1 А това са царете на земята, които израилевите синове разбиха и чиито земи завладяха оттатък Йордан към изгрев слънце, от реката Арнон до планината Ермон и цялата равнина на изток: 

2 аморейският цар Сихон, който живееше в Есевон и владееше от Ароир, който е на брега на реката Арнон, от средата на реката и над половината Галаад до реката Явок, който е границата на синовете на Амон, 

3 и над равнината до езерото Хинерот на изток, и до морето на равнината, Солено море, на изток, до Вет-Есимот и на юг по склоновете на Фасга; 

4 и областта на васанския цар Ог, който беше останал от великаните и живееше в Астарот и в Едраи, 

5 и владееше над планината Ермон и над Салха, и над целия Васан, до границата на гесурците и на маахатците, и над половината Галаад до границата на есевонския цар Сихон. 

6 ГОСПОДНИЯТ слуга Мойсей и израилевите синове ги разбиха и ГОСПОДНИЯТ слуга Мойсей даде земята за притежание на рувимците, на гадците и на половината от манасиевото племе. 

7 А това са царете на земята, които Иисус и израилевите синове разбиха отсам Йордан, на запад, от Ваалгад в долината на Ливан до планината Халак, която се издига към Сиир; и Иисус даде земята им за притежание на израилевите племена, според техните разделения, 

8 в хълмистата земя и в низината, и в равнината, и по склоновете, и в пустинята и на юг; хетейците и аморейците, и ханаанците, ферезейците, евейците и евусейците: 

9 царят на Ерихон – един, царят на Гай, който е близо до Ветил – един, 

10 царят на Ерусалим – един, царят на Хеврон – един, 

11 царят на Ярмут – един, царят на Лахис – един, 

12 царят на Еглон – един, царят на Гезер – един, 

13 царят на Девир – един, царят на Гедер – един, 

14 царят на Хорма – един, царят на Арад – един, 

15 царят на Ливна – един, царят на Одолам – един, 

16 царят на Макида – един, царят на Ветил – един, 

17 царят на Тапфуа – един, царят на Ефер – един, 

18 царят на Афек – един, царят на Ласарон – един, 

19 царят на Мадон – един, царят на Асор – един, 

20 царят на Симрон-Мерон – един, царят на Ахсаф – един, 

21 царят на Таанах – един, царят на Магедон – един, 

22 царят на Кедес – един, царят на Йокнеам, в Кармил – един, 

23 царят на Дор по възвишенията на Дор – един, царят на Гоим в Галгал – един, 

24 царят на Терса – един. Всичките царе бяха тридесет и един.

Israel wins the battle over the kings in the land

1 The Israelites took over the territory east of the River Jordan. The land they captured reached from the River Arnon valley to Mount Hermon. It included the whole east side of the Arabah Valley. Israel won the battle over the kings of that whole territory. Here are the lands Israel captured from the kings they won the battle over. 

2 They took over the land of Sihon. He was the king of the Amorites. He ruled in Heshbon. The land he ruled over begins at Aroer. Aroer is on the rim of the River Arnon valley. Sihon ruled from the middle of the valley to the River Jabbok. The Jabbok is the border of Ammon. Sihon’s territory included half of Gilead. 

3 He also ruled over the east side of the Arabah Valley. That land begins at the Sea of Galilee. It goes to the Dead Sea and over to Beth Jeshimoth. Then it goes south, below the slopes of Pisgah. 

4 Israel also took over the territory of Og. He was the king of Bashan. He was one of the last of the Rephaites. He ruled in Ashtaroth and Edrei. 

5 He ruled over Mount Hermon, Salekah and the whole land of Bashan. Og’s kingdom reached all the way to the border of Geshur and Maakah. He ruled over half of Gilead. His land reached the border of Sihon, the king of Heshbon. 

6 Moses was the servant of the LORD. Moses and the Israelites won the battle over those two kings. He gave their land to the tribes of Reuben and Gad and half of the tribe of Manasseh. He gave it to them as their share. 

7 Joshua and the Israelites won the battle over the kings who ruled west of the River Jordan. The lands of those kings reached from Baal Gad in the Valley of Lebanon to Mount Halak, which rises towards Seir. Joshua gave their lands to the tribes of Israel as their very own. He divided them up and gave each tribe its share. 

8 Those lands included the central hill country, the western hills and the Arabah Valley. They also included the mountain slopes, the Desert of Judah and the Negev Desert. Those lands belonged to the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. Here are the kings Israel won the battle over. the king of Jericho one, the king of Ai, which is near Bethel one, the king of Jerusalem one, the king of Hebron one, the king of Jarmuth one, the king of Lachish one, the king of Eglon one, the king of Gezer one, the king of Debir one, the king of Geder one, the king of Hormah one, the king of Arad one, the king of Libnah one, the king of Adullam one, the king of Makkedah one, the king of Bethel one, the king of Tappuah one, the king of Hepher one, the king of Aphek one, the king of Lasharon one, the king of Madon one, the king of Hazor one, the king of Shimron Meron one, the king of Akshaph one, the king of Taanach one, the king of Megiddo one, the king of Kedesh one, the king of Jokneam in Carmel one, the king of Dor in Naphoth Dor one, the king of Goyim in Gilgal one, the king of Tirzah one, The total number of kings was 31.
