1Und Geist hob mich empor und brachte mich zum östlichen Tor am Haus des HERRN, das nach Osten weist. Und siehe, am Eingang des Tores waren fünfundzwanzig Männer. Ich sah in ihrer Mitte Jaasanja, den Sohn Asurs, und Pelatja, den Sohn Benajas, die führenden Männer des Volkes. (Hes 3,12; Hes 8,3; Hes 10,19; Hes 43,4)2Er sagte zu mir: Menschensohn, das sind die Männer, die Unheil ersinnen und einen bösen Plan fassen in dieser Stadt.3Sie sagen: In nächster Zeit braucht man keine Häuser zu bauen. Sie ist der Topf, wir das Fleisch.4Darum prophezeie gegen sie, prophezeie, Menschensohn!5Da fiel der Geist des HERRN auf mich und er sagte zu mir: Sag: So spricht der HERR: Das habt ihr gesagt, Haus Israel. Ich weiß sehr gut, was euch in den Sinn gekommen ist. (Hes 24,1)6Ihr habt viele in dieser Stadt erschlagen lassen und ihre Gassen mit Erschlagenen gefüllt.7Darum - so spricht GOTT, der Herr: Eure Erschlagenen, die ihr mitten in der Stadt getötet habt, diese sind das Fleisch und sie ist der Topf. Euch aber führe ich heraus aus ihrer Mitte.8Das Schwert fürchtet ihr; also bringe ich das Schwert über euch - Spruch GOTTES, des Herrn. (Hes 5,17; Hes 6,3; Hes 33,2)9Ich führe euch heraus aus ihrer Mitte, ich gebe euch in die Hand von Fremden und vollstrecke an euch das Urteil. (2Kön 25,18; Hes 5,8)10Durch das Schwert werdet ihr fallen. An Israels Grenze halte ich Gericht über euch. Dann werdet ihr erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin.11Die Stadt wird für euch nicht der Topf sein und ihr nicht das Fleisch darin. Stattdessen habt ihr nach den Rechtsentscheiden der Völker ringsum gehandelt. (Hes 5,7)13Und es geschah, während ich prophezeite, da starb Pelatja, der Sohn Benajas. Da fiel ich nieder auf mein Gesicht, schrie laut auf und rief: Ach, Herr und GOTT, willst du dem Rest Israels ein Ende machen? (Hes 9,8)
Das erneuerte Gottesvolk
14Das Wort des HERRN erging an mich:15Menschensohn, deine Brüder, deine Brüder, deine Sippenangehörigen und das ganze Haus Israel, von ihnen sagen die Bewohner Jerusalems: Sie sind fern vom HERRN; uns ist das Land zum Besitz gegeben.16Darum sag: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Gewiss, ich habe sie weit weg unter die Völker entfernt; gewiss, ich habe sie in die Länder zerstreut. Doch bin ich ihnen ein wenig zu einem Heiligtum geworden in den Ländern, wohin sie gekommen sind. (Hes 6,8)17Darum sag: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Ich sammle euch aus allen Völkern und ich bringe euch zusammen aus den Ländern, in die ihr zerstreut worden seid, und ich gebe euch das Land Israel. (Jer 24,5; Jer 29,14; Hes 20,34; Hes 28,25; Hes 34,13; Hes 36,24; Hes 37,21; Hes 38,8; Hes 39,27)18Und sie werden dorthin kommen und alle seine Scheusale und alle seine Gräuel aus dem Land entfernen.19Ich gebe ihnen ein einmütiges Herz und einen neuen Geist gebe ich in euer Inneres. Ich entferne das Herz von Stein aus ihrem Fleisch und gebe ihnen ein Herz von Fleisch,[1] (Jer 24,7; Hes 18,31; Hes 36,26; 2Kor 3,3)20damit sie meinen Satzungen folgen und meine Rechtsentscheide bewahren und sie erfüllen. Dann werden sie mir Volk sein und ich werde ihnen Gott sein. (Jer 24,7; Hes 14,11; Hes 34,24; Hes 36,28; Hes 37,23)21Die aber, deren Herz an ihren Götzen und an ihren Gräueln hängt - Spruch GOTTES, des Herrn: Ihr Verhalten lasse ich auf sie selbst zurückfallen.
Abschluss der Vision Auszug der Herrlichkeit aus Jerusalem
22Dann hoben die Kerubim ihre Flügel. Die Räder bewegten sich zugleich mit den Kerubim und die Herrlichkeit des Gottes Israels war über ihnen.23Die Herrlichkeit des HERRN stieg empor, weg aus der Mitte der Stadt; und sie blieb stehen auf dem Berg im Osten der Stadt. (Hes 43,3)24Und der Geist hob mich empor und brachte mich nach Chaldäa zu den Verbannten, in der Vision, im Gottesgeist. Und die Vision, die ich geschaut hatte, stieg auf, weg von mir. (Hes 1,1; Hes 3,12; Hes 8,3; Hes 40,2)25Und ich sagte den Verbannten alle Worte des HERRN, die er mich hatte sehen lassen.

(Hes 7,23)7Therefore thus says the Lord God: Your slain whom you have laid in the midst of it, they are the meat, and this city is the cauldron, but you shall be brought out of the midst of it. (Hes 11,3; Hes 24,7)8You have feared the sword, and I will bring the sword upon you, declares the Lord God. (Jer 42,16)9And I will bring you out of the midst of it, and give you into the hands of foreigners, and execute judgments upon you. (Hes 5,8; Hes 7,21)10You shall fall by the sword. I will judge you at the border of Israel, and you shall know that I am the Lord. (2Kön 25,18; Jer 39,6; Hes 6,7)11This city shall not be your cauldron, nor shall you be the meat in the midst of it. I will judge you at the border of Israel, (Hes 11,3; Hes 11,7)12and you shall know that I am the Lord. For you have not walked in my statutes, nor obeyed my rules, but have acted according to the rules of the nations that are around you.” (Hes 8,10; Hes 8,14; Hes 8,16)13And it came to pass, while I was prophesying, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then I fell down on my face and cried out with a loud voice and said, “Ah, Lord God! Will you make a full end of the remnant of Israel?” (Hes 9,8; Hes 11,1; Hes 20,17; Apg 5,5)
Israel’s New Heart and Spirit
14And the word of the Lord came to me:15“Son of man, your brothers, even your brothers, your kinsmen,[2] the whole house of Israel, all of them, are those of whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, ‘Go far from the Lord; to us this land is given for a possession.’ (1Sam 26,19; Hes 2,1)16Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord God: Though I removed them far off among the nations, and though I scattered them among the countries, yet I have been a sanctuary to them for a while[3] in the countries where they have gone.’ (Jes 8,14; Hes 37,26; Hes 37,28; Offb 21,22)17Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord God: I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.’ (Jes 11,12; Hes 20,41; Hes 28,25; Hes 34,13; Hes 36,24; Hes 37,21; Hes 38,8; Hes 39,27)18And when they come there, they will remove from it all its detestable things and all its abominations. (Hes 5,11; Hes 37,23)19And I will give them one heart, and a new spirit I will put within them. I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, (Ps 51,10; Jer 31,33; Jer 32,39; Hes 18,31; Hes 36,26; Sach 7,12; Apg 4,32; 2Kor 3,3)20that they may walk in my statutes and keep my rules and obey them. And they shall be my people, and I will be their God. (3Mo 26,12; Ps 105,45; Jer 30,22; Jer 31,33; Hes 14,11; Hes 36,28)21But as for those whose heart goes after their detestable things and their abominations, I will[4] bring their deeds upon their own heads, declares the Lord God.” (Hes 7,4; Hes 9,4)22Then the cherubim lifted up their wings, with the wheels beside them, and the glory of the God of Israel was over them. (Hes 10,19)23And the glory of the Lord went up from the midst of the city and stood on the mountain that is on the east side of the city. (Hes 43,2; Sach 14,4)24And the Spirit lifted me up and brought me in the vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to the exiles. Then the vision that I had seen went up from me. (Hes 1,1; Hes 1,3; Hes 3,12; Hes 11,1)25And I told the exiles all the things that the Lord had shown me.
