Rechtsstreit unter Gemeindegliedern gehört nicht vor Gericht
1Bringt es jemand von euch, der einen Rechtsstreit mit dem anderen hat, über sich, vor den Ungerechten zu streiten und nicht vor den Heiligen?2Oder wisst ihr nicht, dass die Heiligen die Welt richten werden? Und wenn durch euch[1] die Welt gerichtet wird, seid ihr dann nicht würdig, über die geringsten Dinge zu richten[2]? (Dan 7,22; Offb 2,26; Offb 20,4)3Wisst ihr nicht, dass wir Engel richten werden, wie viel mehr ⟨über⟩ Alltägliches? (2Petr 2,4)4Wenn ihr nun über alltägliche Dinge Rechtsstreitigkeiten habt, so setzt ihr die ⟨zu Richtern⟩ ein, die in der Gemeinde[3] nichts gelten?[4]5Zur Beschämung sage ich es euch. Also gar kein Weiser ist unter euch, der zwischen Bruder und Bruder[5] entscheiden[6] kann? (1Kor 15,34)6Sondern es streitet Bruder mit Bruder, und das vor Ungläubigen!7Es ist nun schon überhaupt ein Fehler an euch, dass ihr Rechtsstreitigkeiten miteinander habt. Warum lasst ihr euch nicht lieber unrecht tun? Warum lasst ihr euch nicht lieber übervorteilen[7]? (Mt 5,39; Jak 4,1)8Aber ihr selbst tut unrecht und übervorteilt, und das Brüdern gegenüber!9Oder wisst ihr nicht, dass Ungerechte das Reich[8] Gottes nicht erben werden? Irrt euch nicht! Weder Unzüchtige[9] noch Götzendiener noch Ehebrecher noch Weichlinge[10] noch mit Männern Schlafende[11] (Gal 6,7; Jak 1,16; Offb 21,8)10noch Diebe noch Habsüchtige noch Trunkenbolde noch Lästerer noch Räuber werden das Reich[12] Gottes erben. (Mt 15,19; 1Kor 15,10; Gal 5,21; Eph 5,5)11Und das sind manche von euch gewesen; aber ihr seid abgewaschen, aber ihr seid geheiligt, aber ihr seid gerechtfertigt worden durch den[13] Namen des Herrn Jesus Christus und durch den[14] Geist unseres Gottes. Warnung vor Unzucht
12Alles ist mir erlaubt, aber nicht alles ist nützlich. Alles ist mir erlaubt, aber ich will mich von nichts beherrschen lassen. (1Kor 10,23)13Die Speisen ⟨sind⟩ für den Bauch und der Bauch für die Speisen; Gott aber wird sowohl diesen als auch jene zunichtemachen. Der Leib aber ⟨ist⟩ nicht für die Hurerei, sondern für den Herrn und der Herr für den Leib. (Apg 15,20; Röm 12,1; 1Kor 10,8)14Gott aber hat den Herrn auferweckt und wird auch uns auferwecken[15] durch seine Macht. (Apg 2,24; Röm 8,11; 1Kor 15,4; 1Kor 15,22; 2Kor 4,14)15Wisst ihr nicht, dass eure Leiber Glieder Christi sind? Soll ich denn die Glieder Christi nehmen und zu Gliedern einer Hure machen? Auf keinen Fall! (1Kor 12,27; Eph 5,30)16Oder wisst ihr nicht, dass, wer der Hure anhängt, ein Leib ⟨mit ihr⟩ ist? »Denn es werden«, heißt es, »die zwei ein[16] Fleisch sein.« (1Mo 2,24; Mt 19,5)17Wer aber dem Herrn anhängt, ist ein Geist ⟨mit ihm⟩. (Ps 63,9)18Flieht die Unzucht[17]! Jede Sünde, die ein Mensch begehen mag, ist außerhalb des Leibes; wer aber Unzucht[18] treibt, sündigt gegen den eigenen Leib. (Apg 15,20; 1Kor 10,8)19Oder wisst ihr nicht, dass euer Leib ein Tempel des Heiligen Geistes in euch ist, den ihr von Gott habt, und dass ihr nicht euch selbst gehört? (Joh 2,21; Röm 14,7; 1Kor 3,16; 1Joh 3,24)20Denn ihr seid um einen Preis erkauft worden. Verherrlicht nun Gott mit[19] eurem Leib! (Apg 20,28; 1Kor 7,23; 1Kor 10,31; Gal 3,13; Phil 1,20; 1Petr 1,18)
1When one of you has a grievance against another, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints? (Mt 18,17)2Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. Flee Sexual Immorality
12“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything. (1Kor 10,23)13“Food is meant for the stomach and the stomach for food”—and God will destroy both one and the other. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. (Mt 15,17; 1Kor 6,15; Eph 5,23; Kol 2,22)14And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power. (Mt 22,29; Joh 6,39; Joh 6,40; Apg 2,24; 1Kor 15,22; 1Kor 15,23; Eph 1,19; Eph 1,20)15Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! (Röm 12,5; 1Kor 6,13; 1Kor 12,27; Eph 5,30)16Or do you not know that he who is joined[4] to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, “The two will become one flesh.” (1Mo 2,24; Mt 19,5; Mk 10,8; Eph 5,31)17But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. (Joh 17,21; Eph 4,4)18Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin[5] a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. You are not your own, (Joh 2,21; Joh 3,16; Röm 14,7)20for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. (Apg 20,28; 1Kor 7,23; Phil 1,20; Hebr 9,12; Hebr 9,14; 2Petr 2,1)

Y si ustedes han de juzgar al mundo, ¿cómo no van a ser capaces de juzgar casos insignificantes?3¿No saben que aun a los ángeles los juzgaremos? ¡Cuánto más los asuntos de esta vida!4Por tanto, si tienen pleitos sobre tales asuntos, ¿cómo es que nombran como jueces a los que no cuentan para nada ante la iglesia?[1]5Digo esto para que les dé vergüenza. ¿Acaso no hay entre ustedes nadie lo bastante sabio como para juzgar un pleito entre creyentes?6Al contrario, un hermano demanda a otro, ¡y esto ante los incrédulos!7En realidad, ya es una grave falla el solo hecho de que haya pleitos entre ustedes. ¿No sería mejor soportar la injusticia? ¿No sería mejor dejar que los defrauden?8Lejos de eso, son ustedes los que defraudan y cometen injusticias, ¡y conste que se trata de sus hermanos!9¿No saben que los malvados no heredarán el reino de Dios? ¡No se dejen engañar! Ni los fornicarios, ni los idólatras, ni los adúlteros, ni los sodomitas, ni los pervertidos sexuales,10ni los ladrones, ni los avaros, ni los borrachos, ni los calumniadores, ni los estafadores heredarán el reino de Dios.11Y eso eran algunos de ustedes. Pero ya han sido lavados, ya han sido santificados, ya han sido justificados en el nombre del Señor Jesucristo y por el Espíritu de nuestro Dios.
La inmoralidad sexual
12«Todo me está permitido», pero no todo es para mi bien. «Todo me está permitido», pero no dejaré que nada me domine.13«Los alimentos son para el estómago y el estómago para los alimentos»; así es, y Dios los destruirá a ambos. Pero el cuerpo no es para la inmoralidad sexual sino para el Señor, y el Señor para el cuerpo.14Con su poder Dios resucitó al Señor, y nos resucitará también a nosotros.15¿No saben que sus cuerpos son miembros de Cristo mismo? ¿Tomaré acaso los miembros de Cristo para unirlos con una prostituta? ¡Jamás!16¿No saben que el que se une a una prostituta se hace un solo cuerpo con ella? Pues la Escritura dice: «Los dos llegarán a ser un solo cuerpo.»[2]17Pero el que se une al Señor se hace uno con él en espíritu.18Huyan de la inmoralidad sexual. Todos los demás pecados que una persona comete quedan fuera de su cuerpo; pero el que comete inmoralidades sexuales peca contra su propio cuerpo.19¿Acaso no saben que su cuerpo es templo del Espíritu Santo, quien está en ustedes y al que han recibido de parte de Dios? Ustedes no son sus propios dueños;20fueron comprados por un precio. Por tanto, honren con su cuerpo a Dios.

1Quando qualcuno di voi ha una lite con un altro, ha il coraggio di chiamarlo in giudizio davanti agli ingiusti[1] anziché davanti ai santi?2Non sapete che i santi giudicheranno il mondo? Se dunque il mondo è giudicato da voi, siete voi indegni di giudicare delle cose minime?3Non sapete che giudicheremo gli angeli? Quanto più possiamo giudicare le cose di questa vita!4Quando dunque avete da giudicare su cose di questa vita, costituite come giudici persone che nella chiesa non sono tenute in alcuna considerazione.5Dico questo per farvi vergogna. È possibile che non vi sia tra di voi neppure una persona saggia, capace di pronunciare un giudizio tra un fratello e l’altro?6Ma il fratello processa il fratello, e lo fa dinanzi agli infedeli.7Certo è già in ogni modo un vostro difetto che abbiate fra voi dei processi. Perché non patite piuttosto qualche torto? Perché non patite piuttosto qualche danno?8Invece siete voi che fate torto e danno; e per giunta a dei fratelli.9Non sapete che gli ingiusti non erediteranno il regno di Dio? Non v’illudete: né fornicatori, né idolatri, né adùlteri, né effeminati, né sodomiti,
Esortazione a fuggire la dissolutezza
10né ladri, né avari, né ubriachi, né oltraggiatori, né rapinatori erediteranno il regno di Dio.11E tali eravate alcuni di voi; ma siete stati lavati, siete stati santificati, siete stati giustificati nel nome del Signore Gesù Cristo e mediante lo Spirito del nostro Dio.12Ogni cosa mi è lecita, ma non ogni cosa è utile. Ogni cosa mi è lecita, ma io non mi lascerò dominare da nulla.13Le vivande sono per il ventre e il ventre è per le vivande; ma Dio distruggerà queste e quello. Il corpo però non è per la fornicazione, ma è per il Signore, e il Signore è per il corpo;14Dio, come ha risuscitato il Signore, così risusciterà anche noi mediante la sua potenza.15Non sapete che i vostri corpi sono membra di Cristo? Prenderò dunque le membra di Cristo per farne membra di una prostituta? No di certo!16Non sapete che chi si unisce alla prostituta è un corpo solo con lei? «Poiché», Dio dice, «i due diventeranno una sola carne»[2].17Ma chi si unisce al Signore è uno spirito solo con lui.18Fuggite la fornicazione. Ogni altro peccato che l’uomo commetta è fuori del corpo, ma il fornicatore pecca contro il proprio corpo.19Non sapete che il vostro corpo è il tempio dello Spirito Santo che è in voi e che avete ricevuto da Dio? Quindi non appartenete a voi stessi.20Poiché siete stati comprati a caro prezzo. Glorificate dunque Dio nel vostro corpo.
