1The word of the Lord came to me:2“You shall not take a wife, nor shall you have sons or daughters in this place.3For thus says the Lord concerning the sons and daughters who are born in this place, and concerning the mothers who bore them and the fathers who fathered them in this land:4They shall die of deadly diseases. They shall not be lamented, nor shall they be buried. They shall be as dung on the surface of the ground. They shall perish by the sword and by famine, and their dead bodies shall be food for the birds of the air and for the beasts of the earth. The Lord Will Restore Israel
14“Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when it shall no longer be said, ‘As the Lord lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt,’ (Jer 4:2; Jer 23:7)15but ‘As the Lord lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the north country and out of all the countries where he had driven them.’ For I will bring them back to their own land that I gave to their fathers. (Isa 43:5; Jer 3:18; Jer 16:14; Jer 24:6; Jer 30:3; Jer 32:37)16“Behold, I am sending for many fishers, declares the Lord, and they shall catch them. And afterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the clefts of the rocks. Jeremias Einsamkeit als Vorzeichen des Gerichts
1Und des HERRN Wort geschah zu mir:2Du sollst dir keine Frau nehmen und weder Söhne noch Töchter zeugen an diesem Ort.3Denn so spricht der HERR von den Söhnen und Töchtern, die an diesem Ort geboren werden, und von ihren Müttern, die sie gebären, und von ihren Vätern, die sie zeugen in diesem Lande:4Sie sollen an bösen Krankheiten sterben und nicht beklagt noch begraben werden, sondern sollen Dung werden auf dem Acker. Durch Schwert und Hunger sollen sie umkommen, und ihre Leichname sollen den Vögeln des Himmels und den Tieren des Feldes zum Fraß werden. (De 28:26; Jer 7:33; Jer 9:21; Jer 25:33)5So spricht der HERR: Du sollst in kein Trauerhaus gehen, weder um zu klagen noch um zu trösten; denn ich habe meinen Frieden von diesem Volk weggenommen, die Gnade und die Barmherzigkeit, spricht der HERR.6Große und Kleine sollen sterben in diesem Lande und nicht begraben noch beklagt werden, und niemand wird sich ihretwegen wund ritzen oder kahl scheren. Der Grund des Strafgerichts
10Und wenn du das alles diesem Volk gesagt hast und sie zu dir sprechen werden: »Warum kündigt uns der HERR all dies große Unheil an? Was ist die Missetat und Sünde, womit wir wider den HERRN, unsern Gott, gesündigt haben?«, (De 29:23; 1Ki 9:8; Jer 5:19; Jer 22:8)11so sollst du ihnen sagen: Weil eure Väter mich verlassen haben, spricht der HERR, und andern Göttern nachgelaufen sind, ihnen gedient und sie angebetet, mich aber verlassen und mein Gesetz nicht gehalten haben,12ihr aber noch ärger tut als eure Väter; denn siehe, ein jeder wandelt im Starrsinn seines bösen Herzens, sodass er mir nicht gehorcht. (Jer 7:26)13Darum will ich euch aus diesem Land stoßen in ein Land, das weder ihr gekannt habt noch eure Väter. Dort werdet ihr andern Göttern dienen Tag und Nacht; denn ich will euch keine Gnade erweisen. (De 28:64)
Die Heimkehr
14Darum siehe, es kommt die Zeit, spricht der HERR, dass man nicht mehr sagen wird: »So wahr der HERR lebt, der die Israeliten aus Ägyptenland geführt hat«, (Jer 23:7)15sondern: »So wahr der HERR lebt, der die Israeliten geführt hat aus dem Lande des Nordens und aus allen Ländern, wohin er sie verstoßen hatte.« Denn ich will sie zurückbringen in ihr Land, das ich ihren Vätern gegeben habe.
Es gibt kein Entkommen
16Siehe, ich will viele Fischer aussenden, spricht der HERR, die sollen sie fischen; und danach will ich viele Jäger aussenden, die sollen sie fangen auf allen Bergen und auf allen Hügeln und in den Felsklüften.17Denn meine Augen sehen auf alle ihre Wege, dass sie sich nicht vor mir verstecken können, und ihre Missetat ist vor meinen Augen nicht verborgen. (Job 34:21)18Aber zuvor will ich ihre Missetat und Sünde zwiefach vergelten, weil sie mein Land mit ihren toten Götzen unrein gemacht und mein Erbland mit ihren Gräueln angefüllt haben. (Isa 40:2)
Die Völker werden Gott erkennen
19HERR, du bist meine Stärke und Kraft und meine Zuflucht in der Not! Die Völker werden zu dir kommen von den Enden der Erde und sagen: Nur Lüge haben unsere Väter gehabt, nichtige Götter, die nicht helfen können.20Wie kann ein Mensch sich Götter machen? Das sind doch keine Götter! (Jer 2:11)21Darum siehe, diesmal will ich sie lehren und meine Kraft und Gewalt ihnen kundtun, dass sie erfahren sollen: Ich heiße der HERR.
