Salmo 60

La Biblia Textual

1 ¡Oh ’Elohim! Él hollará a nuestros enemigos.

1 To the choirmaster: according to Shushan Eduth. A Miktam[1] of David; for instruction; when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and when Joab on his return struck down twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt. O God, you have rejected us, broken our defenses; you have been angry; oh, restore us. (Dt 31:19; 2 S 5:20; 2 S 8:3; 2 S 8:13; 2 S 10:16; 1 Cr 18:3; 1 Cr 18:12; Sal 16:1; Sal 44:9; Sal 60:10; Sal 80:1; Sal 80:3)2 You have made the land to quake; you have torn it open; repair its breaches, for it totters. (2 Cr 7:14)3 You have made your people see hard things; you have given us wine to drink that made us stagger. (Job 21:20; Sal 71:20; Is 51:17; Is 51:22)4 You have set up a banner for those who fear you, that they may flee to it from the bow.[2] (Sal 20:5; Pr 22:21; Is 5:26; Is 11:12; Is 13:2)5 That your beloved ones may be delivered, give salvation by your right hand and answer us! (Dt 33:12; Sal 108:6; Jer 11:15)6 God has spoken in his holiness:[3] “With exultation I will divide up Shechem and portion out the Vale of Succoth. (Gn 12:6; Gn 33:17; Gn 33:18; Jos 1:6; Jos 13:27; Jos 17:7; Sal 89:35; Am 4:2)7 Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet; Judah is my scepter. (Gn 49:10; Dt 33:17; Jos 13:31; Sal 140:7)8 Moab is my washbasin; upon Edom I cast my shoe; over Philistia I shout in triumph.”[4] (2 S 8:1; 2 S 8:2; Mt 3:11)9 Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom? (2 S 8:14)10 Have you not rejected us, O God? You do not go forth, O God, with our armies. (Sal 44:9; Sal 60:1)11 Oh, grant us help against the foe, for vain is the salvation of man! (Sal 146:3)12 With God we shall do valiantly; it is he who will tread down our foes.
