1Když pak ujmete zemi v dědictví, obětovati budete obět Hospodinu, díl svatý té země, zdélí pětmecítma tisíc loket, zšíří pak deset tisíc, a budeť svatý po všem pomezí svém vůkol.2Z něhož bude místo svaté pět set zdélí, a pět set zšíří, čtyřhrané vůkol, a ať má padesáte loket prostranství vůkol.3Z toho pak odměření odměříš dýlku pětmecítma tisíc loket, a šířku deset tisíc, aby na něm byla svatyně, i svatyně svatých.4Díl ten země svatý jest. Kněží služebníků při svatyni býti má, těch, kteříž přistupují, aby přisluhovali Hospodinu, aby měli místo pro domy i místo svaté pro svatyni.5Těch pak pětmecítma tisíc loket dýlka a deset tisíc šířka ať jest také Levítům, služebníkům domu, jim k držení dvadceti komůrek.6Místo pak k vystavení na něm města oddělíte pět tisíc loket na šíř, a na dýl pětmecítma tisíc, naproti oběti místa svatého; bude pro všecken dům Izraelský.7Knížeti pak s obou stran té oběti místa svatého, i položení města před oběti místa svatého, a před položením města od strany západní díl k západu, a po straně východní díl k východu, dlouhost pak naproti každému z těch dílů od pomezí západního ku pomezí východnímu.8To bude míti za vládařství v Izraeli, a nebudou více utiskati knížata má lidu mého, ale rozdadí zemi domu Izraelskému po pokoleních jejich.9Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Dostitě již, ó knížata Izraelská, nátisk a zhoubu odložte, a soud a spravedlnost konejte, sejměte těžké roboty vaše s lidu mého, praví Panovník Hospodin.10Váhu spravedlivou a efi spravedlivou i bát spravedlivý míti budete.11Efi i bát v jednu míru ať jest, aby chomer bral v se deset bátů, efi pak desátý díl chomeru; podlé chomeru ať jest míra.12Lot dvadceti peněz; dvadceti lotů, pětmecítma lotů, a patnácte lotů libra bude vám.13Tato pak obět pozdvižení bude, kterouž obětovati budete: Šestý díl efi z chomeru pšenice, též šestý díl efi dáte z chomeru ječmene.14Nařízení pak o oleji (bát jest míra oleje): Desátý díl bátu z míry chomeru, desíti bátů; nebo deset bátů jest chomer.15A dobytče jedno ze dvou set bravů z dobrých pastvišť Izraelských, k oběti suché a zápalné a k obětem pokojným, k očištění vás, praví Panovník Hospodin.16Všecken lid té země, i s knížetem Izraelským zavázán bude k té oběti zhůru pozdvižení.17Nebo kníže povinen bude zápaly, a suché i mokré oběti, v svátky a na novměsíce, i v soboty, na všecky slavnosti domu Izraelského; on obětovati bude za hřích, i obět suchou i zápalnou, i oběti pokojné, aby se očištění dálo za dům Izraelský.18Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Prvního měsíce, prvního dne vezmeš volka mladého bez poškvrny, kterýmž očistíš svatyni.19I nabéře kněz krve té oběti za hřích, a pomaže veřejí domu, a čtyř rohů toho přepásání na oltáři, i veřeje brány síně vnitřní.20Takž také učiní sedmého dne téhož měsíce, za každého pobloudilého i za hloupého. Tak očistíte dům.21Prvního měsíce, čtrnáctého dne, budete míti Fáze, svátek sedmi dnů, chlebové přesní jísti se budou.22A bude obětovati kníže v ten den za sebe i za všecken lid té země volka za hřích.23A po sedm dní svátku obětovati bude zápal Hospodinu, sedm volků a sedm skopců bez poškvrny na den, po těch sedm dní, a za hřích kozla na den.24A obět suchou, efi na volka a efi na skopce, připraví též oleje hin na efi.25Sedmého měsíce, patnáctého dne, v svátek tolikéž obětovati bude po sedm dní, jakož za hřích, tak zápal, tak obět suchou i olej.
— Svatý díl Hospodinův a díl knížete - V zemi bude odděleno zvláštní území pro chrám, pro kněze a lévijce a pro knížete.
1 „Až si přidělíte losem do dědictví zemi, odevzdáte jako oběť pozdvihování Hospodinu svatý díl země pětadvacet tisíc loket dlouhý a deset tisíc loket široký; ten bude po celém svém území svatý v celém obvodu.2 A z toho připadne pro svatyni čtverec pět set loket na pět set loket a k tomu padesát loket pastvin okolo.3 Z celé výměry tedy odměříš díl pětadvacet tisíc loket dlouhý a deset tisíc loket široký. V něm bude svaté místo, velesvatyně.4 Bude to svatý díl země. Bude patřit kněžím přisluhujícím ve svatyni, totiž těm, kteří přistupují k Hospodinově službě. Tam budou mít místo pro domy a svaté místo pro svatyni.5 Díl pětadvacet tisíc loket dlouhý a deset tisíc loket široký budou mít lévijci přisluhující při domě. Připadne jim jako trvalé vlastnictví dvacet komor.6 Jako trvalé vlastnictví města určíte díl pět tisíc loket široký a pětadvacet tisíc loket dlouhý, souběžně s dílem odděleným jako svatá oběť pozdvihování. Tobude patřit celému domu izraelskému.7 Knížeti bude patřit díl po obou stranách oběti pozdvihování a trvalého vlastnictví města, a to podél svaté oběti pozdvihování a podél trvalého vlastnictví města, na západní straně část západní a na východní straně část východní. Délka těch souběžných dílů bude stejná jak při západním, tak při východním pomezí.8 To území v Izraeli připadne knížeti do trvalého vlastnictví. 9 Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: „Příliš mnoho si osobujete, knížata izraelská. Zanechte násilí a útisku, jednejte podle práva a spravedlnosti, přestaňte můj lid vyhánět z jeho vlastnictví, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina.10 Budete mít spravedlivé váhy, spravedlivou éfu, spravedlivý bat.11 Éfa i bat ať mají stejnou míru, takže bat bude mít obsah desetiny chómeru, rovněž tak éfa. Obsah éfy se bude vyměřovat podle chómeru.12 A šekel bude mít dvacet zrn. Dvacet šekelů a pětadvacet šekelů a patnáct šekelů budete mít na jednu hřivnu.“ 13 „Toto je oběť pozdvihování, kterou budete odevzdávat: šestinu éfy z chómeru pšenice a šestinu éfy z chómeru ječmene.14 Stanovená míra pro olej je bat: desetina batu z kóru, jenž má deset batů, či z chómeru, neboť deset batů je jeden chómer.15 Dále ze zavlažované oblasti izraelské přinesete jako obětní dar a oběť zápalnou a oběti pokojné jeden kus bravu ze dvou set kusů. Bude to smírčí oběť za vás, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina.16 Všechen lid země bude odvádět tuto oběť pozdvihování knížeti v Izraeli.17 Kníže je povinen přinášet oběti zápalné, oběť přídavnou i úlitbu o svátcích, o novoluních i o dnech odpočinku, o všech slavnostních shromážděních domu izraelského. On připraví oběť za hřích i oběť přídavnou, oběť zápalnou i oběti pokojné jako smírčí oběť za dům izraelský.“ 18 Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: „První den prvního měsíce vezmeš mladého býčka bez vady a očistíš svatyni od hříchu.19 Kněz vezme trochu krve z oběti za hřích a potře veřeje domu i čtyři úhly stupně na oltáři i veřeje brány vnitřního nádvoří.20 Právě tak učiníš sedmého dne toho měsíce za každého, kdo zhřešil neúmyslně a z nevědomosti; budete konat smírčí obřady za dům.21 Čtrnáctého dne prvního měsíce budete mít hod beránka a po sedm dní slavnosti se budou jíst nekvašené chleby.22 Toho dne připraví kníže býčka jako oběť za hřích svůj i všeho lidu země.23 V sedmi dnech té slavnosti připraví k zápalné oběti Hospodinu sedm býčků a sedm beranů bez vady, každý den po sedm dní, a kozla jako oběť za hřích každý den.24 A jako přídavnou oběť připraví éfu mouky na býčka a éfu na berana a na každou éfu hín oleje.25 Patnáctého dne sedmého měsíce při slavnosti připraví totéž jako v oněch sedmi dnech, jak oběť za hřích, tak oběť zápalnou i přídavnou a olej.“
1„Až si budete rozdělovat zemi na dědičné podíly, odevzdáte ze země svatý díl Hospodinu. Celé toto území o délce 25 000 loktů a šířce 20 000[1] loktů bude svaté.2(Z něj bude pro svatyni vyčleněn čtverec o straně 500 loktů, lemovaný pruhem volné země širokým 50 loktů.)[2]3Z uvedené výměry odměříš svatosvatý díl 25 000 loktů dlouhý a 10 000 loktů široký, v němž bude stát svatyně.4Bude to svatý díl země určený kněžím sloužícím ve svatyni, kteří přistupují k Hospodinu, aby mu sloužili. Zde bude místo pro jejich domy a svaté místo pro svatyni.5Další 25 000 loktů dlouhý a 10 000 loktů široký díl země připadne levitům sloužícím u chrámu. Zde jim budou patřit města k bydlení.[3]6Díl země sousedící se svatým podílem dáte do majetku města. Bude 5000 loktů široký a 25 000 loktů dlouhý a bude patřit celému domu Izraele.7Území po obou stranách svatého podílu a majetku města připadne vládci. Bude se prostírat od jejich západního okraje na západ a od jejich východního okraje na východ. Po délce bude od západní hranice až po východní sousedit vždy s jedním z kmenových podílů.8Toto území bude v Izraeli jeho vlastnictvím. Moji vládci už nebudou utiskovat můj lid; nechají zbytek země jednotlivým kmenům domu Izraele.“
Výběr obětních dávek
9Tak praví Panovník Hospodin: „Dost už, izraelští vládci! Zřekněte se útlaku a násilí, řiďte se právem a spravedlností a přestaňte odírat můj lid, praví Panovník Hospodin.10Mějte poctivé váhy,[4] poctivou efu a poctivý bat.[5]11Efa i bat ať mají stejnou míru; bat je desetina chomeru a také efa je desetina chomeru. Základní jednotkou ať je chomer.[6]12Šekel[7] ať váží dvacet ger. Dvacet a pětadvacet a patnáct šekelů ať vám vydá za hřivnu.[8]13Toto bude vaše obětní dávka: šestina efy z každého chomeru pšenice a šestina efy z každého chomeru ječmene.[9]14Předepsaná dávka oleje (měřeno batem) bude desetina batu z každého koru[10] (jako deset batů tvoří chomer, tak také deset batů tvoří kor[11]).15Dále pak jedna z každých dvou set ovcí na svěžích izraelských pastvinách. To vše se použije na moučné, zápalné a pokojné oběti ke smíření za lid, praví Panovník Hospodin.16Všechen lid země bude tuto obětní dávku odevzdávat vládci.17Vládce pak bude dodávat zápalné i moučné oběti a úlitby o svátcích, novoluních, sobotách a vůbec o všech slavnostech domu Izraele. Postará se o oběti za hřích stejně jako o moučné, zápalné i pokojné oběti ke smíření za dům Izraele.“
Oběti při výročních slavnostech
18Tak praví Panovník Hospodin: „Prvního dne prvního měsíce vezmeš mladého býčka bez vady a očistíš svatyni od hříchu.19Kněz vezme trochu krve z oběti za hřích a potře jí veřeje chrámu, čtyři hrany horního stupně oltáře a veřeje brány vnitřního nádvoří.20Totéž uděláš i sedmého dne onoho měsíce za každého, kdo zhřešil nechtěně nebo z nevědomosti. Tak očistíte chrám.21Čtrnáctého dne prvního měsíce budete slavit Hod beránka.[12] Po sedm dní této slavnosti se budou jíst nekvašené chleby.22Toho dne vládce přinese za sebe i za všechen lid země býčka jako oběť za hřích.23Po sedm dní této slavnosti bude denně přinášet sedm býků a sedm beranů bez vady jako zápalnou oběť Hospodinu a jednoho kozla denně jako oběť za hřích.24Jako moučnou oběť přidá ke každému býku a beranu efu mouky a ke každé efě přidá hin[13] oleje.25Totéž bude přinášet po sedm dní slavnosti začínající patnáctého dne sedmého měsíce:[14] jak oběti za hřích, tak zápalné i moučné oběti a olej.“

Es soll in seinem ganzen Umfang heilig sein.[1] (Ez 48,8)2Davon gehört um den Tempel herum ein Quadrat von fünfhundert mal fünfhundert Ellen dem Heiligtum, dazu ringsum fünfzig Ellen unbestelltes Land.3Von diesem abgemessenen Stück Land sollt ihr wiederum ein Stück von fünfundzwanzigtausend Ellen Länge und zehntausend Ellen Breite abmessen, auf dem das hochheilige Heiligtum stehen soll.4Das ist das heilige Gebiet des Landes und es soll den Priestern gehören, die den Dienst im Heiligtum verrichten und sich beim Gottesdienst dem HERRN nähern dürfen. Es ist der Platz für ihre Häuser, wie der heilige Bezirk für das Heiligtum.5Und fünfundzwanzigtausend Ellen Länge und zehntausend Ellen Breite sollen den Leviten gehören, die den Tempeldienst verrichten. Es ist ihr Eigentum, Städte zum Bewohnen.6Als Eigentum der Stadt sollt ihr fünftausend Ellen Breite und fünfundzwanzigtausend Ellen Länge abmessen, genauso lang wie die heilige Abgabe. Dieses Stück gehört dem ganzen Haus Israel.7Dem Fürsten soll auf beiden Seiten des heiligen Hebeopfers und des Eigentums der Stadt, im Westen und Osten, ein Gebiet gehören, das an das heilige Hebeopfer und das Eigentum der Stadt angrenzt und in der Länge einem der Stammesanteile von der Westgrenze bis zur Ostgrenze8des Landes entspricht. Es gehört ihm als Eigentum in Israel. Meine Fürsten werden mein Volk nicht mehr unterdrücken, sondern das Land dem Haus Israel und seinen Stämmen überlassen.
Mahnung an die Fürsten
9So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Genug, ihr Fürsten Israels! Beseitigt Gewalt und Unterdrückung! Sorgt für Recht und Gerechtigkeit! Hört auf, mein Volk von seinem Grund und Boden zu vertreiben - Spruch GOTTES, des Herrn. (Jr 21,11; Jr 22,3; Mi 3,1)10Verwendet richtige Waagen, richtiges Efa und richtiges Bat! (Lv 19,35; Dt 25,13)11Das Efa und das Bat sollen das gleiche Maß haben; das Bat soll den zehnten Teil eines Hómer fassen und ebenso das Efa den zehnten Teil eines Hómer; nach dem Hómer sollen sich die anderen Maße richten.12Ein Schekel soll bei euch zwanzig Gera entsprechen. Zwanzig Schekel und fünfundzwanzig Schekel und fünfzehn Schekel sind für euch eine Mine.13Dies sollt ihr als Hebeopfer erheben: von jedem Hómer Weizen ein Sechstel Efa und von jedem Hómer Gerste ein Sechstel Efa;14und das Gesetz für das Öl: Das Bat ist das Ölmaß. Ein Zehntel Bat vom Kor, zehn Bat sind ein Hómer, ja zehn Bat sind ein Hómer;15ferner aus jeder Herde ein Schaf auf je zweihundert Tiere vom Weideland Israels: für die Speiseopfer, die Brandopfer und die Heilsopfer, um euch zu entsühnen - Spruch GOTTES, des Herrn.16Das ganze Volk im Land hat dieses Hebeopfer an den Fürsten von Israel zu entrichten.17Der Fürst aber hat an allen Feiertagen des Hauses Israel, an den Festen und an den Neumondtagen und Sabbat-Tagen für Brandopfer, Speiseopfer und Trankopfer zu sorgen. Er veranstaltet das Sündopfer, das Speiseopfer, das Brandopfer und die Heilsopfer, um das Haus Israel zu entsühnen. (Lv 1,3; Lv 2,1; Lv 3,1)
Die großen Feste
18So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Am ersten Tag des ersten Monats sollst du einen jungen Stier aus der Rinderherde nehmen, der ohne Fehler ist, und das Heiligtum entsündigen.19Der Priester nimmt etwas Blut von dem Sündopfer und bestreicht damit die Türpfosten des Tempels und die vier Ecken der Einfassung des Altars und die Türpfosten des Tors zum inneren Vorhof.20Dasselbe sollst du am siebten Tag des Monats tun für die, die sich aus Versehen oder aus Unwissenheit verfehlt haben. So sollt ihr den Tempel entsühnen. (Lv 5,17)21Am vierzehnten Tag des ersten Monats sollt ihr das Pessach feiern, ein Fest von sieben Tagen. Da soll man ungesäuerte Brote essen.[2] (Ex 12,3; Lv 23,5)22Der Fürst soll an diesem Tag für sich und für das ganze Volk im Land einen Stier zum Sündopfer bereitstellen. (Lv 4,22)23An den sieben Festtagen soll er als Brandopfer für den HERRN sieben Stiere und sieben Widder, die ohne Fehler sind, bereitstellen, und zwar an jedem der sieben Tage, dazu täglich einen Ziegenbock als Sündopfer. (Nu 28,17)24Für das Speiseopfer soll er ein Efa Mehl je Stier und ein Efa Mehl je Widder bereitstellen, dazu je Efa Mehl ein Hin Öl.25Genau dasselbe soll er sieben Tage lang mit dem Sündopfer, dem Brandopfer und Speiseopfer und mit dem Öl an dem Fest machen, das am fünfzehnten Tag des siebten Monats beginnt. The Portion for the Prince
7“And to the prince shall belong the land on both sides of the holy district and the property of the city, alongside the holy district and the property of the city, on the west and on the east, corresponding in length to one of the tribal portions, and extending from the western to the eastern boundary (Ez 44,3; Ez 48,21)8of the land. It is to be his property in Israel. And my princes shall no more oppress my people, but they shall let the house of Israel have the land according to their tribes. (Ez 22,27; Ez 46,18; Ez 47,13; Ez 47,21; Ez 48,1; Ez 48,23)9“Thus says the Lord God: Enough, O princes of Israel! Put away violence and oppression, and execute justice and righteousness. Cease your evictions of my people, declares the Lord God. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about.2Of this there shall be for the sanctuary five hundred in length , with five hundred in breadth , square round about; and fifty cubits round about for the suburbs thereof.3And of this measure shalt thou measure the length of five and twenty thousand, and the breadth of ten thousand: and in it shall be the sanctuary and the most holy place .4The holy portion of the land shall be for the priests the ministers of the sanctuary, which shall come near to minister unto the LORD: and it shall be a place for their houses, and an holy place for the sanctuary.5And the five and twenty thousand of length, and the ten thousand of breadth, shall also the Levites, the ministers of the house, have for themselves, for a possession for twenty chambers.6And ye shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand broad, and five and twenty thousand long, over against the oblation of the holy portion : it shall be for the whole house of Israel.7And a portion shall be for the prince on the one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy portion , and of the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portion , and before the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and the length shall be over against one of the portions, from the west border unto the east border.8In the land shall be his possession in Israel: and my princes shall no more oppress my people; and the rest of the land shall they give to the house of Israel according to their tribes.9Thus saith the Lord GOD; Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice, take away your exactions from my people, saith the Lord GOD.10Ye shall have just balances, and a just ephah, and a just bath.11The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, that the bath may contain the tenth part of an homer, and the ephah the tenth part of an homer: the measure thereof shall be after the homer.12And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs: twenty shekels, five and twenty shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.13This is the oblation that ye shall offer; the sixth part of an ephah of an homer of wheat, and ye shall give the sixth part of an ephah of an homer of barley:14Concerning the ordinance of oil, the bath of oil, ye shall offer the tenth part of a bath out of the cor, which is an homer of ten baths; for ten baths are an homer:15And one lamb out of the flock, out of two hundred, out of the fat pastures of Israel; for a meat offering, and for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to make reconciliation for them, saith the Lord GOD.16All the people of the land shall give this oblation for the prince in Israel.17And it shall be the prince' part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.18Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the first month , in the first day of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the sanctuary:19And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering, and put it upon the posts of the house, and upon the four corners of the settle of the altar, and upon the posts of the gate of the inner court.20And so thou shalt do the seventh day of the month for every one that erreth, and for him that is simple: so shall ye reconcile the house.21In the first month , in the fourteenth day of the month, ye shall have the passover, a feast of seven days; unleavened bread shall be eaten.22And upon that day shall the prince prepare for himself and for all the people of the land a bullock for a sin offering.23And seven days of the feast he shall prepare a burnt offering to the LORD, seven bullocks and seven rams without blemish daily the seven days; and a kid of the goats daily for a sin offering.24And he shall prepare a meat offering of an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram, and an hin of oil for an ephah.25In the seventh month , in the fifteenth day of the month, shall he do the like in the feast of the seven days, according to the sin offering, according to the burnt offering, and according to the meat offering, and according to the oil.
