1And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits.2And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.3And thou shalt make his pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basons, and his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.4And thou shalt make for it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen rings in the four corners thereof.5And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.6And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass.7And the staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, to bear it.8Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shewed thee in the mount, so shall they make it .9And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of an hundred cubits long for one side:10And the twenty pillars thereof and their twenty sockets shall be of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver.11And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings of an hundred cubits long, and his twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.12And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.13And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.14The hangings of one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.15And on the other side shall be hangings fifteen cubits : their pillars three, and their sockets three.16And for the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four.17All the pillars round about the court shall be filleted with silver; their hooks shall be of silver, and their sockets of brass.18The length of the court shall be an hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.19All the vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.20And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.21In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the LORD: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
1Să faci altarul din lemn de salcâm, lung de cinci coți și lat de cinci coți[1]. Altarul să fie în formă de pătrat, iar înălțimea lui să fie de trei coți[2]. (Ex 25:10; Ex 38:1)2La cele patru colțuri să‑i faci niște coarne care să fie din aceeași bucată cu el, după care să‑l poleiești cu bronz.3Să‑i faci oale pentru cenușa îmbibată de grăsime, lopeți, vase, furculițe și fărașe pentru cărbuni. Toate uneltele lui să i le faci din bronz.4Să‑i faci un grătar din bronz, ca o rețea, și pe el să torni patru inele de bronz, la cele patru colțuri ale sale.5Să‑l pui sub pervazul altarului, astfel încât grătarul să fie la jumătatea înălțimii altarului.6Apoi să faci drugi pentru altar, drugi din lemn de salcâm pe care să‑i poleiești cu bronz.7Drugii să fie introduși prin inelele de pe laturile altarului, pentru ca acesta să poată fi dus.8Altarul să fie făcut din scânduri, gol pe dinăuntru, așa cum ți‑a fost arătat pe munte.
Instrucțiuni privind curtea Tabernaculului
9Curtea Tabernaculului să o faci astfel: în partea de sud, pe o lungime de o sută de coți[3], să pui draperii din fir de in subțire răsucit. (Ex 38:9)10Cei douăzeci de stâlpi cu cele douăzeci de piedestale ale lor să fie din bronz, iar cârligele stâlpilor și legăturile lor să fie din argint.11În partea de nord, pe o lungime de o sută de coți, să pui draperiile cu cei douăzeci de stâlpi ai lor și cele douăzeci de piedestale din bronz ale acestora; cârligele stâlpilor și legăturile lor să fie din argint.12Pe lățimea curții, în partea de apus, să pui draperii pe o lungime de cincizeci de coți[4], cu cei zece stâlpi ai lor și cele zece piedestale ale acestora.13În partea de răsărit, lățimea curții să fie de cincizeci de coți.14Draperiile pentru una din părțile intrării să fie pe o lungime de cincisprezece coți[5], cu cei trei stâlpi ai lor și cele trei piedestale ale acestora.15În cealaltă parte să fie puse draperii pe o lungime de cincisprezece coți, cu cei trei stâlpi ai lor și cele trei piedestale ale acestora.16Pentru intrarea curții să fie o draperie lungă de douăzeci de coți[6], din fire de culoare albastră, purpurie și cărămizie, din fir de in subțire răsucit, lucrată la gherghef, cu cei patru stâlpi ai ei și cele patru piedestale ale acestora.17Toți stâlpii de jur împrejurul curții să aibă legăturile și cârligele din argint, iar piedestalele din bronz.18Curtea să fie lungă de o sută de coți, lată de cincizeci de coți și înaltă de cinci coți[7], având draperii din fir de in subțire răsucit și piedestale din bronz.19Toate uneltele folosite pentru întreaga slujbă de la Tabernacul, toți țărușii lui și toți țărușii curții să fie din bronz.
Instrucțiuni privind uleiul pentru sfeșnic
20Să poruncești fiilor lui Israel să‑ți aducă pentru luminat ulei pur din măsline presate, ca să ardă în candele și astfel sfeșnicul să lumineze continuu. (Le 24:1)21Aaron și fiii lui să‑l pregătească în Cortul Întâlnirii, dincoace de draperia care este în fața Mărturiei, ca să ardă de seara până dimineața înaintea DOMNULUI. Aceasta să fie o hotărâre veșnică pentru fiii lui Israel, de‑a lungul generațiilor lor.
