1A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water. (撒下16:14; 撒下17:2; 撒下17:29; 诗78:34; 诗84:2; 诗143:6; 赛26:9; 赛32:2)2So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. (诗27:4; 诗78:61)3Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. (诗69:16)4So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. (诗20:1; 诗20:5; 诗28:2; 诗104:33; 诗146:2)5My soul will be satisfied as with fat and rich food, and my mouth will praise you with joyful lips, (诗36:8)6when I remember you upon my bed, and meditate on you in the watches of the night; (诗42:8)7for you have been my help, and in the shadow of your wings I will sing for joy. (诗17:8)8My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me. (民14:24; 诗41:12)9But those who seek to destroy my life shall go down into the depths of the earth; (诗9:17; 诗55:15; 结26:20; 结31:14; 弗4:9)10they shall be given over to the power of the sword; they shall be a portion for jackals.11But the king shall rejoice in God; all who swear by him shall exult, for the mouths of liars will be stopped. (申6:13; 伯5:16; 诗38:12; 诗41:5; 诗61:6; 诗107:42; 赛45:23; 赛65:16; 羅3:19)
