16Quanto agli undici discepoli, essi andarono in Galilea sul monte che Gesù aveva loro designato.17E, vedutolo, l’adorarono; alcuni però dubitarono.18E Gesù, avvicinatosi, parlò loro, dicendo: «Ogni potere mi è stato dato in cielo e sulla terra.19Andate dunque e fate miei discepoli tutti i popoli battezzandoli nel nome del Padre, del Figlio e dello Spirito Santo,20insegnando loro a osservare tutte quante le cose che vi ho comandate. The Report of the Guard
11While they were going, behold, some of the guard went into the city and told the chief priests all that had taken place. (Mat 27,65)12And when they had assembled with the elders and taken counsel, they gave a sufficient sum of money to the soldiers13and said, “Tell people, ‘His disciples came by night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ (Mat 27,64)14And if this comes to the governor’s ears, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” (Mat 27,2; At 12,20)15So they took the money and did as they were directed.
