1Nach der Anweisung, die Mose von Jahwe erhalten hatte, wurden die heiligen Gewänder hergestellt, wie sie Aaron für den Dienst im Heiligtum benötigte. Man nahm dazu blaue und rote und karmesinrote ‹Farben›.
Das Efod
2Das Efod machten sie aus Gold sowie blauen, roten und karmesinroten Fäden und gezwirntem Leinen.3Sie hämmerten dünne Goldbleche und zerschnitten sie zu schmalen Streifen, um sie künstlerisch in das Material einzuarbeiten.4Sie machten auch die beiden mit ihm verbundenen Schulterstücke5und den Gürtel, mit dem das Efod zusammengehalten wurde. Er bestand aus demselben Material und war mit ihm verbunden, so wie es Jahwe Mose befohlen hatte.6Dann fassten sie die zwei Onyxsteine in Gold, gravierten in die Steine die Namen der Söhne Israels7und brachten sie auf den Schulterstücken des Efods an – die Steine zur Erinnerung an die Israeliten; so wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.
Das Brustschild
8Die Brusttasche machte man wie das Efod aus gezwirntem Leinen. Sie wurde mit Goldfäden sowie solchen aus blauer, roter und karmesinroter ‹Farbe› künstlerisch bestickt.9Sie war quadratisch, 22 mal 22 Zentimeter groß, und doppelt gelegt.10Dann wurde sie mit Edelsteinen in vier Reihen besetzt. In der ersten Reihe ein Karneol, ein Topas und ein Smaragd;11in der zweiten Reihe ein Rubin, ein Saphir und ein Jaspis;12in der dritten Reihe ein Hyazinth, ein Achat und ein Amethyst;13und in der vierten Reihe ein Türkis, ein Onyx und ein Nephrit. Alle waren mit Gold eingefasst.14In die Steine waren die Namen der zwölf Söhne Israels eingraviert, in jedem Stein ein Name für einen Stamm.15Dann wurden zwei gedrehte Kettenschnüre aus reinem Gold für das Brustschild hergestellt.16An den beiden oberen Ecken des Brustschilds wurden zwei goldene Ringe angebracht17und die beiden goldenen Schnüre dort befestigt.18Die Enden dieser beiden Schnüre wurden an der Vorderseite der Schulterstücke befestigt.19Auch an den beiden unteren Enden der Brusttasche wurden zwei goldene Ringe angebracht,20ebenso an den beiden Schulterstücken des Efods. Sie wurden dicht an ihrer Naht, aber oberhalb des Gürtels vom Efod befestigt.21Man verknüpfte das Brustschild mit einer blauen Schnur von seinen Ringen aus mit den Ringen des Efods, sodass es über dem Gurt des Efods saß und sich nicht verschieben konnte; so wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.
Andere Kleidungsstücke
22Das Obergewand, das unter dem Efod getragen wurde, bestand aus purpurblauem Stoff.23Die Öffnung für den Kopf in der Mitte war wie bei der Halseinfassung eines Panzerhemdes mit einer gewebten Borte eingefasst, damit sie nicht einriss.24Am unteren Saum waren Granatäpfel aus blauen, roten und karmesinroten Fäden befestigt.25Dazwischen hatte man goldene Glöckchen angebracht,26sodass um den ganzen Saum herum immer ein Glöckchen auf einen Granatapfel folgte. In diesem Gewand sollte der Dienst im Heiligtum verrichtet werden, wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.27Für die Untergewänder Aarons und seiner Söhne verwendeten sie fein gewebtes Leinen,28ebenso für die Kopfbünde, die turbanartigen Kopfbedeckungen, und für die Kniehosen.29Auch der bunt gewirkte Gürtel bestand aus gezwirntem Leinen; so wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.30Schließlich machten sie das Stirnblatt, das heilige Diadem, aus reinem Gold und gravierten darauf ein: „Heilig für Jahwe“.31Das wurde mit einer blauen Schnur vorn am Kopfbund befestigt, wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.
Mose besichtigt das Heiligtum
32So wurden alle Arbeiten für die Wohnung des Offenbarungszeltes vollendet. Die Israeliten machten es genauso, wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.33Dann brachten sie alles zu Mose: das Zelt und alles, was dazugehörte; seine Haken, Bretter, Riegel, Säulen und Sockel,34die Decke aus rot gefärbten Fellen von Schafböcken, die Decke aus Tachasch-Häuten, den Vorhang, der alles verhüllte,35die Lade für die göttliche Urkunde, ihre Tragstangen und die Deckplatte,36den Tisch für die geweihten Brote mit allem, was dazugehört;37den Leuchter mit seinen Lampen, dem Öl und allem Zubehör,38den goldenen Altar, das Salböl, den Weihrauch und den Vorhang für den Eingang,39den Bronzealtar, sein Bronzegitter, seine Tragstangen und alles Zubehör, das Becken und sein Gestell,40die Planen für den Vorhof, dazu die Säulen und Bodenplatten, die Plane für den Eingang zum Vorhof, dazu die Seile, Pflöcke und was sonst noch dazugehört;41die gewirkten Gewänder für den Priesterdienst im Heiligtum, die heiligen Gewänder für Aaron und die für seine Söhne.42Die Israeliten hatten alles genauso gemacht, wie Jahwe es Mose befohlen hatte.43Mose sah sich alles an, was sie gemacht hatten. Es war alles genauso geworden, wie Jahwe es befohlen hatte. Da segnete Mose sie.

(2Mo 28,15)9It was square. They made the breastpiece doubled, a span[2] its length and a span its breadth when doubled.10And they set in it four rows of stones. A row of sardius, topaz, and carbuncle was the first row;11and the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;12and the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;13and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They were enclosed in settings of gold filigree.14There were twelve stones with their names according to the names of the sons of Israel. They were like signets, each engraved with its name, for the twelve tribes.15And they made on the breastpiece twisted chains like cords, of pure gold.16And they made two settings of gold filigree and two gold rings, and put the two rings on the two edges of the breastpiece.17And they put the two cords of gold in the two rings at the edges of the breastpiece.18They attached the two ends of the two cords to the two settings of filigree. Thus they attached it in front to the shoulder pieces of the ephod.19Then they made two rings of gold, and put them at the two ends of the breastpiece, on its inside edge next to the ephod.20And they made two rings of gold, and attached them in front to the lower part of the two shoulder pieces of the ephod, at its seam above the skillfully woven band of the ephod.21And they bound the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it should lie on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, and that the breastpiece should not come loose from the ephod, as the Lord had commanded Moses.22He also made the robe of the ephod woven all of blue, (2Mo 28,31)23and the opening of the robe in it was like the opening in a garment, with a binding around the opening, so that it might not tear.24On the hem of the robe they made pomegranates of blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen.25They also made bells of pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates all around the hem of the robe, between the pomegranates—26a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate around the hem of the robe for ministering, as the Lord had commanded Moses.27They also made the coats, woven of fine linen, for Aaron and his sons, (2Mo 28,39; 2Mo 28,42; Hes 44,18)28and the turban of fine linen, and the caps of fine linen, and the linen undergarments of fine twined linen, (2Mo 39,27)29and the sash of fine twined linen and of blue and purple and scarlet yarns, embroidered with needlework, as the Lord had commanded Moses.30They made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote on it an inscription, like the engraving of a signet, “Holy to the Lord.” (2Mo 28,36; 2Mo 29,6)31And they tied to it a cord of blue to fasten it on the turban above, as the Lord had commanded Moses.32Thus all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting was finished, and the people of Israel did according to all that the Lord had commanded Moses; so they did. (2Mo 25,40; 2Mo 39,42)33Then they brought the tabernacle to Moses, the tent and all its utensils, its hooks, its frames, its bars, its pillars, and its bases;34the covering of tanned rams’ skins and goatskins, and the veil of the screen; (2Mo 35,12)35the ark of the testimony with its poles and the mercy seat;36the table with all its utensils, and the bread of the Presence;37the lampstand of pure gold and its lamps with the lamps set and all its utensils, and the oil for the light; (2Mo 25,31)38the golden altar, the anointing oil and the fragrant incense, and the screen for the entrance of the tent; (2Mo 26,36; 2Mo 30,3; 2Mo 36,37; 2Mo 37,26; 2Mo 40,5; 2Mo 40,26)39the bronze altar, and its grating of bronze, its poles, and all its utensils; the basin and its stand;40the hangings of the court, its pillars, and its bases, and the screen for the gate of the court, its cords, and its pegs; and all the utensils for the service of the tabernacle, for the tent of meeting; (2Mo 27,9; 2Mo 27,16; 2Mo 35,18; 2Mo 38,9; 2Mo 38,18)41the finely worked garments for ministering in the Holy Place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons for their service as priests.42According to all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so the people of Israel had done all the work. (2Mo 35,10)43And Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it; as the Lord had commanded, so had they done it. Then Moses blessed them. И Муса благословил их.
