bei euch und in eurem ganzen Wohngebiet gesehen werden! Auch von dem Fleisch, das du am Abend des ersten Tages schlachtest, soll nichts bis zum nächsten Morgen übrig bleiben. 5 Du darfst das Passaopfer nicht an irgendeinem deiner Orte schlachten, die Jahwe, dein Gott, dir gibt. 6 Sondern an dem Ort, den Jahwe, dein Gott, auswählen wird, um seinen Namen dort wohnen zu lassen, dort sollst du das Passaopfer schlachten. Das soll am Abend geschehen, beim Untergang der Sonne, zur Zeit deines Auszugs aus Ägypten. 7 Bereite das Fleisch zu und iss es an dem Ort, den Jahwe, dein Gott, auswählen wird. Am nächsten Morgen kannst du nach Hause reisen. 8 Sechs Tage sollst du ungesäuerte Brotfladen essen. Am siebten Tag ist eine Festversammlung für Jahwe, deinen Gott. Da darfst du keinerlei Arbeit verrichten. 



9 Sieben Wochen sollst du abzählen, nachdem die Getreideernte begonnen hat. 10 Dann sollst du für Jahwe, deinen Gott, das Fest der Wochen feiern. Dabei bringst du ihm eine freiwillige Gabe mit, je nachdem, wie Jahwe, dein Gott, dich gesegnet hat. 11 Vor Jahwe, deinem Gott, sollst du mit deinen Söhnen und Töchtern zusammen fröhlich feiern, mit deinen Sklaven und Sklavinnen, dem Leviten, dem Fremden, der Waise und der Witwe in deinem Wohnort. Das soll an dem Ort geschehen, den Jahwe auswählen wird, um seinen Namen dort wohnen zu lassen. 12 Denk daran, dass du Sklave in Ägypten warst, richte dich nach diesen Weisungen und halte sie ein. 



13 Das Laubhüttenfest sollst du sieben Tage lang feiern, wenn Getreideernte und Weinlese beendet sind. 14 Als Freudenfest sollst du es begehen mit deinen Söhnen und Töchtern, deinen Sklaven und Sklavinnen, dem Leviten, dem Fremden, der Waise und der Witwe in deinem Wohnort. 15 Sieben Tage lang sollst du Jahwe, deinem Gott, das Fest feiern, und zwar an dem Ort, den Jahwe auswählen wird. Denn Jahwe, dein Gott, wird dich segnen in allem Ertrag und der Arbeit deiner Hände, sodass du dich der Freude überlassen kannst. 16 Dreimal im Jahr soll alles, was männlich ist, vor Jahwe, deinem Gott, erscheinen an dem Ort, den Jahwe auswählen wird: am Fest der ungesäuerten Brote, am Wochenfest und am Laubhüttenfest. Und man soll nicht mit leeren Händen vor Jahwe erscheinen. 17 Jeder bringe das mit, was er geben kann, je nachdem, wie Jahwe ihn gesegnet hat. 



18 In allen deinen Ortschaften in jedem deiner Stämme sollst du Richter und Aufseher einsetzen. Sie sollen dem Volk mit gerechtem Urteil Recht sprechen. 19 Du sollst das Recht nicht beugen, nicht parteiisch sein und kein Bestechungsgeschenk annehmen, denn Bestechung macht weise Leute blind und verdreht die Worte der Gerechten. 20 Du sollst der Gerechtigkeit und nur der Gerechtigkeit folgen, damit du am Leben bleibst und das Land in Besitz nimmst, das Jahwe, dein Gott, dir gibt. 



21 Neben den Altar Jahwes, deines Gottes, den du dir errichten wirst, darfst du keinen Aschera-Pfahl aufstellen und auch keinen Götzenbaum pflanzen. 22 Du darfst dir keine geweihten Steine aufrichten, denn Jahwe, dein Gott, hasst so etwas.

1 احْتَفِلُوا دَائِماً بِفِصْحِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ فِي شَهْرِ أَبِيبَ (أَيْ شَهْرِ نِيسَانَ – أَبْرِيلَ)، فَفِي هَذَا الشَّهْرِ أَخْرَجَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ مِنْ مِصْرَ لَيْلاً. 2 وَاذْبَحُوا لِلرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ غَنَماً أَوْ بَقَراً فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ الرَّبُّ لِيُحِلَّ اسْمَهُ فِيهِ. 3 لَا تَأْكُلُوهُ مَعَ خُبْزٍ مُخْتَمِرٍ، بَلْ كُلُوهُ مَعَ فَطِيرٍ طَوَالَ سَبْعَةِ أَيَّامٍ، لأَنَّ هَذَا هُوَ خُبْزُ الْمَشَقَّةِ، إِذْ إِنَّكُمْ عَلَى عَجَلٍ غَادَرْتُمْ دِيَارَ مِصْرَ، وَبِذَلِكَ تَتَذَكَّرُونَ يَوْمَ خُرُوجِكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِ مِصْرَ كُلَّ أَيَّامِ حَيَاتِكُمْ. 4 لَا تُبْقُوا خَمِيراً فِي أَرْضِكُمْ طَوَالَ سَبْعَةِ أَيَّامٍ، وَلا يَبِتْ شَيْءٌ مِنْ لَحْمِ حَمَلِ الْفِصْحِ الْمَذْبُوحِ فِي مَسَاءِ الْيَوْمِ الأَوَّلِ إِلَى الْغَدِ. 5 يُحْظَرُ عَلَيْكُمْ ذَبْحُ الْفِصْحِ فِي أَيٍّ مِنْ مُدُنِكُمُ الَّتِي يُوَرِّثُهَا لَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ، 6 بَلْ فِي الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لِيُحِلَّ اسْمَهُ فِيهِ تَذْبَحُونَ الْفِصْحَ فِي الْمَسَاءِ، عِنْدَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ، فِي نَفْسِ مِيعَادِ خُرُوجِكُمْ مِنْ مِصْرَ. 7 فَتَشْوُونَهُ وَتَأْكُلُونَهُ فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ الرَّبُّ، ثُمَّ تَنْصَرِفُونَ فِي الْغَدِ كُلٌّ إِلَى خَيْمَتِهِ. 8 سِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ تَأْكُلُونَ فَطِيراً، وَفِي الْيَوْمِ السَّابِعِ تَتَوَقَّفُونَ عَنْ كُلِّ عَمَلٍ، وَتَحْتَفِلُونَ مُعْتَكِفِينَ لِلرَّبِّ. 



9 احْسِبُوا سَبْعَةَ أَسَابِيعَ مُنْذُ ابْتِدَاءِ حَصَادِ الزَّرْعِ، 10 ثُمَّ احْتَفِلُوا بِعِيدِ الأَسَابِيعِ لِلرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ، حَيْثُ تُحْضِرُونَ مَا تَسْخُو بِهِ نُفُوسُكُمْ حَسَبَ مَا يُبَارِكُكُمُ الرَّبُّ بِهِ، 11 فَتَحْتَفِلُونَ أَنْتُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَعَبِيدُكُمْ وَإِمَاؤُكُمْ، وَاللّاوِيُّونَ الْمُقِيمُونَ فِي مُدُنِكُمْ، وَالْغَرِيبُ وَالْيَتِيمُ وَالأَرْمَلَةُ الَّذِينَ بَيْنَكُمْ، لَدَى الرَّبِّ فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ لِيُحِلَّ اسْمَهُ فِيهِ. 12 وَتَذَكَّرُوا أَنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ عَبِيداً فِي مِصْرَ، فَأَطِيعُوا هَذِهِ الْفَرَائِضَ وَاعْمَلُوا بِها. 



13 وَاحْتَفِلُوا بِعِيدِ الْخِيَامِ فِي نِهَايَةِ مَوْسِمِ الْحَصَادِ، عِنْدَ جَمْعِ غَلّاتِ بَيَادِرِكُمْ وَمَعَاصِرِكُمْ، 14 فَتَحْتَفِلُونَ بِالْعِيدِ أَنْتُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَإِمَاؤُكُمْ وَاللّاوِيُّونَ وَالْغَرِيبُ وَالْيَتِيمُ وَالأَرْمَلَةُ الْمُقِيمُونَ فِي مُدُنِكُمْ، 15 فَتُعَيِّدُونَ لِلرَّبِّ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ الرَّبُّ، لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ يُبَارِكُ لَكُمْ مَحَاصِيلَكُمْ وَكُلَّ مَا تُنْتِجُهُ أَيْدِيكُمْ، فَيَكْمُلُ بِذَلِكَ فَرَحُكُمْ. 16 وَيَحْضُرُ جَمِيعُ ذُكُورِكُمْ ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ لِلْمُثُولِ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ الرَّبُّ، وَذَلِكَ فِي عِيدِ الْفَطِيرِ وَعِيدِ الأَسَابِيعِ وَعِيدِ الْمَظَالِّ. وَإِيَّاهُمْ أَنْ يَمْثُلُوا أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ مِنْ غَيْرِ تَقْدِمَاتٍ. 17 فَيُقَدِّمُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مَا تَسْخُو بِهِ نَفْسُهُ حَسْبَمَا بَارَكَهُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُهُ. 



18 وَأَقِيمُوا لأَنْفُسِكُمْ قُضَاةً وَمُدَبِّرِينَ فِي جَمِيعِ الْمُدُنِ الَّتِي يُوَرِّثُكُمْ إِيَّاهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ بِحَسَبِ أَسْبَاطِكُمْ فَيَقْضُوا بَيْنَ الشَّعْبِ بِالْعَدْلِ. 19 لَا تُعَوِّجُوا الْقَضَاءَ وَلا تُحَابُوا، وَلا تَقْبَلُوا رِشْوَةً، لأَنَّ الرِّشْوَةَ تُعْمِي أَبْصَارَ الْحُكَمَاءِ، وَتُعَوِّجُ أَقْوَالَ الصِّدِّيقِينَ. 20 الْعَدْلَ وَالْعَدْلَ وَحْدَهُ أَجْرُوا، لِتَحْيَوْا وَتَمْتَلِكُوا الأَرْضَ الَّتِي يَهَبُهَا الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ لَكُمْ. 



21 لَا تَنْصِبُوا لأَنْفُسِكُمْ سَوَارِيَ مِنْ شَجَرٍ مَا إِلَى جِوَارِ مَذْبَحِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمُ الَّذِي تَبْنُونَهُ لَكُمْ، 22 وَلا تُقِيمُوا لَكُمْ أَنْصَاباً مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ لأَنَّ هَذِهِ مَكْرُوهَةٌ لَدَى الرَّبِّ.

1 “Observe the month of Abib and keep the Passover to the Lord your God, for in the month of Abib the Lord your God brought you out of Egypt by night. (2Mo 12,2; 2Mo 13,4; 2Mo 34,18) 2 And you shall offer the Passover sacrifice to the Lord your God, from the flock or the herd, at the place that the Lord will choose, to make his name dwell there. (4Mo 28,19; 5Mo 12,5) 3 You shall eat no leavened bread with it. Seven days you shall eat it with unleavened bread, the bread of affliction—for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste—that all the days of your life you may remember the day when you came out of the land of Egypt. (2Mo 12,11; 2Mo 13,6; Jes 52,12) 4 No leaven shall be seen with you in all your territory for seven days, nor shall any of the flesh that you sacrifice on the evening of the first day remain all night until morning. (2Mo 13,7; 2Mo 34,25) 5 You may not offer the Passover sacrifice within any of your towns that the Lord your God is giving you, 6 but at the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name dwell in it, there you shall offer the Passover sacrifice, in the evening at sunset, at the time you came out of Egypt. 7 And you shall cook it and eat it at the place that the Lord your God will choose. And in the morning you shall turn and go to your tents. 8 For six days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a solemn assembly to the Lord your God. 9 “You shall count seven weeks. Begin to count the seven weeks from the time the sickle is first put to the standing grain. (2Mo 23,16; 2Mo 34,22; 3Mo 23,15; 4Mo 28,26; Apg 2,1) 10 Then you shall keep the Feast of Weeks to the Lord your God with the tribute of a freewill offering from your hand, which you shall give as the Lord your God blesses you. (5Mo 12,15; 5Mo 26,1; 2Chr 8,13; 1Kor 16,2) 11 And you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, the Levite who is within your towns, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow who are among you, at the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name dwell there. (5Mo 12,7; 5Mo 12,12; 5Mo 12,18; 5Mo 14,26; Neh 8,9) 12 You shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt; and you shall be careful to observe these statutes. (5Mo 5,15) 



13 “You shall keep the Feast of Booths seven days, when you have gathered in the produce from your threshing floor and your winepress. (2Mo 23,16; 3Mo 23,34) 14 You shall rejoice in your feast, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow who are within your towns. (5Mo 16,11; Neh 8,9) 15 For seven days you shall keep the feast to the Lord your God at the place that the Lord will choose, because the Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that you will be altogether joyful. (3Mo 23,39) 16 “Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God at the place that he will choose: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Booths. They shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed. (2Mo 23,14; 2Mo 23,15; 2Mo 23,17; 2Mo 34,23; 5Mo 31,11) 17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God that he has given you. 18 “You shall appoint judges and officers in all your towns that the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment. (4Mo 11,16; 5Mo 1,16; Jos 1,10; 1Chr 23,4; 1Chr 26,29) 19 You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality, and you shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of the righteous. (2Mo 23,2; 2Mo 23,6; 2Mo 23,8; 3Mo 19,15; 5Mo 1,17; 5Mo 24,17; 5Mo 27,19; Jes 10,2; Am 5,12) 20 Justice, and only justice, you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land that the Lord your God is giving you. 



21 “You shall not plant any tree as an Asherah beside the altar of the Lord your God that you shall make. (2Mo 34,13; Ri 6,25; 1Kön 14,15; 1Kön 16,33; 2Kön 13,6; 2Kön 17,16; 2Chr 33,3) 22 And you shall not set up a pillar, which the Lord your God hates.

Ведь Вечный, твой Бог, благословит тебя урожаем, а также во всех делах твоих рук, и ты будешь только радоваться. 16 Три раза в год все мужчины должны приходить поклоняться Вечному, твоему Богу, на место, которое Он выберет: на праздник Пресных хлебов, на праздник Жатвы и на праздник Шалашей. Пусть никто не поклоняется Вечному с пустыми руками: 17 пусть каждый принесёт дар в соответствии с тем, насколько благословил его Вечный, твой Бог. 



18 Назначь судей и начальников для каждого рода в каждом из городов, которые даёт тебе Вечный, твой Бог. Пусть они судят народ по справедливости. 19 Не извращай правосудие и будь беспристрастным. Не бери взятки, потому что взятка ослепляет глаза мудрецов и искажает слова праведников. 20 Следуй правосудию и только правосудию, чтобы жить и владеть землёй, которую даёт тебе Вечный, твой Бог. 



21 Не ставь деревянный столб Ашеры[2] у жертвенника, который ты построил Вечному, твоему Богу, 22 и не воздвигай священного камня, потому что Вечный, твой Бог, ненавидит всё это.
