1 你們要讚美耶和華！ 要向耶和華唱新歌， 在祂忠心子民的聚會中頌讚祂！ 2 願以色列因他的造物主而歡喜， 願錫安的百姓因他們的君王而快樂。 3 願他們跳舞讚美祂的名， 擊鼓彈琴歌頌祂。 4 因為耶和華喜愛祂的子民， 祂賜尊榮給謙卑的人， 使他們得勝。 5 願祂忠心的子民因所得的榮耀而歡樂， 願他們躺臥在床上的時候也歡唱。 6-7 願他們高聲頌讚耶和華， 手握兩刃利劍向列國復仇， 在列邦中施行懲罰， 8 用鐵鏈捆綁他們的君王， 用鐵銬鎖住他們的首領， 9 按他們的罪狀審判他們。 這就是祂忠心的子民所得的榮耀。 你們要讚美耶和華！

1 Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of the godly! (诗33:3; 诗89:5; 诗89:7; 诗148:14) 2 Let Israel be glad in his Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King! (撒上12:12; 伯35:10; 诗85:6; 诗95:6; 亚9:9) 3 Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre! (出15:20; 诗30:11; 诗150:3; 诗150:4) 4 For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation. (诗35:27; 诗147:11; 赛61:3) 5 Let the godly exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their beds. (伯35:10; 诗4:4; 诗63:6; 何7:14) 6 Let the high praises of God be in their throats and two-edged swords in their hands, (诗66:17; 箴5:4; 來4:12; 启1:16; 启2:12) 7 to execute vengeance on the nations and punishments on the peoples, 8 to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron, (伯36:8) 9 to execute on them the judgment written! This is honor for all his godly ones. Praise the Lord! (伯13:26; 诗148:14; 赛65:6)
