Jakobs Übersiedlung nach Ägypten

1 Israel brach auf mit allem, was er hatte. Als er nach Beerscheba kam, schlachtete er einige Tiere und brachte sie dem Gott seines Vaters Isaak als Opfer. 

2 In der Nacht sprach Gott zu ihm in einer Vision: „Jakob! Jakob!“ – „Ja?“, antwortete er. 

3 „Ich bin Gott, der Gott deines Vaters. Hab keine Angst, nach Ägypten zu ziehen, denn ich lasse dich dort zu einem großen Volk werden. 

4 Ich selbst ziehe mit dir nach Ägypten und werde dich auch wieder hier heraufbringen. Und Josef wird dir die Augen zudrücken.“ 

5 Dann brach Jakob von Beerscheba auf. Seine Söhne setzten ihn und ihre Kinder und Frauen auf die Wagen, die der Pharao mitgeschickt hatte, um sie zu holen. 

6 Mit ihren Herden und allem, was sie in Kanaan erworben hatten, kamen sie nach Ägypten, Jakob und seine ganze Familie, 

7 seine Söhne und Töchter, seine Enkel und Enkelinnen. Seine ganze Nachkommenschaft brachte Israel mit nach Ägypten. 

8 Das sind die Namen der Söhne Israels, die nach Ägypten kamen: Zunächst Jakob selbst und sein Sohn Ruben, der Erstgeborene. 

9 Dann dessen Söhne Henoch, Pallu, Hezron und Karmi. 

10 Simeon und seine Söhne Jemuël, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar und Schaul, der Sohn einer Kanaaniterin. 

11 Levi und seine Söhne Gerschon, Kehat und Merari. 

12 Juda und seine Söhne Er, Onan, Schela, Perez und Serach; die beiden ersten waren schon in Kanaan gestorben; Perez hatte zwei Söhne: Hezron und Hamul. 

13 Issachar und seine Söhne Tola, Puwa, Jaschub und Schimron. 

14 Sebulon und seine Söhne Sered, Elon und Jachleël. 

15 Das sind die Nachkommen, die Lea dem Jakob noch in Mesopotamien geboren hatte, dazu eine Tochter: Dina. Es waren also 33 Söhne und Töchter. 

16 Die Söhne Gads waren Zifjon, Haggi, Schuni, Ezbon, Eri, Arod und Areli. 

17 Die Söhne Aschers: Jimna, Jischwa, Jischwi und Beria, dazu seine Tochter Serach; Beria hatte zwei Söhne: Heber und Malkiël. 

18 Das sind die Nachkommen der Silpa, die Laban seiner Tochter Lea mitgegeben hatte: 16 Personen. 

19 Von Jakobs Frau Rahel stammen Josef und Benjamin. 

20 Von Josef stammen Manasse und Efraïm, die ihm Asenat, die Tochter des Priesters Potifera aus Heliopolis, in Ägypten geboren hatte. 

21 Die Nachkommen Benjamins waren Bela, Becher, Aschbel, Gera, Naaman, Ehi, Rosch, Muppim, Huppim und Ard. 

22 Die Nachkommen Rahels waren also 14 Personen. 

23 Dans Sohn hieß Huschim. 

24 Naftalis Söhne waren Jachzeel, Guni, Jezer und Schillem. 

25 Das sind die Nachkommen der Bilha, die Laban seiner Tochter Rahel mitgegeben hatte: sieben Personen. 

26 Die Gesamtzahl der Personen, die mit Jakob nach Ägypten kamen und von ihm abstammten, betrug ohne die Frauen der Söhne Jakobs 66 Personen. 

27 Dazu kommen die Söhne Josefs, die ihm in Ägypten geboren wurden, zwei Personen. Insgesamt waren 70 Personen von der Familie Jakobs nach Ägypten gekommen. 

28 So kam Jakob in das Gebiet von Goschen. Er hatte Juda zu Josef vorausgeschickt, damit dieser die entsprechenden Anweisungen gebe und sie nach Goschen ziehen könnten. 

29 Josef ließ seinen Wagen anspannen und zog seinem Vater Israel nach Goschen entgegen. Als er ihn zu Gesicht bekam, fiel er ihm um den Hals und weinte lange. 

30 „Nun will ich gerne sterben!“, sagte Israel zu ihm, „nachdem ich dich wiedergesehen habe und weiß, dass du noch am Leben bist.“ 

31 Dann sagte Josef zu seinen Brüdern und ihren Familien: „Ich gehe jetzt zum Pharao und werde ihm sagen: 'Die ganze Familie meines Vaters, die im Land Kanaan lebte, ist zu mir gekommen. 

32 Die Männer sind Schafhirten, Viehzüchter seit eh und je. Sie haben ihren ganzen Besitz, ihre Schafe, Ziegen und Rinder mitgebracht.' 

33 Wenn der Pharao euch dann zu sich rufen lässt und euch nach eurer Tätigkeit fragt, 

34 sagt ihm: 'Deine Diener sind von Jugend an Viehzüchter gewesen wie unsere Vorfahren.' Dann könnt ihr hier in Goschen bleiben. Den Ägyptern sind Kleinviehhirten nämlich ein Gräuel.“

1 وَارْتَحَلَ إِسْرَائِيلُ وَكُلُّ مَالَهُ حَتَّى وَصَلَ إِلَى بِئْرِ سَبْعٍ، فَقَدَّمَ ذَبَائِحَ إِلَى إِلَهِ أَبِيهِ إِسْحاقَ. 

2 وَقَالَ اللهُ لإِسْرَائِيلَ فِي رُؤَى اللَّيْلِ: «يَعْقُوبُ، يَعْقُوبُ». فَأَجَابَ: «هَا أَنَا» 

3 فَقَالَ: «أَنَا هُوَ اللهُ، إِلَهُ أَبِيكَ. لَا تَخَفْ مِنَ الذَّهَابِ إِلَى مِصْرَ لأَنِّي أَجْعَلُكَ أُمَّةً عَظِيمَةً هُنَاكَ. 

4 أَنَا أَصْحَبُكَ إِلَى مِصْرَ، وَأَنَا أُرْجِعُكَ أَيْضاً، وَيُغْمِضُ يُوسُفُ أَجْفَانَكَ بِيَدَيْهِ عِنْدَ مَوْتِكَ». 

5 فَانْطَلَقَ يَعْقُوبُ مِنْ بِئْرِ سَبْعٍ. وَحَمَلَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ يَعْقُوبَ أَبَاهُمْ وَأَوْلادَهُمْ وَزَوْجَاتِهِمْ فِي الْعَرَبَاتِ الَّتِي أَرْسَلَهَا فِرْعَوْنُ لِنَقْلِهِ. 

6 وَأَخَذُوا مَعَهُمْ مَوَاشِيَهُمْ وَمُقْتَنَيَاتِهِمِ الَّتِي اقْتَنَوْهَا فِي أَرْضِ كَنْعَانَ وَجَاءُوا جَمِيعاً إِلَى مِصْرَ، 

7 فَقَدْ صَحِبَ يَعْقُوبُ مَعَهُ إِلَى مِصْرَ أَبْنَاءَهُ وَأَحْفَادَهُ مِنْ بَنِينَ وَبَنَاتٍ، وَسَائِرَ ذُرِّيَّتِهِ. 

8 وَهَذِهِ أَسْمَاءُ أَبْنَاءِ إِسْرَائِيلَ الَّذِينَ قَدِمُوا مَعَهُ إِلَى مِصْرَ. يَعْقُوبُ وَأَبْنَاؤُهُ: رَأُوبَيْنُ بِكْرُ يَعْقُوبَ. 

9 وَأَبْنَاءُ رَأُوبَيْنَ: حَنُوكُ وَفَلُّو وَحَصْرُونُ وَكَرْمِي. 

10 وَأَبْنَاءُ شِمْعُونَ: يَمُوئِيلُ وَيَامِينُ وَأُوهَدُ وَيَاكِينُ وَصُوحَرُ وَشَأُولُ ابْنُ الْكَنْعَانِيَّةِ. 

11 وَأَبْنَاءُ لاوِي: جِرْشُونُ وَقَهَاتُ وَمَرَارِي. 

12 وَأَبْنَاءُ يَهُوذَا: عِيرٌ وَأُونَانُ وَشِيلَةُ وَفَارَصُ وَزَارَحُ. وَمَاتَ عِيرٌ وَأُونَانُ فِي أَرْضِ كَنْعَانَ. وَأَمَّا ابْنَا فَارَصَ فَهُمَا حَصْرُونُ وَحَامُولُ. 

13 وَأَبْنَاءُ يَسَّاكَرَ: تُولاعُ وَفَوَّةُ وَيُوبٌ وَشِمْرُونُ. 

14 وَأَبْنَاءُ زَبُولُونَ: سَارَدُ وَإِيلُونُ وَيَاحَلْئِيلُ. 

15 هَؤُلاءِ جَمِيعُهُمْ أَبْنَاءُ لَيْئَةَ الَّذِينَ أَنْجَبَتْهُمْ لِيَعْقُوبَ فِي سَهْلِ أَرَامَ، فَضْلاً عَنِ ابْنَتِهِ دِينَةَ. فَكَانَ مَجْمُوعُ عَدَدِ بَنِيهِ وَبَنَاتِهِ وَأَحْفَادِهِ مِنْ لَيْئَةَ ثَلاثَةً وَثَلاثِينَ. 

16 وَأَبْنَاءُ جَادٍ صِفْيُونُ وَحَجِّي وَشُونِي وَأَصْبُونَ وَعِيرِي وَأَرُودِي وَأَرْئِيلِي. 

17 وَأَبْنَاءُ أَشِيرَ: يِمْنَةُ وَيِشْوَةُ وَيِشْوِيُ وَبَرِيعَةُ وَأُخْتُهُمْ سَارَحُ. أَمَّا ابْنَا بَرِيعَةَ فَهُمَا حَابَرُ وَمَلْكِيئِيلُ. 

18 هُؤُلاءِ هُمْ بَنُو زِلْفَةَ جَارِيَةِ لَيْئَةَ الَّتِي وَهَبَهَا إِيَّاهَا لابَانُ. فَكَانَ عَدَدُ ذُرِّيَّتِهَا الَّتِي أَنْجَبَتْهَا لِيَعْقُوبَ سِتَّ عَشْرَةَ نَفْساً. 

19 أَمَّا ابْنَا رَاحِيلَ زَوْجَةِ يَعْقُوبَ فَهُمَا يُوسُفُ وَبِنْيَامِينُ. 

20 وَوُلِدَ لِيُوسُفَ فِي أَرْضِ مِصْرَ مَنَسَّى وَأَفْرَايِمُ اللَّذَانِ أَنْجَبَتْهُمَا لَهُ أَسْنَاتُ ابْنَةُ فُوطِيفَارَعَ كَاهِنِ أُونٍ. 

21 وَأَبْنَاءُ بِنْيَامِينَ بَالَعُ وَبَاكَرُ وَأَشْبِيلُ وَجِيرَا وَنَعْمَانُ وَإِيحِي وَرُوشُ وَمُفِّيمُ وَحُفِّيمُ وَأَرْدُ 

22 هَؤُلاءِ ذُرِّيَّةُ رَاحِيلَ الَّذِينَ وُلِدُوا لِيَعْقُوبَ. وَعَدَدُهُمْ جَمِيعاً أَرْبَعَةَ عَشَرَ شَخْصاً. 

23 وَابْنُ دَانٍ هُوَ حُوشِيمُ. 

24 وَأَبْنَاءُ نَفْتَالِي: يَاحَصْئِيلُ وَجُونِي وَيِصْرُ وَشِلِّيمُ. 

25 هَؤُلاءِ بَنُو يَعْقُوبَ الَّذِينَ أَنْجَبَتْهُمْ لَهُ بِلْهَةُ جَارِيَةُ رَاحِيلَ الَّتِي أَعْطَاهَا إِيَّاهَا أَبُوهَا لابَانُ، وَعَدَدُهُمْ جَمِيعاً سَبْعَةُ أَشْخَاصٍ. 

26 فَكَانَ عَدَدُ جَمِيعِ الأَشْخَاصِ الْخَارِجِينَ مِنْ صُلْبِ يَعْقُوبَ، مِمَّنْ وَفَدُوا إِلَى مِصْرَ، سِتَّةً وَسِتِّينَ شَخْصاً مَاعَدَا زَوْجَاتِ أَبْنَائِهِ. 

27 وَابْنَا يُوسُفَ اللَّذَانِ وُلِدَا لَهُ فِي مِصْرَ هُمَا شَخْصَانِ. فَيَكُونُ عَدَدُ نُفُوسِ بَيْتِ يَعْقُوبَ الَّتِي قَدِمَتْ إِلَى مِصْرَ سَبْعِينَ نَفْساً. 

28 وَأَرْسَلَ يَعْقُوبُ يَهُوذَا أَمَامَهُ إِلَى يُوسُفَ لِيَدُلَّهُ عَلَى الطَّرِيقِ الْمُؤَدِّيَةِ إِلَى جَاسَانَ. 

29 فَأَعَدَّ يُوسُفُ مَرْكَبَتَهُ وَصَعِدَ لِلِقَاءِ أَبِيهِ إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي جَاسَانَ. وَمَا إِنْ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى عَانَقَهُ يُوسُفُ وَبَكَى زَمَاناً طَوِيلاً. 

30 وَقَالَ إِسْرَائِيلُ لِيُوسُفَ: «دَعْنِي أَمُوتُ الآنَ إِذْ قَدْ أَبْصَرْتُ وَجْهَكَ وَرَأَيْتُ أَنَّكَ مَازِلْتَ حَيًّا». 

31 وَخَاطَبَ يُوسُفُ إخْوَتَهُ وَبَيْتَ أَبِيهِ: «أَنَا مَاضٍ الآنَ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ لأُخْبِرَهُ أَنَّ إخْوَتِي وَبَيْتَ أَبِي الْمُقِيمِينَ فِي أَرْضِ كَنْعَانَ قَدْ قَدِمُوا إِلَيَّ. 

32 وَهُمْ رُعَاةُ غَنَمٍ، وَحِرْفَتُهُمْ رِعَايَةُ الْمَوَاشِي، لِذَلِكَ أَحْضَرُوا مَعَهُمْ غَنَمَهُمْ وَبَقَرَهُمْ وَكُلَّ مَالَهُمْ. 

33 فَإِذَا دَعَاكُمْ وَسَأَلَكُمْ: مَا حِرْفَتُكُمْ؟ 

34 قُولُوا: حِرْفَتُنَا رِعَايَةُ الْمَوَاشِي مُنْذُ صِبَانَا إِلَى الآنَ، كَذَلِكَ نَحْنُ وَهَكَذَا كَانَ آبَاؤُنَا جَمِيعاً. لِكَيْ تُقِيمُوا فِي أَرْضِ جَاسَانَ؛ لأَنَّ كُلَّ رَاعِي غَنَمٍ نَجِسٌ لَدَى الْمِصْرِيِّينَ».

Joseph Brings His Family to Egypt

1 So Israel took his journey with all that he had and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac. (1Mo 21,31; 1Mo 21,33; 1Mo 26,24; 1Mo 26,33; 1Mo 28,10; 1Mo 28,13; 1Mo 31,42) 

2 And God spoke to Israel in visions of the night and said, “Jacob, Jacob.” And he said, “Here I am.” (1Mo 15,1; Hi 33,14) 

3 Then he said, “I am God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for there I will make you into a great nation. (1Mo 12,2; 1Mo 28,13; 1Mo 35,11; 2Mo 1,7; 2Mo 1,9; 5Mo 26,5) 

4 I myself will go down with you to Egypt, and I will also bring you up again, and Joseph’s hand shall close your eyes.” (1Mo 15,16; 1Mo 28,15; 1Mo 48,21; 1Mo 50,1; 1Mo 50,24; 2Mo 3,8) 

5 Then Jacob set out from Beersheba. The sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons that Pharaoh had sent to carry him. (1Mo 45,19; 1Mo 45,21; 1Mo 45,27) 

6 They also took their livestock and their goods, which they had gained in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob and all his offspring with him, (Jos 24,4; Ps 105,23; Jes 52,4; Apg 7,14) 

7 his sons, and his sons’ sons with him, his daughters, and his sons’ daughters. All his offspring he brought with him into Egypt. 

8 Now these are the names of the descendants of Israel, who came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons. Reuben, Jacob’s firstborn, (2Mo 1,1; 2Mo 6,14; 4Mo 26,5; 1Chr 5,1) 

9 and the sons of Reuben: Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi. 

10 The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul, the son of a Canaanite woman. 

11 The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. (1Chr 6,1) 

12 The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, Shelah, Perez, and Zerah (but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan); and the sons of Perez were Hezron and Hamul. (1Mo 38,3; 1Mo 38,7; 1Mo 38,10; 1Mo 38,29; 1Chr 2,3; 1Chr 2,5; 1Chr 4,21) 

13 The sons of Issachar: Tola, Puvah, Yob, and Shimron. (1Chr 7,1) 

14 The sons of Zebulun: Sered, Elon, and Jahleel. 

15 These are the sons of Leah, whom she bore to Jacob in Paddan-aram, together with his daughter Dinah; altogether his sons and his daughters numbered thirty-three. (1Mo 29,32; 1Mo 30,1) 

16 The sons of Gad: Ziphion, Haggi, Shuni, Ezbon, Eri, Arodi, and Areli. 

17 The sons of Asher: Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi, Beriah, with Serah their sister. And the sons of Beriah: Heber and Malchiel. (1Chr 7,30) 

18 These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter; and these she bore to Jacob—sixteen persons. (1Mo 29,24; 1Mo 30,10) 

19 The sons of Rachel, Jacob’s wife: Joseph and Benjamin. 

20 And to Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, whom Asenath, the daughter of Potiphera the priest of On, bore to him. (1Mo 41,45; 1Mo 41,50) 

21 And the sons of Benjamin: Bela, Becher, Ashbel, Gera, Naaman, Ehi, Rosh, Muppim, Huppim, and Ard. (4Mo 26,38; 1Chr 7,6; 1Chr 8,1) 

22 These are the sons of Rachel, who were born to Jacob—fourteen persons in all. 

23 The son of Dan: Hushim. 

24 The sons of Naphtali: Jahzeel, Guni, Jezer, and Shillem. (1Chr 7,13) 

25 These are the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to Rachel his daughter, and these she bore to Jacob—seven persons in all. (1Mo 29,29; 1Mo 30,5) 

26 All the persons belonging to Jacob who came into Egypt, who were his own descendants, not including Jacob’s sons’ wives, were sixty-six persons in all. 

27 And the sons of Joseph, who were born to him in Egypt, were two. All the persons of the house of Jacob who came into Egypt were seventy. (2Mo 1,5; 5Mo 10,22; Apg 7,14) 

Jacob and Joseph Reunited

28 He had sent Judah ahead of him to Joseph to show the way before him in Goshen, and they came into the land of Goshen. (1Mo 45,10) 

29 Then Joseph prepared his chariot and went up to meet Israel his father in Goshen. He presented himself to him and fell on his neck and wept on his neck a good while. (1Mo 45,14) 

30 Israel said to Joseph, “Now let me die, since I have seen your face and know that you are still alive.” (Lk 2,29) 

31 Joseph said to his brothers and to his father’s household, “I will go up and tell Pharaoh and will say to him, ‘My brothers and my father’s household, who were in the land of Canaan, have come to me. (1Mo 47,1) 

32 And the men are shepherds, for they have been keepers of livestock, and they have brought their flocks and their herds and all that they have.’ (1Mo 47,3) 

33 When Pharaoh calls you and says, ‘What is your occupation?’ (1Mo 46,32) 

34 you shall say, ‘Your servants have been keepers of livestock from our youth even until now, both we and our fathers,’ in order that you may dwell in the land of Goshen, for every shepherd is an abomination to the Egyptians.” (1Mo 37,12; 1Mo 43,32; 1Mo 46,28; 1Mo 46,32; 2Mo 8,26)

24 Сыновья Неффалима: Иахцеил, Гуни, Иецер и Шиллем. 

25 Это сыновья, рождённые Якубу Билхой, которую Лаван дал в служанки своей дочери Рахиле; всего семь человек. 

26 Всех, кто пришёл в Египет с Якубом, – его прямых потомков, не считая жён его сыновей, – было шестьдесят шесть человек. 

27 Сыновей Юсуфа, которые были рождены ему в Египте, было двое. Всего членов семьи Якуба, пришедших в Египет, было семьдесят человек.

28 Якуб послал перед собой к Юсуфу Иуду, чтобы узнать путь в Гошен. И они прибыли туда. 

29 Юсуф запряг колесницу и поехал в Гошен, чтобы встретить своего отца Исраила. Он предстал перед отцом, обнял его и долго плакал. 

30 Исраил сказал Юсуфу: – Теперь я могу и умереть, потому что увидел своими глазами, что ты жив. 

31 Юсуф сказал своим братьям и домашним отца: – Я пойду к фараону и скажу ему: «Мои братья и дом моего отца, которые жили в земле Ханаана, пришли ко мне. 

32 Эти люди – пастухи; они разводят скот и привели с собой свои стада и принесли всё своё имущество». 

33 Когда фараон вызовет вас и спросит: «Чем вы занимаетесь?» – 

34 вы должны ответить: «Рабы твои с отрочества своего и доныне разводят скот, как делали и наши отцы». Тогда вам будет позволено поселиться в земле Гошен, потому что египтянам отвратительны пастухи.
