1 Я верил, поэтому я и говорил: «Я сильно сокрушен». 

2 В исступлении я сказал: «Всякий человек – лжец». 

3 Чем воздам я Господу за всю Его доброту ко мне? 

4 Возьму чашу спасения и призову имя Господне. 

5 Исполню мои обеты Господу перед всем Его народом. 

6 Дорога в глазах Господа смерть верных Ему. 

7 Господи, истинно я – слуга Твой. Я – слуга Твой и сын служанки твоей. Ты освободил меня от цепей. 

8 Принесу Тебе жертву благодарности и призову имя Господне. 

9 Исполню мои обеты Господу перед всем Его народом, 

10 во дворах дома Господня, посреди тебя, Иерусалим! Аллилуйя!

To Your Name Give Glory

1 Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness! (Пс 36:5; Ис 48:11; Иез 36:22; Дан 9:18) 

2 Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?” (Исх 32:12; Чис 14:13; Пс 42:3) 

3 Our God is in the heavens; he does all that he pleases. (Пс 11:4; Пс 135:6; Дан 4:35) 

4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of human hands. (Втор 4:28; 4Цар 19:18; Пс 135:15; Ис 37:19; Ис 44:10; Иер 10:3; Деян 19:26) 

5 They have mouths, but do not speak; eyes, but do not see. (Ис 46:7; Авв 2:18) 

6 They have ears, but do not hear; noses, but do not smell. 

7 They have hands, but do not feel; feet, but do not walk; and they do not make a sound in their throat. 

8 Those who make them become like them; so do all who trust in them. (Ис 44:9) 

9 O Israel, trust in the Lord! He is their help and their shield. (Пс 33:20; Пс 37:3; Пс 62:8; Пс 118:2; Пс 135:19) 

10 O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord! He is their help and their shield. (Пс 3:3; Пс 115:9)

14 May the Lord give you increase, you and your children! (Втор 1:11)
