1A Psalm. O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.2The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.3He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.4Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.5Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.6With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.7Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.8Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together9Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
1Ein Lied. Singt dem HERRN ein neues Lied, denn er hat Wunder getan! Der heilige Gott hat den Sieg errungen durch seine gewaltige Kraft.2Alle Völker konnten sehen, wie der HERR befreit, seine Gerechtigkeit hielt er der Welt vor Augen!3Er erfüllte das Versprechen, seinem Volk gnädig und treu zu sein. Bis in die fernsten Länder ist die Nachricht gedrungen: »Gott hat Israel gerettet!«4Jubelt dem HERRN zu, ihr Menschen auf der Erde! Preist ihn mit Liedern, singt und jubelt laut vor Freude!5Lasst für ihn die Saiten der Harfe erklingen und erfreut den HERRN mit eurem Gesang!6Trompeten und Hörner sollen für Gott, euren König, erschallen!7Das Meer mit allem, was in ihm lebt, soll zu seiner Ehre brausen und tosen! Die ganze Welt soll in Jubel ausbrechen!8Ihr Flüsse, klatscht in die Hände; ihr Berge, preist unseren HERRN,9denn er kommt, um die Welt zu richten. Sein Urteil über die Völker ist unbestechlich und gerecht.
