Psalm 142

1 With my voice I cry out to the LORD; with my voice I plead for mercy to the LORD.[1] (Ps 3:4; Ps 30:8) 2 I pour out my complaint before him; I tell my trouble before him. (Isa 26:16) 3 When my spirit faints within me, you know my way! In the path where I walk they have hidden a trap for me. (Ps 77:3; Ps 140:5) 4 Look to the right and see: there is none who takes notice of me; no refuge remains to me; no one cares for my soul. (Job 11:20; Ps 16:8; Ps 31:11; Ps 69:20; Jer 25:35) 5 I cry to you, O LORD; I say, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.” (Ps 14:6; Ps 16:5; Ps 27:13) 6 Attend to my cry, for I am brought very low! Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me! (Ps 17:1; Ps 18:17; Ps 79:8) 7 Bring me out of prison, that I may give thanks to your name! The righteous will surround me, for you will deal bountifully with me. (Ps 13:6; Ps 143:11; Isa 42:7)

1 بِصَوْتِي إِلَى الرَّبِ أَصْرُخُ. بِصَوْتِي إِلَى الرَّبِّ أَتَضَرَّعُ. 2 أَبُثُّهُ شَكْوَايَ وَأُحَدِّثُهُ بِضِيقِي. 3 عِنْدَمَا غُشِيَ عَلَى رُوحِي فِي دَاخِلِي كُنْتَ أَنْتَ عَالِماً بِمَسْلَكِي. فِي الطَّرِيقِ الَّتِي سَلَكْتُهَا نَصَبُوا لِي فَخّاً. 4 الْتَفِتْ نَحْوَ يَمِينِي فَلَا تَجِدَ مَنْ يَحْفَلُ بِي، لَمْ يَبْقَ لِي مَلاذٌ أَوْ مَنْ يَسْأَلُ عَنِّي. 5 إِيَّاكَ دَعَوْتُ يَا رَبُّ قَائِلاً: «أَنْتَ مَلْجَإِي، أَنْتَ نَصِيبِي فِي أَرْضِ الأَحْيَاءِ». 6 أَصْغِ إِلَى صُرَاخِي لأَنَّنِي قَدْ تَذَلَّلْتُ جِدّاً. أَنْقِذْنِي مِنْ مُضْطَهِدِيَّ لأَنَّهُمْ أَشَدُّ مِنِّي. 7 أَفْرِجْ كُرْبَةَ نَفْسِي لأُسَبِّحَ بِاسْمِكَ، فَيَلْتَفَّ الصِّدِّيقُونَ حَوْلِي ثَوَاباً لِي مِنْكَ.
