1 Ty pak přijmi k sobě Arona bratra svého s syny jeho z prostředku synů Izraelských, aby úřad kněžský konali přede mnou: Aron, Nádab, Abiu, Eleazar a Itamar, synové Aronovi. 2 A uděláš roucha svatá Aronovi bratru svému k slávě a k ozdobě. 3 Ty také mluviti budeš se všechněmi umělými řemeslníky, kteréž jsem naplnil duchem moudrosti, aby dělali roucha Aronovi ku posvěcení jeho, v nichž by úřad kněžský konal přede mnou. 4 Tato pak jsou roucha, kteráž udělají, náprsník, náramenník, plášť a sukni s oky, čepici a pás. Takové šaty svaté udělají Aronovi bratru tvému a synům jeho, aby úřad kněžský konali přede mnou. 5 A vezmou řemeslníci zlato a modrý postavec, a šarlat a červec dvakrát barvený a kment. 6 Udělají pak náramenník z zlata, z postavce modrého a šarlatu, z červce dvakrát barveného a hedbáví bílého, přesukovaného dílem řemeslným. 7 Dva vrchní kraje spojená míti bude na dvou koncích svých, a tak se spolu držeti bude. 8 Přepásaní pak přes ten náramenník, kteréž na něm bude, podobné bude dílu jeho; z týchž věcí bude, totiž z zlata, z postavce modrého a z šarlatu, a z červce dvakrát barveného, a z hedbáví bílého přesukovaného. 9 Vezmeš také dva kameny onychinové, a vyryješ na nich jména synů Izraelských. 10 Šest jmen jejich na kameni jednom, a jmen šest ostatních na kameni druhém, podlé pořádku narození jejich. 11 Dílem řemeslníka, kterýž řeže na kameni, a kterýž vyrývá pečeti, vyryješ na těch dvou kameních jména synů Izraelských; do zlata je vsadíš. 12 A položíš dva kameny ty na vrchních krajích náramenníku, kameny pro pamět na syny Izraelské; a nositi bude Aron jména jejich před Hospodinem na obou ramenách svých na památku. 13 Uděláš i haklíky zlaté. 14 A dva řetízky z zlata čistého jednostejně uděláš dílem točeným, a zavěsíš řetízky ty stočené na ty haklíky. 15 Uděláš také náprsník soudu dílem řemeslným, takovým dílem, jako náramenník uděláš jej z zlata, z postavce modrého, z šarlatu, z červce dvakrát barveného, a z bílého hedbáví přesukovaného. 16 Čtverhraný bude a dvojnásobní; pídi dlouhost, a pídi širokost jeho bude. 17 A vysadíš jej všudy kamením drahým. Jeder laute auf einen Namen der zwölf Stämme. 22 Befestige an der Brusttasche schnurartige, gedrehte Ketten aus purem Gold! 23 An der Brusttasche bring zwei goldene Ringe an und befestige die Ringe an den Enden der Brusttasche! 24 Sodann verbinde die beiden Goldschnüre mit den beiden Ringen an den Enden der Brusttasche; 25 die zwei andern Enden der Schnüre befestige an den beiden Einfassungen und häng sie an die Vorderseite der Schulterstücke des Efod! 26 Mach noch zwei Goldringe und befestige sie an den beiden Enden der Brusttasche, und zwar am inneren Rand, der dem Efod zugekehrt ist. 27 Mach zwei Goldringe und befestige sie unten an den beiden Schulterstücken des Efod, und zwar an der Vorderseite, nahe ihrer Naht, aber oberhalb der Efodschärpe! 28 Man soll die Lostasche mit ihren Ringen an die Ringe des Efod mit einer violetten Purpurschnur binden, damit sie über der Efodschärpe bleibt und sich die Lostasche nicht vom Efod verschiebt. 29 Aaron soll die Namen der Söhne Israels in der Brusttasche des Rechtsentscheids über seinem Herzen tragen, wenn er zum Heiligtum kommt, zur immerwährenden Erinnerung vor dem HERRN. 30 In die Brusttasche des Rechtsentscheids steck die Urim und die Tummim; sie sollen sich über dem Herzen Aarons befinden, wenn er vor den HERRN kommt; Aaron trage den Rechtsentscheid für die Israeliten über seinem Herzen ständig vor dem HERRN. 31 Verfertige den Efodmantel ganz aus violettem Purpur; 32 in seiner Mitte soll sich eine Öffnung für den Kopf befinden; an seiner Öffnung ringsum soll wie bei der Öffnung eines Panzerhemds ein gewebter, unzerreißbarer Rand angebracht sein. 33 An seinem Saum mach Granatäpfel aus violettem und rotem Purpur und aus Karmesin, an seinem Saum ringsum, und dazwischen goldene Glöckchen ringsum: 34 ein goldenes Glöckchen und ein Granatapfel abwechselnd ringsum am Saum des Mantels. 35 Aaron soll ihn beim Dienst tragen; sein Ton soll zu hören sein, wenn er ins Heilige vor den HERRN hintritt und wenn er wieder herauskommt; so wird er nicht sterben. 36 Mach eine Rosette aus purem Gold und bring darauf nach Art der Siegelgravierung die Inschrift an: Heilig dem HERRN! 37 Befestige die Rosette an einer Schnur aus violettem Purpur und bring sie am Turban an; sie soll an der Vorderseite des Turbans angebracht werden. 38 Sie soll auf Aarons Stirn sein, sodass Aaron die Mängel an den heiligen Dingen übernimmt, die die Israeliten heiligen, für alle heiligen Abgaben; sie soll ständig auf Aarons Stirn sein, damit sie dem HERRN wohlgefällig sind. 39 Web den Leibrock aus Byssus; mach einen Turban aus Byssus und einen Gürtel in Buntwirkerarbeit! 40 Für die Söhne Aarons verfertige Leibröcke und mach ihnen Gürtel! Mach für sie auch Kopfbünde der Ehre und der Würde! 41 Dann bekleide damit deinen Bruder Aaron und zusammen mit ihm auch seine Söhne und salbe sie, fülle ihre Hände und weihe sie, damit sie mir als Priester dienen! 42 Mach ihnen Beinkleider aus Leinen, damit sie ihre Scham bedecken; von den Hüften bis zu den Schenkeln sollen sie reichen. 43 Aaron und seine Söhne sollen sie tragen, wenn sie zum Offenbarungszelt kommen oder sich dem Altar nähern, um den Dienst im Heiligtum zu verrichten; so werden sie keine Schuld auf sich laden und nicht sterben. 13 You shall make settings of gold filigree, 14 and two chains of pure gold, twisted like cords; and you shall attach the corded chains to the settings. 15 “You shall make a breastpiece of judgment, in skilled work. 31 “You shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue. (Ex 39,22) 32 It shall have an opening for the head in the middle of it, with a woven binding around the opening, like the opening in a garment,^[3] so that it may not tear. 33 On its hem you shall make pomegranates of blue and purple and scarlet yarns, around its hem, with bells of gold between them, 34 a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, around the hem of the robe. 35 And it shall be on Aaron when he ministers, and its sound shall be heard when he goes into the Holy Place before the Lord, and when he comes out, so that he does not die. 36 “You shall make a plate of pure gold and engrave on it, like the engraving of a signet, ‘Holy to the Lord.’ (Lv 8,9; Za 14,20) 37 And you shall fasten it on the turban by a cord of blue.
