1 To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song. May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, (Nu 6:25; Ps 4:1; Ps 4:6) 2 that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations. (Ps 98:3; Lu 2:30; Ac 18:25; Tit 2:11) 3 Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! (Ps 22:27) 4 Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you judge the peoples with equity and guide the nations upon earth. (Ps 58:11) 5 Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! (Ps 67:3) 6 The earth has yielded its increase; God, our God, shall bless us. (Le 26:4; Ps 85:12; Eze 34:27; Ho 2:22) 7 God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him! (Ps 22:27)

(Ps 4:1) 2 Gott sei uns gnädig und segne uns; er lasse sein Angesicht leuchten über uns, (Sela) (Nu 6:24; Ps 41:5; Ps 57:2; Isa 60:1) 3 damit man auf Erden deinen Weg erkenne, unter allen Heidenvölkern dein Heil. (Ps 27:11; Ps 98:2; Isa 49:6; Lu 2:30; Ac 18:25) 4 Es sollen dir danken die Völker, o Gott, alle Völker sollen dir danken! (Ps 45:18) 5 Die Nationen sollen sich freuen und jauchzen, weil du die Völker recht richtest und die Nationen auf Erden führst. (Sela.) (Ps 96:10; Isa 55:4; Ro 15:12) 6 Es sollen dir danken die Völker, o Gott; alle Völker sollen dir danken! (Ps 66:8; Ps 67:4) 7 Das Land gibt sein Gewächs; es segne uns Gott, unser Gott.
