1‘ “When you allot the land as an inheritance, you are to present to the Lord a portion of the land as a sacred district, 25,000 cubits[1] long and 20,000[2] cubits[3] wide; the entire area will be holy.2Of this, a section 500 cubits[4] square is to be for the sanctuary, with 50 cubits[5] around it for open land.3In the sacred district, measure off a section 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits[6] wide. In it will be the sanctuary, the Most Holy Place.4It will be the sacred portion of the land for the priests, who minister in the sanctuary and who draw near to minister before the Lord. It will be a place for their houses as well as a holy place for the sanctuary.5An area 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits wide will belong to the Levites, who serve in the temple, as their possession for towns to live in.[7]6‘ “You are to give the city as its property an area 5,000 cubits[8] wide and 25,000 cubits long, adjoining the sacred portion; it will belong to all Israel.7‘ “The prince will have the land bordering each side of the area formed by the sacred district and the property of the city. It will extend westward from the west side and eastward from the east side, running lengthwise from the western to the eastern border parallel to one of the tribal portions.8This land will be his possession in Israel. And my princes will no longer oppress my people but will allow the people of Israel to possess the land according to their tribes.9‘ “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: you have gone far enough, princes of Israel! Give up your violence and oppression and do what is just and right. Stop dispossessing my people, declares the Sovereign Lord.10You are to use accurate scales, an accurate ephah[9] and an accurate bath.[10]11The ephah and the bath are to be the same size, the bath containing a tenth of a homer and the ephah a tenth of a homer; the homer is to be the standard measure for both.12The shekel[11] is to consist of twenty gerahs. Twenty shekels plus twenty-five shekels plus fifteen shekels equal one mina.[12]13‘ “This is the special gift you are to offer: a sixth of an ephah[13] from each homer of wheat and a sixth of an ephah[14] from each homer of barley.14The prescribed portion of olive oil, measured by the bath, is a tenth of a bath[15] from each cor (which consists of ten baths or one homer, for ten baths are equivalent to a homer).15Also one sheep is to be taken from every flock of two hundred from the well-watered pastures of Israel. These will be used for the grain offerings, burnt offerings and fellowship offerings to make atonement for the people, declares the Sovereign Lord.16All the people of the land will be required to give this special offering to the prince in Israel.17It will be the duty of the prince to provide the burnt offerings, grain offerings and drink offerings at the festivals, the New Moons and the Sabbaths – at all the appointed festivals of Israel. He will provide the sin offerings,[16] grain offerings, burnt offerings and fellowship offerings to make atonement for the Israelites.18‘ “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: in the first month on the first day you are to take a young bull without defect and purify the sanctuary.19The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the temple, on the four corners of the upper ledge of the altar and on the gateposts of the inner court.20You are to do the same on the seventh day of the month for anyone who sins unintentionally or through ignorance; so you are to make atonement for the temple.21‘ “In the first month on the fourteenth day you are to observe the Passover, a festival lasting seven days, during which you shall eat bread made without yeast.22On that day the prince is to provide a bull as a sin offering for himself and for all the people of the land.23Every day during the seven days of the Festival he is to provide seven bulls and seven rams without defect as a burnt offering to the Lord, and a male goat for a sin offering.24He is to provide as a grain offering an ephah for each bull and an ephah for each ram, along with a hin[17] of olive oil for each ephah.25‘ “During the seven days of the Festival, which begins in the seventh month on the fifteenth day, he is to make the same provision for sin offerings, burnt offerings, grain offerings and oil.

Anordnungen für den Opferdienst
9So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Lasst es genug sein, ihr Fürsten Israels! Tut gewalttätigen Frevel und Unterdrückung hinweg, übt Recht und Gerechtigkeit! Hört auf, mein Volk aus seinem Besitz zu vertreiben!, spricht GOTT, der Herr. (Ps 82:2; Isa 1:17; Jer 22:3; Mic 2:1; Mic 3:1)10Ihr sollt richtige Waage, richtiges Epha und richtiges Bat gebrauchen! (Le 19:35; Pr 16:11; Pr 20:10; Pr 21:3; Am 8:4; Mic 6:10)11Das Epha und das Bat sollen ein und dasselbe Maß haben. Ein Bat soll den zehnten Teil eines Homers fassen, und ein Epha soll der zehnte Teil eines Homers sein; ihr Maß soll sich nach dem Homer richten. (Ex 16:36; Ru 2:17; Isa 5:10; Eze 45:13)12Ein Schekel soll 20 Gera betragen; 20 Schekel, 25 Schekel und 15 Schekel soll euch die Mine gelten. Opferordnungen für die Feste

Die Landanteile für den heiligen Bezirk, die Stadt und den Fürsten
1Wenn ihr nun das Land durchs Los austeilt, sollt ihr eine Abgabe vom Land absondern, die dem HERRN heilig sein soll, fünfundzwanzigtausend Ellen lang und zwanzigtausend breit; dieser Raum soll heilig sein, so weit er reicht.2Von ihm sollen auf das Heiligtum kommen je fünfhundert Ellen im Geviert und dazu ein freier Raum ringsherum von fünfzig Ellen.3Und auf diesem abgemessenen Raum sollst du abmessen eine Länge von fünfundzwanzigtausend Ellen und eine Breite von zehntausend; und darin soll das Heiligtum stehen, das Allerheiligste.4Das soll ein heiliges Gebiet im Lande sein und den Priestern gehören, die im Heiligtum dienen und vor den HERRN treten, um ihm zu dienen, damit sie Raum für ihre Häuser haben, und es soll heilig sein.5Aber die Leviten, die am Tempel Dienst tun, sollen auch einen Raum fünfundzwanzigtausend Ellen lang und zehntausend breit als ihr Eigentum bekommen, damit sie da wohnen.6Und der Stadt sollt ihr als Eigentum zuweisen einen Raum von fünftausend Ellen Breite und fünfundzwanzigtausend Ellen Länge, entlang der Abgabe für das Heiligtum. Das soll dem ganzen Hause Israel gehören. (Eze 48:15)7Dem Fürsten aber sollt ihr auch einen Raum geben zu beiden Seiten der Abgabe für das Heiligtum und des Eigentums der Stadt, neben der Abgabe für das Heiligtum und dem Eigentum der Stadt, im Westen westwärts und im Osten ostwärts, und es soll die Länge einem der Stammesgebiete entsprechen von der Grenze im Westen bis zur Grenze im Osten (Eze 48:21)8des Landes. Das soll sein Eigentum sein in Israel, damit meine Fürsten nicht mehr mein Volk bedrücken, sondern das Land dem Hause Israel für seine Stämme lassen. (Eze 46:18)
Mahnung an die Fürsten
9So spricht Gott der HERR: Genug, ihr Fürsten Israels! Lasst ab von Frevel und Gewalttat und tut, was recht und gut ist, und hört auf, mein Volk von Haus und Hof zu vertreiben, spricht Gott der HERR. (1Ki 12:4; 1Ki 12:11; 1Ki 21:1; Jer 21:11; Mic 3:1)10Ihr sollt rechtes Gewicht und rechten Scheffel und rechtes Maß haben. (Le 19:36; De 25:15)11Ein Scheffel und ein Eimer sollen gleich sein, sodass ein Eimer den zehnten Teil von einem Fass hat und ein Scheffel auch den zehnten Teil von einem Fass; nach dem Fass soll man sie beide messen.12Und ein Schekel soll zwanzig Gramm haben. Und zwanzig Schekel, fünfundzwanzig Schekel und fünfzehn Schekel sind für euch ein Pfund.
Die Abgaben des Volkes
13Das soll nun die Abgabe sein, die ihr leisten sollt, nämlich den sechsten Teil eines Scheffels von einem Fass Weizen und den sechsten Teil eines Scheffels von einem Fass Gerste.14Und vom Öl sollt ihr geben je den zehnten Teil eines Eimers von einem Fass, das zehn Eimer oder zehn Scheffel fasst; denn zehn Eimer sind zehn Scheffel;15und je ein Lamm von zweihundert Schafen von den Herden Israels zum Speisopfer und Brandopfer und Dankopfer, um für sie Sühne zu schaffen, spricht Gott der HERR.16Alles Volk des Landes soll diese Abgaben zum Fürsten in Israel bringen.17Und der Fürst soll die Brandopfer, Speisopfer und Trankopfer ausrichten an den Festen, Neumonden und Sabbaten und an allen Feiertagen des Hauses Israel. Er soll die Sündopfer und Speisopfer, Brandopfer und Dankopfer darbringen, um Sühne zu schaffen für das Haus Israel. (2Sa 6:17)
Die großen Feste und das Opfer des Fürsten
18So spricht Gott der HERR: Am ersten Tag des ersten Monats sollst du nehmen einen jungen Stier, der ohne Fehler ist, und das Heiligtum entsündigen.19Und der Priester soll von dem Blut des Sündopfers nehmen und die Pfosten am Tempel damit besprengen und die vier Ecken des Absatzes am Altar samt den Pfosten am Tor des inneren Vorhofs.20So sollst du auch tun am siebenten Tag des Monats wegen derer, die sich verfehlt haben aus Versehen oder Unwissenheit; damit entsühnt ihr den Tempel. (Le 4:22; Le 5:17)21Am vierzehnten Tag des ersten Monats sollt ihr das Passa halten und sieben Tage feiern und ungesäuertes Brot essen.
