1 ¡Aleluya! ¡Alaba alma mía a YHVH! 2 Alabaré a YHVH en mi vida, Tañeré para mi Dios mientras viva. 3 No confiéis en príncipes, Ni en hijo de hombre, en quien no hay salvación. 4 Sale su espíritu y vuelve al polvo; Ese día perecen sus planes. 5 ¡Cuán bienaventurado es aquél cuyo ayudador es el Dios de Jacob! Aquel cuya esperanza está en YHVH su Dios, 6 Que hizo los cielos y la tierra; el mar, y todo lo que en ellos hay. Que mantiene su fidelidad perpetuamente, 7 Que hace justicia a los oprimidos, Que da pan a los hambrientos. YHVH liberta a los cautivos, 8 YHVH da vista a los ciegos, YHVH levanta a los caídos, YHVH ama a los justos, 9 YHVH guarda a los extranjeros, Al huérfano y a la viuda sostiene, Y trastorna el camino de los impíos. 10 Reinará YHVH para siempre, Tu Dios, oh Sión, De generación en generación. ¡Aleluya!

Put Not Your Trust in Princes

1 Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD, O my soul! (Sal 135:1) 2 I will praise the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being. 4 When his breath departs, he returns to the earth; on that very day his plans perish.
