15 Blessed are the people who know the festal shout, who walk, O Lord, in the light of your face, (Ps 4:6; Ps 66:1) 

New International Version

15 Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 Blessed are those who have learned to shout praise to you. LORD, they live in the light of your kindness. 

King James Version

15 Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.
