(Ps 2:8; Am 6:8; Am 8:7; Na 2:2; 1Pe 1:4)5God has gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. (2Sa 6:15; Ps 68:18)6Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!7For God is the King of all the earth; sing praises with a psalm![1] (Zec 14:9; 1Co 14:15)8God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne. (1Ch 16:31; Ps 22:28)9The princes of the peoples gather as the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the earth belong to God; he is highly exalted! (Ps 72:11; Ps 89:18; Isa 49:7; Isa 49:23)

Vi är hans folk och han älskar oss.6Gud stiger upp på sin tron under mäktiga rop och trumpetstötar.7-8Sjung din lovsång till Gud. Ja, sjung ut din lovsång till vår kung, hela jordens kung!9Han sitter på sin heliga tron och regerar över folken.10De som styr över folken förenar sig med dem som bekänner Abrahams Gud. Han är mäktigare än alla kungar, och han ensam blir upphöjd och ärad över allt.
