1 Cantem ao SENHOR um novo cântico; cantem ao SENHOR, todos os habitantes da terra! 2 Cantem ao SENHOR, bendigam o seu nome; cada dia proclamem a sua salvação! 3 Anunciem a sua glória entre as nações, seus feitos maravilhosos entre todos os povos! 4 Porque o SENHOR é grande e digno de todo louvor, mais temível do que todos os deuses! 5 Todos os deuses das nações não passam de ídolos, mas o SENHOR fez os céus. 6 Majestade e esplendor estão diante dele; poder e dignidade, no seu santuário. 7 Deem ao SENHOR, ó famílias das nações, deem ao SENHOR glória e força. 8 Deem ao SENHOR a glória devida ao seu nome e entrem nos seus átrios trazendo ofertas. 9 Adorem o SENHOR no esplendor da sua santidade; tremam diante dele todos os habitantes da terra. 10 Digam entre as nações: “O SENHOR reina!” Por isso firme está o mundo e não se abalará, e ele julgará os povos com justiça. 11 Regozijem-se os céus e exulte a terra! Ressoe o mar e tudo o que nele existe! 12 Regozijem-se os campos e tudo o que neles há! Cantem de alegria todas as árvores da floresta, 13 cantem diante do SENHOR, porque ele vem, vem julgar a terra; julgará o mundo com justiça e os povos com a sua fidelidade!

1 Oh sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth! (1 Cr 16:23; Sl 33:3; Sl 98:1) 2 Sing to the Lord, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day. (Is 52:7; Is 60:6) 3 Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples! 4 For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods. (Sl 18:3; Sl 48:1; Sl 95:3) 5 For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols, but the Lord made the heavens. (Sl 115:15; Is 42:5; Is 44:24; Jr 10:12) 6 Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and beauty are in his sanctuary. (Sl 78:61) 7 Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength! (Sl 22:27; Sl 29:1) 8 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering, and come into his courts! (Sl 29:2; Sl 45:12; Sl 68:29; Sl 72:10; Sl 100:4) 9 Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness;[1] tremble before him, all the earth! (Sl 29:2; Sl 114:7) 10 Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns! Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved; he will judge the peoples with equity.” (Sl 9:8; Sl 58:11; Sl 93:1; Sl 96:13) 11 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and all that fills it; (Sl 69:34; Sl 97:1; Sl 98:7) 12 let the field exult, and everything in it! Then shall all the trees of the forest sing for joy (Is 35:1; Is 55:12) 13 before the Lord, for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness, and the peoples in his faithfulness. (Is 11:1)
