1 قَالَ الرَّبُّ لِرَبِّي: «اجْلِسْ عَنْ يَمِينِي حَتَّى أَضَعَ أَعْدَاءَكَ مَوْطِئاً لِقَدَمَيْكَ». 2 يَجْعَلُ الرَّبُّ صِهْيَوْنَ مُنْطَلَقاً لِسُلْطَانِكَ، وَيَقُولُ: «احْكُمْ فِي وَسَطِ أَعْدَائِكَ». 3 فِي يَوْمِ مُحَارَبَةِ أَعْدَائِكَ يَتَطَوَّعُ شَعْبُكَ. يَجِيءُ شَبَابُكَ إِلَى التِّلالِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ كَالنَّدَى فِي قَلْبِ الْفَجْرِ. 4 أَقْسَمَ الرَّبُّ وَلَنْ يَتَرَاجَعَ: «أَنْتَ كَاهِنٌ إِلَى الأَبَدِ عَلَى رُتْبَةِ مَلْكِيصَادَقَ». 5 الرَّبُّ وَاقِفٌ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ. فِي يَوْمِ غَضَبِهِ يُحَطِّمُ مُلُوكاً. 6 يَقْضِي بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ، فَيَمْلَأُ الأَرْضَ الرَّحْبَةَ بِجُثَثِ رُؤَسَائِهَا. 7 يَشْرَبُ الْمَلِكُ مِنَ النَّهْرِ الْمُجَاوِرِ لِلطَّرِيقِ، لِذَلِكَ يَشْمَخُ بِرَأْسِهِ مُنْتَصِراً.

1 A Psalm of David. The Lord says to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.” (يش 10:24; مز 8:6; مز 18:38; مت 22:44; مت 26:64; مر 12:36; لو 20:42; أع 2:34; 1كو 15:25; أف 1:20; أف 1:22; كو 3:1; عب 1:3; عب 1:13; عب 2:8; عب 8:1; عب 10:12; عب 10:13; عب 12:2; 1بط 3:22) 2 The Lord sends forth from Zion your mighty scepter. Rule in the midst of your enemies! (مز 2:5; مز 2:12; مز 16:8; مز 68:14; رو 2:5; رؤ 6:17) 6 He will execute judgment among the nations, filling them with corpses; he will shatter chiefs[4] over the wide earth.
