1“And now, O priests, this command is for you. (Mal 1:6; Mal 2:4)2If you will not listen, if you will not take it to heart to give honor to my name, says the Lord of hosts, then I will send the curse upon you and I will curse your blessings. Indeed, I have already cursed them, because you do not lay it to heart. Judah Profaned the Covenant
10Have we not all one Father? Has not one God created us? Why then are we faithless to one another, profaning the covenant of our fathers? (Isa 21:2; Isa 24:16; Isa 33:1; Ac 17:26; 1Co 8:6; Eph 4:6)11Judah has been faithless, and abomination has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem. For Judah has profaned the sanctuary of the Lord, which he loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god. (Ezr 9:2; Mal 2:10)12May the Lord cut off from the tents of Jacob any descendant[5] of the man who does this, who brings an offering to the Lord of hosts! (Mal 1:7)13And this second thing you do. You cover the Lord’s altar with tears, with weeping and groaning because he no longer regards the offering or accepts it with favor from your hand. (Zec 7:3)14But you say, “Why does he not?” Because the Lord was witness between you and the wife of your youth, to whom you have been faithless, though she is your companion and your wife by covenant. (Isa 54:6; Mal 1:2; Mal 2:10; Mal 2:11; Mal 3:5)15Did he not make them one, with a portion of the Spirit in their union?[6] And what was the one God[7] seeking?[8] Godly offspring. So guard yourselves[9] in your spirit, and let none of you be faithless to the wife of your youth. The Messenger of the Lord
17You have wearied the Lord with your words. But you say, “How have we wearied him?” By saying, “Everyone who does evil is good in the sight of the Lord, and he delights in them.” Or by asking, “Where is the God of justice?” (Isa 5:20; Isa 43:24; Mal 2:14; Mal 3:1; Mal 3:15; 2Pe 3:4)

from Biblica1-2ای كاهنان، به اين اخطار خداوند قادر متعال گوش دهيد: «اگر خود را اصلاح نكنيد و نام مرا احترام ننماييد، شما را شديداً مجازات خواهم كرد، و به جای اينكه شما را بركت دهم، شما را لعنت خواهم نمود. در واقع از همين حالا شما زير لعنت هستيد، زيرا اوامر مرا در دل خود جای نمیدهيد.3«فرزندان شما را تنبيه میكنم و سرگين حيواناتی را كه برايم قربانی میكنيد به صورتتان میپاشم و شما را مثل سرگين بيرون میاندازم.4آنگاه خواهيد فهميد به اين دليل چنين اخطاری به شما كردم تا شما را به سوی قوانين و دستوراتی كه به جدتان لاوی داده بودم، بازگردانم.5هدف از اين قوانين اين بود كه به كاهنان نسل لاوی حيات و آرامش ببخشد تا ايشان با اجرای آنها نشان دهند كه احترام و ترس مرا در دل دارند.6كاهنان نسل لاوی قوانين حقيقی را به قوم تعليم میدادند. نه دروغ میگفتند و نه تقلب میكردند بلكه از راههای من پيروی نموده، آنچه را كه راست بود به عمل میآوردند. آنها توانستند بسياری را از راههای گناهآلود بازگردانند.7«كاهنان بايد قوانين را تعليم دهند تا مردم بتوانند خدا را بشناسند، زيرا كاهنان سخنگويان خداوند قادر متعال هستند و مردم بايد برای راهنمايی پيش آنها بيايند؛8ولی شما راههای خداوند را ترک كردهايد و با راهنماییهای خود بسياری را از راه راست منحرف ساختهايد. شما قوانين كاهنان را شكستهايد.9بنابراين، من شما را در نظر مردم پست و خوار میگردانم، زيرا احكام مرا نگه نمیداريد و در اجرای قوانين، انصاف را رعايت نمیكنيد.»
خيانت به خدا
10آيا همهٔ ما از يک پدر نيستيم؟ آيا همگی ما بوسيلهٔ يک خدا آفريده نشدهايم؟ پس چرا به يكديگر خيانت میكنيم و عهدی را كه خدا با پدران ما بست میشكنيم؟11مردم يهودا، در اورشليم و در سراسر خاک اسرائيل به خدا خيانت ورزيده، گناه بزرگی مرتكب شدهاند، زيرا مردان يهودا با گرفتن زنان بتپرست، خانهٔ مقدس و محبوب خداوند را آلوده كردهاند.12خداوند تمام كسانی را كه چنين كردهاند خواه كاهن باشند، خواه غيركاهن، از قوم خود اسرائيل اخراج خواهد كرد.13شما قربانگاه خداوند را با اشكهای خود پر میكنيد، زيرا ديگر خداوند هدايای شما را نمیپذيرد و بركتی به شما نمیدهد.14میگوييد: «چرا خداوند ما را ترک كرده است؟» دليلش اينست كه شما به همسرتان كه در جوانی با وی پيوند وفاداری بسته بوديد، خيانت كردهايد و خداوند كه شاهد اين پيوند بوده، خيانت شما را ديده است.15خداوند شما را با يكديگر پيوند داد و شما در نظر او يک تن شديد. حال، خدا از شما چه میخواهد؟ او میخواهد كه فرزندان خداشناس داشته باشيد. پس مواظب باشيد كه به همسر خود خيانت نكنيد.16خداوند، خدای اسرائيل میفرمايد: «من از طلاق نفرت دارم، و نيز از اينكه كسی ظلم را همچون جامه به تن كند. پس مواظب روحهای خود باشيد و از خيانت بپرهيزيد.»
روز داوری
17شما با حرفهايی كه میزنيد خداوند را خسته كردهايد! میپرسيد: «با كدام حرفها؟» با اين حرفها كه میگوييد: «خدايی كه به انصاف داوری میكند كجاست؟ مثل اينكه او بدكاران را دوست دارد و از آنها راضی است!»
