Psalm 121

King James Version

1 A Song of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 

2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. 

3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. 

4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 

5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. 

6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. 

7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. 

8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

1 Ein Wallfahrtslied. Ich hebe meine Augen auf zu den Bergen: Woher kommt mir Hilfe? (Ps 87:1; Ps 123:1; Ps 125:2) 

2 Meine Hilfe kommt von dem HERRN, der Himmel und Erde gemacht hat! (Ps 115:15; Ps 124:8) 

3 Er wird deinen Fuß nicht wanken lassen, und der dich behütet, schläft nicht. (1Sa 2:9; Ps 55:23; Ps 66:9; Ps 127:1; Pr 3:23; Pr 3:26; Isa 27:3) 

4 Siehe, der Hüter Israels schläft noch schlummert nicht. (Ge 28:15; De 32:10) 

5 Der HERR behütet dich; der HERR ist dein Schatten zu deiner rechten Hand, (Ps 16:8; Isa 4:6; Isa 25:4) 

6 dass dich am Tag die Sonne nicht steche, noch der Mond bei Nacht. (Ps 91:5; Isa 49:10)
