1A Maskil[1] of Asaph. O God, why do you cast us off forever? Why does your anger smoke against the sheep of your pasture? (申29:20; 诗18:8; 诗44:9; 诗50:1; 诗79:13; 诗95:7; 诗100:3; 耶23:1; 结34:31)2Remember your congregation, which you have purchased of old, which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your heritage! Remember Mount Zion, where you have dwelt. (出15:16; 申32:6; 诗9:11; 诗74:18; 诗74:22; 诗77:15; 诗78:54; 赛63:9; 赛63:17; 耶10:16; 耶51:19)3Direct your steps to the perpetual ruins; the enemy has destroyed everything in the sanctuary! (赛61:4)4Your foes have roared in the midst of your meeting place; they set up their own signs for signs. (民2:2; 诗74:9; 哀2:6; 太24:15)5They were like those who swing axes in a forest of trees.[2] (耶46:22)6And all its carved wood they broke down with hatchets and hammers. (王上6:18; 王上6:29; 王上6:32; 王上6:35)7They set your sanctuary on fire; they profaned the dwelling place of your name, bringing it down to the ground. (王下25:9; 诗26:8; 诗79:1; 诗89:39; 哀2:2)8They said to themselves, “We will utterly subdue them”; they burned all the meeting places of God in the land. (诗83:4)9We do not see our signs; there is no longer any prophet, and there is none among us who knows how long. (撒上3:1; 诗74:4; 哀2:9; 结7:26; 摩8:11)10How long, O God, is the foe to scoff? Is the enemy to revile your name forever? (诗74:18; 诗74:22; 诗79:12; 诗89:51)11Why do you hold back your hand, your right hand? Take it from the fold of your garment[3] and destroy them! (哀2:3)12Yet God my King is from of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth. (诗44:4)13You divided the sea by your might; you broke the heads of the sea monsters[4] on the waters. (出14:21; 赛27:1; 赛51:9)14You crushed the heads of Leviathan; you gave him as food for the creatures of the wilderness. (伯41:1)15You split open springs and brooks; you dried up ever-flowing streams. (出14:21; 出17:5; 民20:11; 书2:10; 书3:13; 书4:23; 诗66:6; 诗78:15; 诗105:41; 赛48:21; 赛51:10)16Yours is the day, yours also the night; you have established the heavenly lights and the sun. (创1:14; 诗104:19)17You have fixed all the boundaries of the earth; you have made summer and winter. (创8:22; 申32:8; 徒17:26)18Remember this, O Lord, how the enemy scoffs, and a foolish people reviles your name. (申32:6; 诗39:8; 诗74:2; 诗74:22; 诗89:50; 启16:19; 启18:5)19Do not deliver the soul of your dove to the wild beasts; do not forget the life of your poor forever. (诗68:10; 歌2:14)20Have regard for the covenant, for the dark places of the land are full of the habitations of violence. (创17:7; 利26:44; 诗10:8; 诗106:45; 耶33:21)21Let not the downtrodden turn back in shame; let the poor and needy praise your name. (诗6:10; 诗9:9; 诗10:18; 诗86:1)22Arise, O God, defend your cause; remember how the foolish scoff at you all the day! (撒上24:15; 诗74:2; 诗74:18)23Do not forget the clamor of your foes, the uproar of those who rise against you, which goes up continually! (诗65:7)
