1Behold, a day is coming for the Lord, when the spoil taken from you will be divided in your midst. (Joe 1:15)2For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses plundered and the women raped. Half of the city shall go out into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city. (Isa 13:16; La 5:11; Joe 3:2; Zec 13:8; Mt 24:40; Lu 21:24)3Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle. (Zec 12:9)4On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward. (2Sa 15:30; Eze 11:23; Zec 12:3; Zec 14:1; Zec 14:10)5And you shall flee to the valley of my mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azal. And you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. (Ps 47:7; Zec 12:3; Zec 13:2; Zec 14:1; Zec 14:16; Mal 1:14; Eph 4:5)10The whole land shall be turned into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem. But Jerusalem shall remain aloft on its site from the Gate of Benjamin to the place of the former gate, to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king’s winepresses. (Jos 15:32; Jos 18:24; Ne 3:1; Isa 2:2; Isa 40:4; Jer 31:38; Jer 37:13; Zec 2:4; Zec 12:6; Zec 14:4)11And it shall be inhabited, for there shall never again be a decree of utter destruction.[6] Jerusalem shall dwell in security. (Jer 23:6; Re 22:3)12And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the peoples that wage war against Jerusalem: their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths. (Zec 14:15; Zec 14:18)13And on that day a great panic from the Lord shall fall on them, so that each will seize the hand of another, and the hand of the one will be raised against the hand of the other. (1Sa 14:20; Hag 2:22; Zec 12:3)14Even Judah will fight at Jerusalem.[7] And the wealth of all the surrounding nations shall be collected, gold, silver, and garments in great abundance. (Eze 39:10; Zec 12:2)15And a plague like this plague shall fall on the horses, the mules, the camels, the donkeys, and whatever beasts may be in those camps. (Zec 14:12)16Then everyone who survives of all the nations that have come against Jerusalem shall go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Booths. (Le 23:34; Le 23:39; Na 1:15; Zec 8:21; Zec 14:9)17And if any of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, there will be no rain on them. (1Ki 17:1; Isa 60:12; Zec 14:16)18And if the family of Egypt does not go up and present themselves, then on them there shall be no rain;[8] there shall be the plague with which the Lord afflicts the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths. (Zec 14:15; Zec 14:16)19This shall be the punishment to Egypt and the punishment to all the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths. (Zec 14:16)20And on that day there shall be inscribed on the bells of the horses, “Holy to the Lord.” And the pots in the house of the Lord shall be as the bowls before the altar. (Ex 28:36; Isa 23:18; Mic 4:13; Zec 12:3)21And every pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holy to the Lord of hosts, so that all who sacrifice may come and take of them and boil the meat of the sacrifice in them. And there shall no longer be a trader[9] in the house of the Lord of hosts on that day. (De 7:1; Eze 44:9; Joe 3:17; Zec 14:20)

(Zec 12:3)3Und der HERR wird ausziehen und kämpfen gegen diese Völker, wie er zu kämpfen pflegt am Tage der Schlacht. (Isa 42:13; Re 16:14)4Und an jenem Tag werden seine Füße auf dem Ölberg stehen, der vor Jerusalem liegt nach Osten hin. Und der Ölberg wird sich in seiner Mitte spalten vom Osten bis zum Westen zu einem sehr weiten Tal, sodass die eine Hälfte des Berges nach Norden und die andere nach Süden weichen wird. (Eze 11:23; Mic 1:4)5Und ihr werdet fliehen in das Tal zwischen meinen Bergen, denn das Tal zwischen den Bergen reicht nahe heran an Azal. Und ihr werdet fliehen, wie ihr vorzeiten geflohen seid vor dem Erdbeben zur Zeit Usijas, des Königs von Juda. Da wird dann kommen der HERR, mein Gott, und alle Heiligen mit ihm. (Am 1:1)6Und an jenem Tag wird kein Licht sein, sondern Kälte und Frost. (Am 5:20)7Und es wird ein einziger Tag sein – er ist dem HERRN bekannt! –, es wird nicht Tag und Nacht sein, und auch um den Abend wird es licht sein. (Mr 13:32)8Und an jenem Tag werden lebendige Wasser aus Jerusalem fließen, die eine Hälfte zum Meer im Osten und die andere Hälfte zum Meer im Westen, und so wird es sein im Sommer und im Winter. (Eze 47:1)9Und der HERR wird König sein über alle Lande. An jenem Tag wird der HERR der einzige sein und sein Name der einzige. (Ps 97:1; Re 11:15)10Und das ganze Land wird verwandelt werden wie die Ebene von Geba bis nach Rimmon im Süden von Jerusalem. Die Stadt aber wird hoch aufragen und an ihrer Stätte bleiben, vom Tor Benjamin bis an die Stelle des ersten Tors, bis an das Ecktor, und vom Turm Hananel bis an des Königs Kelter. (Zec 12:6)11Und man wird darin wohnen; es wird keinen Bann mehr geben, denn Jerusalem wird ganz sicher wohnen. (Jer 33:16; Re 22:3)12Und dies wird die Plage sein, mit der der HERR alle Völker plagen wird, die gegen Jerusalem in den Kampf gezogen sind: Ihr Fleisch lässt er verwesen, während sie noch auf ihren Füßen stehen, und ihre Augen werden in ihren Höhlen verwesen und ihre Zungen werden in ihrem Mund verwesen.13An jenem Tag wird der HERR eine große Verwirrung unter ihnen anrichten, sodass einer den andern bei der Hand packen und seine Hand wider des andern Hand erheben wird; (Jud 7:22; Eze 38:21)14und auch Juda wird gegen Jerusalem kämpfen. Und es werden eingesammelt die Güter der Völker ringsumher: Gold, Silber und Kleider über die Maßen viel. (Ex 3:21; Ezr 1:4)15Und so wie jene Plage wird auch eine Plage kommen über Rosse, Maultiere, Kamele, Esel und alles Vieh, das in diesen Heerlagern ist. (Ex 12:12)16Und alle, die übrig geblieben sind von allen Völkern, die gegen Jerusalem zogen, werden jährlich heraufkommen, um anzubeten den König, den HERRN Zebaoth, und um das Laubhüttenfest zu halten. (Isa 66:23; Zec 8:22)17Aber über die Geschlechter auf Erden, die nicht heraufziehen werden nach Jerusalem, um anzubeten den König, den HERRN Zebaoth, über die wird’s nicht regnen.18Und wenn das Geschlecht der Ägypter nicht heraufzöge und käme, so wird auch über sie die Plage kommen, mit der der HERR alle Völker plagen wird, die nicht heraufkommen, um das Laubhüttenfest zu halten.19Denn darin besteht die Sünde der Ägypter und aller Völker, dass sie nicht heraufkommen, um das Laubhüttenfest zu halten.20An jenem Tag wird auf den Schellen der Rosse stehen »Heilig dem HERRN«. Und die Kessel im Hause des HERRN werden sein wie die Opferschalen vor dem Altar. (Ex 28:36)21Und es werden alle Kessel in Jerusalem und Juda dem HERRN Zebaoth heilig sein, sodass alle, die da opfern wollen, kommen werden und sie nehmen und darin kochen werden. Und es wird keinen Händler mehr geben im Hause des HERRN Zebaoth an jenem Tage. (Zep 1:11; Mt 21:12; Joh 2:16)
