1Why do the nations rage[1] and the peoples plot in vain? (诗46:6; 徒4:25)2The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, (诗18:50; 诗20:6; 诗45:7; 诗89:20)3“Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.” (耶5:5)4He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. (伯22:19; 诗11:4; 诗29:10; 诗37:13; 诗59:8; 箴1:26; 赛40:22)5Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying, (启6:16)6“As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.” (撒下5:7; 诗3:4; 诗15:1; 诗43:3; 诗99:9; 诗110:2; 箴8:23)7I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you. (徒13:33; 羅1:4; 來1:5; 來5:5)8Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. (诗72:8; 诗89:27; 但7:14)9You shall break[2] them with a rod of iron and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.” (伯34:24; 诗89:23; 赛30:14; 耶19:11; 启2:27; 启12:5; 启19:15)10Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth.11Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. (腓2:12; 腓4:4; 來12:28)12Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him. (撒上10:1; 王上19:18; 诗2:5; 诗34:8; 诗84:12; 诗146:5; 箴16:20; 箴31:2; 赛30:18; 耶17:7; 约5:23)
