Die Verantwortung der Priester und Leviten

1 Jahwe sagte zu Aaron: "Du, deine Söhne und dein ganzes Vaterhaus, ihr müsst die Schuld tragen, wenn sich jemand am Heiligtum vergeht. Und wenn sich jemand im Priesterdienst vergeht, dann musst du mit deinen Söhnen die Schuld tragen. 2 Lass auch deine Brüder vom Stamm Levi, deinem väterlichen Stamm, sich dir anschließen und dir dienen, während du mit deinen Söhnen für das Zelt der göttlichen Urkunde verantwortlich bist. 3 Sie sollen ihre Aufgaben für dich und das Zelt erfüllen, aber sie dürfen nicht in die Nähe der Gegenstände im Heiligtum und zum Altar kommen, damit sie nicht sterben und ihr mit ihnen. 4 Sie sollen dir beigeordnet sein und den Dienst am Offenbarungszelt verrichten, alle Arbeiten, die dort anfallen. Aber kein Unbefugter darf in eure Nähe kommen. 5 Ihr sollt eure Aufgaben am Heiligtum und am Altar verrichten, damit kein Zorngericht mehr über die Israeliten kommt. 6 Seht, ich habe eure Brüder, die Leviten, von den Israeliten ausgesondert und euch als Geschenk für Jahwe übergeben, damit sie die Arbeit am Offenbarungszelt tun. 7 Du und deine Söhne mit dir, ihr sollt den Priesterdienst am Altar und innerhalb des Vorhangs tun. Das Priesteramt habe ich euch als Geschenk übergeben. Jeder Unbefugte, der sich nähert, muss getötet werden." 8 Jahwe sagte zu Aaron: "Pass auf, ich habe dir die Verwaltung der für mich bestimmten Abgaben übertragen. Von allen heiligen Opfergaben der Israeliten habe ich dir und deinen Söhnen einen Anteil gegeben. Das gilt für alle Zeiten. 9 Vom Höchstheiligen soll dir alles gehören, was nicht verbrannt wird: von allen Speisopfern, Sündopfern und Schuldopfern, die die Israeliten mir bringen. Als Höchstheiliges gehört es dir und deinen Nachkommen. 10 Die männlichen Angehörigen der Priesterfamilien sollen es am höchstheiligen Ort essen, denn es soll dir heilig sein. 11 Die Weihgaben der Israeliten gehören dir und allen deinen Nachkommen, Söhnen und Töchtern. Diese Ordnung gilt für alle Zeit. Jede Person in deinem Haus, die rein ist, darf davon essen. 12 Das Beste vom Öl und das Beste von Most und Getreide, die ersten Gaben jeder Ernte, die sie Jahwe bringen, habe ich dir gegeben. 13 Die ersten Früchte von allem, was auf ihrem Land wächst, die sie Jahwe bringen, sollen dir gehören. Jede Person in deinem Haus, die rein ist, darf davon essen. 14 Alles geweihte Gut in Israel soll dir gehören. 15 Alles, was zuerst aus dem Mutterschoß kommt, von Mensch und Tier, das sie Jahwe darbringen, soll dir gehören. Nur die Erstgeburt bei Menschen und bei unreinen Tieren musst du auslösen lassen. 16 Das soll im Alter von einem Monat geschehen. Je nach deiner Schätzung soll der Wert fünf Schekel Silber betragen, die dem Normgewicht im Heiligtum von elf Gramm entsprechen.^[1] 17 Die Erstgeburten von Rindern, Schafen oder Ziegen dürft ihr nicht auslösen lassen. Sie sind heilig. Ihr Blut sollst du an den Altar sprengen, und ihr Fett sollst du als Feueropfer in Rauch aufgehen lassen, ein Geruch, der Jahwe erfreut. 18 Ihr Fleisch soll dir gehören, so wie die Brust beim Schwingopfer und die rechte Keule. 19 Alle Abgaben von den heiligen Gaben, die die Israeliten Jahwe bringen, habe ich dir und deinen Familienangehörigen gegeben. Diese Ordnung gilt für alle Zeit. Es ist ein ewiger Salzbund^[2] vor Jahwe für dich und deine Nachkommen." 20 Jahwe sagte zu Aaron: "Wenn die Israeliten in ihr Land kommen, wirst du keinen Grundbesitz unter ihnen erhalten, denn ich bin dein Anteil und dein Besitz unter ihnen. 21 Den Leviten weise ich als Erbgut für ihre Arbeit und ihren Dienst am Offenbarungszelt den gesamten Zehnten Israels zu. 22 Die anderen Israeliten aber sollen dem Offenbarungszelt nicht mehr zu nahe kommen, sonst laden sie Schuld auf sich und müssen sterben. 23 Vielmehr sollen die Leviten die Arbeit am Offenbarungszelt tun, und sie allein sollen die Verantwortung dafür tragen. Diese Ordnung gilt auch für die nachfolgenden Generationen. Aber einen Grundbesitz unter den Israeliten sollen sie nicht erhalten, 24 denn ich habe ihnen den Zehnten der Israeliten gegeben, den diese als Abgabe für Jahwe entrichten. Deshalb sagte ich, dass sie keinen Erbbesitz unter den Israeliten erhalten." 25 Jahwe befahl Mose, 26 den Leviten zu sagen: "Wenn ihr den Zehnten von den Israeliten nehmt, den ich euch als euren Erbanteil gegeben habe, dann sollt auch ihr eine Abgabe davon für Jahwe entrichten, den Zehnten vom Zehnten. 27 Das wird euch als eure Abgabe angerechnet werden, so wie das Getreide vom Dreschplatz und der Ertrag von der Kelter. 28 Auf diese Weise sollt auch ihr eine Abgabe für Jahwe von dem Zehnten entrichten, den ihr von den Israeliten nehmt, und sie als Abgabe für Jahwe dem Priester Aaron geben. 29 Von allen Gaben, die euch zufallen, sollt ihr die ganze Abgabe Jahwe entrichten, vom Besten den heiligen Teil. 30 Wenn ihr das Beste davon entrichtet, wird es den Leviten angerechnet werden wie der Ertrag vom Dreschplatz und der Ertrag von der Kelter. 31 Ihr dürft es mit euren Familien essen, wo ihr wollt. Das ist der Lohn für eure Arbeit am Offenbarungszelt. 32 Wenn ihr das Beste davon entrichtet, werdet ihr keine Sünde auf euch laden und die heiligen Gaben der Israeliten nicht entweihen und auch nicht sterben müssen, wenn ihr davon esst."

8 وَقَالَ الرَّبُّ لِهَرُونَ: «هَا أَنَا قَدْ وَلَّيْتُكَ الْقِيَامَ بِخِدْمَةِ قَرَابِينِي. وَكُلُّ التَّقْدِمَاتِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ الَّتِي يُحْضِرُهَا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لِي، أَمْنَحُكَ إِيَّاهَا أَنْتَ وَبَنِيكَ لِتَكُونَ لَكُمْ نَصِيباً فَرِيضَةً دَائِمَةً. 9 فَيَكُونُ مِنْ نَصِيبِكُمْ قَرَابِينُ قُدْسِ الأَقْدَاسِ، إِلا مَا تُحْرِقُونَهُ مِنْهَا عَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ؛ فَيَكُونُ لَكُمْ مِنْ تَقْدِمَاتِ قُدْسِ الأَقْدَاسِ الَّتِي يُحْضِرُونَهَا لِي، سَوَاءٌ كَانَتْ تَقْدِمَاتِ دَقِيقٍ أَمْ ذَبَائِحَ خَطَايَاهُمْ أَمْ ذَبَائِحَ آثَامِهِمْ. هَذِهِ تَكُونُ نَصِيباً لَكَ وَلأَبْنَائِكَ. 10 وَعَلَى كُلِّ ذَكَرٍ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَهَا فِي مَكَانٍ مُقَدَّسٍ لأَنَّهَا أَصْبَحَتْ مُقَدَّسَةً 11 وَأَمَّا مَا تُرَجِّحُهُ مِنْ عَطَايَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فَإِنَّنِي أَهَبُهُ لَكَ وَلأَبْنَائِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ فَرِيضَةً دَائِمَةً، وَلا يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِكَ إِلّا مَنْ كَانَ طَاهِراً. 12 وَأُعْطِيكَ أَيْضاً بَاكُورَةَ غَلّاتِ أَفْضَلِ زَيْتِ الزَّيْتُونِ وَالْخَمْرِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ الَّتِي يُقَدِّمُونَهَا لِلرَّبِّ، 13 فَتَكُونُ لَكَ أَبْكَارُ غَلّاتِ أَرْضِهِمِ الَّتِي يُقَدِّمُونَهَا لِلرَّبِّ، فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا كُلُّ طَاهِرٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِكَ. 14 كُلُّ مَا هُوَ مَنْذُورٌ لِلرَّبِّ فِي إِسْرَائِيلَ يَكُونُ لَكَ. 15 وَكَذَلِكَ كُلُّ بِكْرٍ فَاتِحِ رَحِمٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَالْبَهَائِمِ يُقَدِّمُونَهُ لِلرَّبِّ يَكُونُ لَكَ، مَاعَدَا بِكْرَ الإِنْسَانِ وَبِكْرَ الْبَهِيمَةِ النَّجِسَةِ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْبَلُ فِدَاءَهُمَا. 16 وَفِدَاءُ النَّاسِ مِنِ ابْنِ شَهْرٍ، حَسَبَ تَقْوِيمِكَ، خَمْسَةُ شَوَاقِلَ (نَحْوَ سِتِّينَ جِرَاماً) مِنَ الفِضَّةِ وَفْقاً لِلْوَزْنِ الْمُعْتَمَدِ فِي الْقُدْسِ، 17 لَكِنْ لَا تَقْبَلْ فِدَاءَ بِكْرِ الْبَقَرِ أَوِ الضَّأْنِ أَوِ الْمَعْزِ. إِنَّهُ مُفْرَزٌ لِلرَّبِّ. بَلْ تَرُشُّ دَمَهُ عَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ، وَتُحْرِقُ شَحْمَهُ وَقُوداً رَائِحَةَ رِضًى وَمَسَرَّةٍ لِلرَّبِّ. 18 أَمَّا لَحْمُهُ فَيَكُونُ لَكَ نَصِيباً كَصَدْرِ التَّرْجِيحِ وَالسَّاقِ الْيُمْنَى. 19 وَهَكَذَا أُعْطِيكَ أَنْتَ وَأَبْنَاءَكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ، حَقّاً أَبَدِيًّا، جَمِيعَ تَقْدِمَاتِ الأَقْدَاسِ الَّتِي يُقَرِّبُهَا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لِلرَّبِّ، فَيَكُونُ هَذَا مِيثَاقَ مِلْحٍ أَبَدِيًّا أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ، لَكَ وَلِنَسْلِكَ أَيْضاً». 20 وَقَالَ الرَّبُّ لِهَرُونَ: «لا يَكُونُ لَكَ مِيرَاثٌ فِي أَرْضِهِمْ وَلا نَصِيبٌ بَيْنَهُمْ، لأَنَّنِي أَنَا نَصِيبُكَ وَمِيرَاثُكَ فِي وَسَطِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ. 21 أَمَّا اللّاوِيُّونَ فَقَدْ وَهَبْتُهُمْ كُلَّ عُشْرٍ فِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، لِقَاءَ عَمَلِهِمِ الَّذِي يَقُومُونَ بِهِ فِي خِدْمَةِ خَيْمَةِ الاجِتِمَاعِ. 22 وَعَلَى الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّينَ، مُنْذُ الآنَ، أَنْ لَا يَقْتَرِبُوا إِلَى خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ، وَإلَّا تَحَمَّلُوا نَتَائِجَ خَطِيئَتِهِمْ فَيَمُوتُونَ. 23 فَاللّاوِيُّونَ وَحْدَهُمْ يَقُومُونَ بِخِدْمَةِ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ، وَيَتَحَمَّلُونَ مَسْؤولِيَّةَ خَطَئِهِمْ، فَتَكُونُ هَذِهِ لَكُمْ فَرِيضَةً دَائِمَةً جِيلاً بَعْدَ جِيلٍ. وَلا يَكُونُ لِلّاوِيِّينَ نَصِيبٌ مِنَ الأَمْلاكِ فِي وَسَطِ إِسْرَائِيلَ. 24 إِنَّ الْعُشُورَ الَّتِي يُقَدِّمُهَا الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ لِلرَّبِّ قَدْ وَهَبْتُهَا لِلّاوِيِّينَ نَصِيباً، لِهَذَا قُلْتُ لَهُمْ، لَا يَرِثُونَ نَصِيباً فِي وَسَطِ إِسْرَائِيلَ». 25 وَقَالَ الرَّبُّ لِمُوسَى: 26 «أَوْصِ اللّاوِيِّينَ وَقُلْ لَهُمْ: مَتَى أَخَذْتُمْ مِنَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّينَ الْعُشْرَ الَّذِي جَعَلْتُهُ نَصِيباً لَكُمْ، تُقَدِّمُونَ مِنْهُ عُشْرَهُ لِلرَّبِّ. 27 فَيُحْسَبُ تَقْدِمَتَكُمْ مِثْلَ الْحِنْطَةِ مِنَ الْبَيْدَرِ أَوْ تَقْدِمَةِ عَصِيرِ الْكَرْمَةِ. 28 وَهَكَذَا تُقَدِّمُونَ أَنْتُمْ أَيْضاً تَقْدِمَةً لِلرَّبِّ مِنْ جَمِيعِ عُشُورِكُمُ الَّتِي تَأْخُذُونَهَا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَمَا تُقَرِّبُونَهُ لِلرَّبِّ، تُعْطُونَهُ لِهَرُونَ الْكَاهِنِ. 29 وَعَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ تُحْضِرُوا لِلرَّبِّ أَفْضَلَ جُزْءٍ وَأَقْدَسَهُ مِمَّا أُعْطِيَ لَكُمْ. 30 وَقُلْ لَهُمْ: حِينَ تُقَدِّمُونَ مِنْ أَفْضَلِ عَطَايَاكُمْ فَإِنَّهَا تُحْسَبُ لَكُمْ مِثْلَ مَحْصُولِ الْبَيْدَرِ وَنِتَاجِ الْمَعْصَرَةِ. 31 وَتَأْكُلُونَهُ فِي كُلِّ مَكَانٍ أَنْتُمْ وَأَهْلُ بُيُوتِكُمْ، لأَنَّهُ أُجْرَةٌ لَكُمْ لِقَاءَ خِدْمَتِكُمْ فِي خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ. 32 وَلَدَى تَقْدِيمِ خَيْرِ جُزْءٍ مِنْهَا لَا تَتَحَمَّلُونَ وِزْراً بِسَبَبِهَا. أَمَّا أَقْدَاسُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فَلا تُدَنِّسُوهَا لِئَلّا تَمُوتُوا».

1 So the Lord said to Aaron, “You and your sons and your father’s house with you shall bear iniquity connected with the sanctuary, and you and your sons with you shall bear iniquity connected with your priesthood. 4 They shall join you and keep guard over the tent of meeting for all the service of the tent, and no outsider shall come near you. 22 so that the people of Israel do not come near the tent of meeting, lest they bear sin and die. 1 Вечный сказал Харуну: – Ты, твои сыновья и все остальные члены рода Леви будете в ответе за осквернение святилища, но только ты и твои сыновья будете в ответе за осквернение священства. 2 Возьми к себе своих собратьев левитов из рода твоего предка, чтобы они были с тобой и помогали тебе, когда ты и твои сыновья будете служить перед шатром соглашения. 3 Пусть они будут в ответе перед тобой и исполняют при шатре все обязанности, но не приближаются ни к утвари святилища, ни к жертвеннику, иначе умрут и они, и вы. 4 Пусть они будут при тебе, чтобы заботиться о шатре встречи, исполняя при нём всю положенную работу, и пусть никого больше с вами не будет. 5 Вашей заботе вверены святилище и жертвенник, чтобы Мой гнев впредь не падал на исраильтян. 6 Я Сам избрал ваших собратьев левитов среди исраильтян и дарю их вам в помощники. 8 Вечный сказал Харуну: – Я Сам поручил тебе наблюдать за всеми приношениями, которые Мне приносят. Все священные приношения, которые приносят Мне исраильтяне, Я отдаю тебе и твоим сыновьям как вашу часть и постоянную долю. 9 Тебе будет доставаться та часть самых священных жертвоприношений, которую не предают огню. Во всех самых священных приношениях, которые приносят Мне в дар, будь то хлебное приношение, жертва за грех или жертва повинности, эта часть принадлежит тебе и твоим сыновьям. 10 Ешьте её как великую святыню; её может есть любой мужчина. Она будет святыней для вас. 11 Вот что ещё принадлежит тебе: все жертвы потрясания, которые исраильтяне приносят в дар. Я даю это тебе и твоим сыновьям и дочерям как постоянную долю. 20 Вечный сказал Харуну: – У тебя не будет ни надела на их земле, ни доли среди них; Я – твоя доля и твой надел среди исраильтян. 21 Я отдаю левитам в удел все десятины в Исраиле за их службу при шатре встречи. 22 Пусть исраильтяне впредь не приближаются к шатру встречи, иначе они навлекут на себя кару и умрут. 23 Пусть одни левиты исполняют работу при шатре встречи и будут нести ответственность за его осквернение. Это установление для грядущих поколений будет вечным. Они не получат надел среди исраильтян. 24 Вместо этого Я даю левитам в удел десятины, которые исраильтяне приносят Мне в дар. Поэтому Я и сказал о них: «У них не будет надела среди исраильтян». 25 Вечный сказал Мусе: 26 – Поговори с левитами и скажи им: «Когда вы получаете от исраильтян десятину, которую Я даю вам в удел, то приносите её десятую часть в дар Мне. 27 Ваше приношение будет зачтено вам, как зерно с гумна или сок из давильни. 28 Точно так же отделяйте Мне в дар часть всех десятин, которые получаете от исраильтян. Отдавайте Мою часть из этих десятин священнослужителю Харуну. 29 Приносите Мне в дар самую лучшую и священную часть всего, что вам дают». 30 Скажи левитам: «Когда вы приносите в дар лучшую часть, она будет зачтена вам, как взятая с вашего гумна или давильни. 31 Вы и ваши домочадцы можете есть остаток где угодно – это вознаграждение за вашу службу при шатре встречи. 32 Вы не навлечёте на себя наказание, делая это, если будете приносить в дар лучшую часть. Тогда вы не оскверните священных приношений исраильтян и не умрёте».
