1 我向耶和華呼求， 我高聲向祂求助， 2 我在祂面前傾訴我的苦情， 向祂述說我的患難。 3 耶和華啊，我心力交瘁的時候， 只有你知道我當走的路。 敵人已在我行的路上鋪下網羅。 4 看看我左右，無人關心我； 我走投無路，無人眷顧我。 5 耶和華啊，我向你呼求， 你是我的避難所， 在世上你是我的福分。 6 求你垂聽我的呼求， 因為我身陷絕境。 求你救我脫離迫害我的人， 因為他們太強大了。 7 求你救我脫離牢籠， 好讓我讚美你。 因為你恩待我， 義人必聚集在我周圍。

1 A Maskil[1] of David, when he was in the cave. A Prayer. With my voice I cry out to the Lord; with my voice I plead for mercy to the Lord. (诗3:4; 诗30:8; 诗57:1) 2 I pour out my complaint before him; I tell my trouble before him. (诗102:1; 赛26:16) 3 When my spirit faints within me, you know my way! In the path where I walk they have hidden a trap for me. (诗77:3; 诗140:5) 4 Look to the right and see: there is none who takes notice of me; no refuge remains to me; no one cares for my soul. (伯11:20; 诗16:8; 诗31:11; 诗69:20; 耶25:35) 5 I cry to you, O Lord; I say, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.” (诗14:6; 诗16:5; 诗27:13) 6 Attend to my cry, for I am brought very low! Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me! (诗17:1; 诗18:17; 诗79:8) 7 Bring me out of prison, that I may give thanks to your name!
