Louvem, ó servos do SENHOR, louvem o nome do SENHOR! 2 Seja bendito o nome do SENHOR, desde agora e para sempre! 3 Do nascente ao poente, seja louvado o nome do SENHOR! 4 O SENHOR está exaltado acima de todas as nações; e acima dos céus está a sua glória. 5 Quem é como o SENHOR, o nosso Deus, que reina em seu trono nas alturas, 6 mas se inclina para contemplar o que acontece nos céus e na terra? 7 Ele levanta do pó o necessitado e ergue do lixo o pobre, 8 para fazê-los sentar-se com príncipes, com os príncipes do seu povo. 9 Dá um lar à estéril, e dela faz uma feliz mãe de filhos. Aleluia!

1 Praise the Lord! Praise, O servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord! (Sl 34:22; Sl 69:36; Sl 102:28; Sl 104:35; Sl 135:1) 2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forevermore! (Jó 1:21; Sl 115:18) 3 From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised! (Sl 18:3; Sl 48:10; Sl 50:1; Is 59:19; Ml 1:11) 4 The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens! (Sl 8:1; Sl 57:5; Sl 57:11; Sl 99:2; Sl 148:13) 5 Who is like the Lord our God, who is seated on high, (Sl 35:10) 6 who looks far down on the heavens and the earth? (Sl 11:4; Sl 138:6) 7 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap, (Sl 107:41; Sl 136:23) 8 to make them sit with princes, with the princes of his people.
