The Righteous Will Never Be Moved

3 Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. (Ps 111:3; Pr 3:16) 4 Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous. (Job 11:17; Ps 97:11; Mt 1:19) 5 It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice. (Ps 37:26) 6 For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever. (Ps 55:22; Pr 10:7) 7 He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord. 1 Halleluja! Glücklich der Mann, der den HERRN fürchtet, der viel Gefallen an seinen Geboten hat! (Ps 1:1) 2 Seine Nachkommenschaft wird mächtig sein im Land. Das Geschlecht der Aufrichtigen wird gesegnet werden. (Pr 11:21) 3 Vermögen und Reichtum wird in seinem Haus sein, und seine Gerechtigkeit besteht ewig. (Ps 34:10; Ps 111:3; 2Co 9:9) 4 Den Aufrichtigen strahlt Licht auf in der Finsternis. Er ist gnädig und barmherzig und gerecht. (Job 22:28; Ps 97:11; Ps 116:5; Ps 145:17; Pr 21:21; Isa 58:10)

5 Gut ⟨steht es um den⟩ Mann, der gütig ist und leiht! Er wird seine Sachen durchführen nach dem Recht. (Ps 37:26) 6 Denn in Ewigkeit wird er nicht wanken, zu einer ewigen Erinnerung wird der Gerechte sein. (Ps 55:23; Pr 10:7; Pr 10:30) 7 Er wird sich nicht fürchten vor böser Nachricht. Fest ist sein Herz, es vertraut auf den HERRN. (Ps 27:3; Pr 3:25; 1Pe 3:6) 8 Beständig ist sein Herz, er^[1] fürchtet sich nicht, bis er heruntersieht auf seine Bedränger. (Ps 37:34; Ps 49:6; Ps 118:6) 9 Er streut aus, gibt den Armen. Seine Gerechtigkeit besteht ewig. Sein Horn ragt auf in Ehre. (Ps 92:11; Ps 111:3; 2Co 9:9; 1Ti 6:18)

10 Der Gottlose wird es sehen und sich ärgern, mit seinen Zähnen wird er knirschen und vergehen. Das Begehren der Gottlosen geht verloren. (Job 8:13; Job 20:7)
