1Denn mit dem Reich[1] der Himmel ist es wie mit einem Hausherrn[2], der ganz frühmorgens hinausging, um Arbeiter in seinen Weinberg einzustellen.2Nachdem er aber mit den Arbeitern um einen Denar den Tag übereingekommen war, sandte er sie in seinen Weinberg.3Und als er um die dritte Stunde[3] ausging, sah er andere auf dem Markt müßig stehen;4und zu diesen sprach er: Geht auch ihr hin in den Weinberg! Dritte Leidensankündigung
17Und als Jesus nach Jerusalem hinaufging, nahm er die zwölf Jünger allein zu sich und sprach auf dem Weg zu ihnen:18Siehe, wir gehen hinauf nach Jerusalem, und der Sohn des Menschen wird den Hohen Priestern[6] und Schriftgelehrten überliefert werden, und sie werden ihn zum Tode verurteilen; (Mt 16,21; Mt 26,66; Joh 19,7)19und sie werden ihn den Nationen überliefern, um ihn zu verspotten und zu geißeln und zu kreuzigen; und am dritten Tag wird er auferweckt werden. Wahre Größe im Reich Gottes
20Dann trat die Mutter der Söhne des Zebedäus mit ihren Söhnen zu ihm und warf sich nieder und wollte etwas von ihm erbitten. (Mt 10,2)21Er aber sprach zu ihr: Was willst du? Sie sagt zu ihm: Sag, dass diese meine zwei Söhne einer zu deiner Rechten und einer zu deiner Linken sitzen in deinem Reich[7]!22Jesus aber antwortete und sprach: Ihr wisst nicht, um was ihr bittet. Könnt ihr den Kelch trinken, den ich trinken werde? Sie sagen zu ihm: Wir können es. Heilung zweier Blinder
29Und als sie von Jericho auszogen, folgte ihm eine große Volksmenge.30Und siehe, zwei Blinde, die am Weg saßen und hörten, dass Jesus vorüberging, schrien und sprachen: Erbarme dich unser, Herr, Sohn Davids!31Die Volksmenge aber bedrohte sie, dass sie schweigen sollten. Sie aber schrien noch mehr und sprachen: Erbarme dich unser, Herr, Sohn Davids! Ce qui attend Jésus à Jérusalem
17Alors qu’il montait à Jérusalem, Jésus prit les Douze à part et leur dit, en cours de route: (Mk 10,32; Lk 18,31)18Voici, nous montons à Jérusalem. Le Fils de l’homme y sera livré aux chefs des prêtres et aux spécialistes de la Loi. Ils le condamneront à mort,19et le remettront entre les mains des païens pour qu’ils se moquent de lui, le battent à coups de fouet et le clouent sur une croix. Puis, le troisième jour, il ressuscitera.
Grandeur et service
20Alors, la femme de Zébédée, s’approcha de Jésus avec ses fils. Elle se prosterna devant lui pour lui demander une faveur. (Mk 10,35; Lk 22,25)21– Que désires-tu? lui demanda-t-il. Elle lui répondit: Voici mes deux fils. Promets-moi de faire siéger l’un à ta droite, l’autre à ta gauche, dans ton royaume.22Jésus leur répondit: Vous ne vous rendez pas compte de ce que vous demandez. Pouvez-vous boire la coupe que je vais boire? – Oui, lui répondirent-ils, nous le pouvons.23Alors Jésus reprit: Vous boirez, en effet, ma coupe, mais quant à siéger à ma droite ou à ma gauche, il ne m’appartient pas de vous l’accorder. Ces places reviendront à ceux pour qui mon Père les a préparées.24En entendant cela, les dix autres s’indignèrent contre les deux frères.25Alors Jésus les appela tous auprès de lui et dit: Vous savez ce qui se passe dans les nations: les chefs politiques dominent sur leurs peuples et les grands personnages font peser sur eux leur autorité.26Qu’il n’en soit pas ainsi parmi vous. La guérison de deux aveugles
29Lorsqu’ils sortirent de Jéricho, une grande foule suivit Jésus. (Mk 10,46; Lk 18,35)30Deux aveugles étaient assis au bord du chemin. Quand ils entendirent que Jésus passait par là, ils se mirent à crier: Seigneur[2], Fils de David, aie pitié de nous!31La foule les rabroua pour les faire taire, mais ils se mirent à crier de plus belle: Seigneur, Fils de David, aie pitié de nous!32Jésus s’arrêta, les appela et leur demanda: Que voulez-vous que je fasse pour vous?33– Seigneur, répondirent-ils, que nos yeux s’ouvrent!34Pris de compassion pour eux, Jésus leur toucha les yeux. Aussitôt, ils recouvrèrent la vue et le suivirent.
