(Jes 1,17)4Rettet den Geringen und den Armen, entreißt ihn der Hand der Gottlosen! (Jer 22,3)5Sie erkennen nichts und verstehen nichts, im Dunkeln laufen sie umher. Es wanken alle Grundfesten der Erde. (Hi 8,9; Ps 99,1; Spr 4,19)6Ich sagte ⟨zwar⟩: Ihr seid Götter, Söhne des Höchsten seid ihr alle! (Joh 10,34; Apg 17,28)7Doch wie ein Mensch werdet ihr sterben, wie einer der Obersten werdet ihr fallen.8Stehe auf, Gott, richte die Erde! Denn du sollst zum Erbteil haben alle Nationen. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.6‘I said, “You are ‘gods’; you are all sons of the Most High.”7But you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler.’8Rise up, O God, judge the earth, for all the nations are your inheritance.
