Ia aminte la rugăciunea mea!2Te chem de la capătul pământului cu inima mâhnită: „Condu‑mă la stânca mai înaltă decât mine!“3Căci Tu ești un adăpost pentru mine, un turn tare împotriva dușmanului.4Aș vrea să locuiesc în cortul Tău pe vecie, să mă adăpostesc sub învelișul aripilor Tale. Selah5Căci Tu, Dumnezeule, mi‑ai ascultat jurămintele; Tu mi‑ai dat moștenirea celor ce se tem de Numele Tău.6Adaugă zile la zilele regelui! Anii lui să‑i fie ca ai multor generații!7Fie să troneze veșnic în prezența lui Dumnezeu! Pune îndurarea și credincioșia să vegheze asupra lui!8Atunci voi cânta spre lauda Numelui Tău întotdeauna și‑mi voi împlini jurămintele zi de zi.
