1Ich ermahne euch nun, Brüder und Schwestern, durch die Barmherzigkeit Gottes, dass ihr euren Leib hingebt als ein Opfer, das lebendig, heilig und Gott wohlgefällig sei. Das sei euer vernünftiger Gottesdienst. (Röm 6,13)2Und stellt euch nicht dieser Welt gleich, sondern ändert euch durch Erneuerung eures Sinnes, auf dass ihr prüfen könnt, was Gottes Wille ist, nämlich das Gute und Wohlgefällige und Vollkommene. Die Gnadengaben im Dienst der Gemeinde
3Denn ich sage durch die Gnade, die mir gegeben ist, jedem unter euch, dass niemand mehr von sich halte, als sich’s gebührt, sondern dass er maßvoll von sich halte, wie Gott einem jeden zugeteilt hat das Maß des Glaubens. Das Leben der Gemeinde
9Die Liebe sei ohne Falsch. Hasst das Böse, hängt dem Guten an. (Am 5,15; 1Tim 1,5)10Die brüderliche Liebe untereinander sei herzlich. Einer komme dem andern mit Ehrerbietung zuvor. (Phil 2,3)11Seid nicht träge in dem, was ihr tun sollt. Seid brennend im Geist. Dient dem Herrn. (Apg 18,25; Kol 3,23; Offb 3,15)12Seid fröhlich in Hoffnung, geduldig in Trübsal, beharrlich im Gebet.13Nehmt euch der Nöte der Heiligen an. Übt Gastfreundschaft. (Hebr 13,2; 1Petr 4,9; 3Joh 1,5)14Segnet, die euch verfolgen; segnet, und verflucht sie nicht. (Mt 5,44; 1Kor 4,12)15Freut euch mit den Fröhlichen, weint mit den Weinenden. La consacrazione a Dio
1Vi esorto dunque, fratelli, per la misericordia di Dio, a presentare i vostri corpi in sacrificio vivente, santo, gradito a Dio; questo è il vostro culto spirituale.2Non conformatevi a questo mondo, ma siate trasformati mediante il rinnovamento della vostra mente, affinché conosciate per esperienza quale sia la volontà di Dio, la buona, gradita e perfetta volontà.3Per la grazia che mi è stata concessa, dico quindi a ciascuno di voi che non abbia di sé un concetto più alto di quello che deve avere, ma abbia di sé un concetto sobrio, secondo la misura di fede che Dio ha assegnata a ciascuno.4Poiché, come in un solo corpo abbiamo molte membra e tutte le membra non hanno una medesima funzione,5così noi, che siamo molti, siamo un solo corpo in Cristo, e, individualmente, siamo membra l’uno dell’altro.6Avendo pertanto doni differenti secondo la grazia che ci è stata concessa, se abbiamo dono di profezia, profetizziamo conformemente alla fede;7se di ministero, attendiamo al ministero; se d’insegnamento, all’insegnare;8se di esortazione, all’esortare; chi dà, dia con semplicità; chi presiede, lo faccia con diligenza; chi fa opere di misericordia, le faccia con gioia.
La vita cristiana

Quanto all’onore, fate a gara nel rendervelo reciprocamente.11Quanto allo zelo, non siate pigri; siate ferventi nello spirito, servite il Signore;12siate allegri nella speranza, pazienti nella tribolazione, perseveranti nella preghiera,13provvedendo alle necessità dei santi, esercitando con premura l’ospitalità.14Benedite quelli che vi perseguitano. Benedite e non maledite.15Rallegratevi con quelli che sono allegri; piangete con quelli che piangono.16Abbiate tra di voi un medesimo sentimento. El amor
9El amor debe ser sincero. Aborrezcan el mal; aférrense al bien.10Ámense los unos a los otros con amor fraternal, respetándose y honrándose mutuamente.11Nunca dejen de ser diligentes; antes bien, sirvan al Señor con el fervor que da el Espíritu.12Alégrense en la esperanza, muestren paciencia en el sufrimiento, perseveren en la oración.13Ayuden a los hermanos necesitados. Practiquen la hospitalidad.14Bendigan a quienes los persigan; bendigan y no maldigan.15Alégrense con los que están alegres; lloren con los que lloran.16Vivan en armonía los unos con los otros. No sean arrogantes, sino háganse solidarios con los humildes.[3] No se crean los únicos que saben.17No paguen a nadie mal por mal. Procuren hacer lo bueno delante de todos.18Si es posible, y en cuanto dependa de ustedes, vivan en paz con todos.19No tomen venganza, hermanos míos, sino dejen el castigo en las manos de Dios, porque está escrito: «Mía es la venganza; yo pagaré»,[4] dice el Señor.20Antes bien, «Si tu enemigo tiene hambre, dale de comer; si tiene sed, dale de beber. Actuando así, harás que se avergüence de su conducta.»[5]21No te dejes vencer por el mal; al contrario, vence el mal con el bien.
