1To the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds; there is none who does good. 3:10)2The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of man, to see if there are any who understand,[1] who seek after God. (代下15:2; 代下19:3; 诗11:4; 诗102:19)3They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one. (伯15:16)4Have they no knowledge, all the evildoers who eat up my people as they eat bread and do not call upon the Lord? 3:3)5There they are in great terror, for God is with the generation of the righteous. (诗24:6; 诗73:15)6You would shame the plans of the poor, but[2] the Lord is his refuge. (诗46:1; 诗61:3; 诗62:7; 诗91:2; 诗142:5)7Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When the Lord restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.
