1A Psalm of David. Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.2Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.3For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.4I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.5I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.6I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD:7That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.8LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.9Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:10In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.11But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.12My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the LORD.

Denn in meiner Lauterkeit bin ich gewandelt; und auf den HERRN habe ich vertraut, ich werde nicht wanken.2Prüfe mich, HERR, und erprobe mich; läutere meine Nieren[1] und mein Herz! (Ps 17:3)3Denn deine Gnade war mir vor Augen, und in deiner Wahrheit[2] wandelte ich.4Ich habe nicht bei trügerischen Leuten gesessen, und mit Hinterlistigen ging ich nicht um.5Ich habe die Versammlungen der Übeltäter gehasst, und bei Gottlosen saß ich nicht. (Ps 1:1; Ps 101:4)6Ich wasche meine Hände in Unschuld, und umschreite deinen Altar, HERR, (Ps 24:4; Ps 73:13)7um laut[3] ein Danklied hören zu lassen und alle deine Wundertaten zu erzählen. (1Ch 16:24; Ps 9:2)8HERR, ich liebe die Wohnung deines Hauses und den Wohnort deiner Herrlichkeit. (Ex 40:34; 2Ch 7:1; Ps 122:1; Lu 2:49)9Raffe meine Seele nicht weg mit den Sündern, noch mein Leben mit Blutmenschen, (Ps 28:3)10an deren Händen Schandtat und deren Rechte voll Bestechung ist!11Ich aber wandle in meiner Lauterkeit. Erlöse mich und sei mir gnädig! (Ps 101:2)12Mein Fuß steht auf ebenem Boden. Den HERRN werde ich in Versammlungen preisen. (Ps 22:23; Ps 68:27; Ps 107:32)
