1 Запейте нова песен на Господа, защото Той извърши чудеса. Неговата десница и Неговата свята мишца Му донесоха победа. (Пс 96:1; Ис 52:10) 2 Господ показа Своята спасителна помощ, пред очите на народите откри Своята справедливост. 3 Той си спомни Своята милост и вярност към Израилевия дом. Всички земни краища видяха, че нашият Бог ще ги спаси. 4 Нека целият свят ликува пред Господа; тържествувайте, веселете се и пейте; (Ис 52:9) 5 възпейте Господа с гусли, с гусли и с пеене на псалми; 6 тържествувайте пред Царя, Господа, с тръби и при звук на рог. 7 Морето да се радва шумно заедно с всичко, което го изпълва, светът с всичките му жители; (Пс 96:11) 8 реките да ръкопляскат, планините да ликуват заедно с тях (Ис 55:12) 9 пред Господа, защото Той идва да съди земята. Той ще съди света справедливо и народите – със Своята правда. (Пс 67:5; Пс 96:13)

1 A Psalm. Oh sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. (Изх 15:6; Йов 40:14; Пс 33:3; Пс 72:18; Пс 96:3; Лк 1:51) 2 The Lord has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations. (Пс 96:2; Ис 49:6; Ис 52:10; Ис 59:16; Ис 62:2; Ис 63:5; Лк 2:30; Рим 3:25) 3 He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. (Пс 22:27; Пс 36:5; Пс 98:2; Лк 1:54; Лк 1:72) 4 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! (Пс 66:1; Ис 44:23) 5 Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody! (Ис 51:3) 6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord! (Чис 10:10; 1 Лет 15:24; 2 Лет 15:14; Пс 98:4) 7 Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it! (Пс 24:1; Пс 96:11) 8 Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills sing for joy together (Пс 89:12; Пс 93:3; Ис 55:12) 9 before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity. (Пс 58:11; Пс 96:13)
