His holy mountain, (Ps 2:6; Ps 42:1; Ps 46:1; Ps 46:4; Ps 87:1; Ps 96:4; Ps 145:3; Isa 2:3; Mic 4:1; Zec 8:3)2beautiful in elevation, is the joy of all the earth, Mount Zion, in the far north, the city of the great King. (Ps 50:2; La 2:15; Eze 20:6; Mt 5:35)3Within her citadels God has made himself known as a fortress.4For behold, the kings assembled; they came on together. (2Sa 10:6)5As soon as they saw it, they were astounded; they were in panic; they took to flight.6Trembling took hold of them there, anguish as of a woman in labor. (Ps 97:8)12Walk about Zion, go around her, number her towers,13consider well her ramparts, go through her citadels, that you may tell the next generation (Ps 78:4; Ps 122:7)14that this is God, our God forever and ever. (2Ki 18:17)6Sie haben sich verwundert, da sie solches sahen; sie haben sich entsetzt und sind davongestürzt.7Zittern hat sie daselbst gepackt, Angst wie eine Gebärende.8Du zerbrichst die großen Schiffe durch den Sturm vom Osten.9Wie wir’s gehört haben, so sehen wir’s an der Stadt des HERRN Zebaoth, an der Stadt unsres Gottes: Gott erhält sie ewiglich. Sela.10Gott, wir gedenken deiner Güte in deinem Tempel.11Gott, wie dein Name, so ist auch dein Ruhm bis an der Welt Enden. Deine Rechte ist voll Gerechtigkeit. (Mal 1:11)12Es freue sich der Berg Zion, und die Töchter Juda seien fröhlich um deiner Rechte willen.13Ziehet um den Zion herum und umschreitet ihn, zählt seine Türme;14habt gut acht auf seine Mauern, / durchwandert seine Paläste, dass ihr den Nachkommen davon erzählt:15Dieser ist Gott, unser Gott für immer und ewig. 1Chant, psaume des descendants de Koré.2L'Eternel est grand, il est l'objet de toutes les louanges dans la ville de notre Dieu, sur sa montagne sainte.3Elle est belle, la colline qui fait la joie de toute la terre, le mont Sion; du côté nord, c'est la ville du grand roi.4Dieu, dans ses palais, est connu comme une forteresse.5Les rois s'étaient ligués, ensemble ils se sont avancés.6Ils ont regardé, tout stupéfaits, saisis de peur ils ont pris la fuite.7Un tremblement s'est emparé d'eux sur place, comme la douleur s'empare d'une femme qui accouche.8Ils ont été chassés comme par le vent d'est qui brise les bateaux long-courriers.9Ce que nous avions entendu dire, nous l'avons vu dans la ville de l'Eternel, le maître de l'univers, dans la ville de notre Dieu: Dieu l'affermira pour toujours. – Pause.10O Dieu, nous pensons à ta bonté au milieu de ton temple.11Ton nom, ô Dieu, et ta louange retentissent jusqu'aux extrémités de la terre; ta main droite est pleine de justice.12Le mont Sion se réjouit, les villes de Juda sont dans l'allégresse, à cause de tes jugements.13Parcourez Sion, parcourez son enceinte, comptez ses tours,14observez son rempart, examinez ses palais, pour annoncer à la génération future:15«Voilà le Dieu qui est notre Dieu pour toujours et à perpétuité; il sera notre guide jusqu'à la mort.»
